Description

"SH oder dergleichen Schneegleitgerät mit Bindungs-Montagehilfe " "SH or similar snow glider with binding mounting aid"
B e s c h r e i b u n gDescription
The present invention relates to a ski or the like. Snow gliding device with a mounted on the ski surface, in particular glued or welded to this mounting plate for a binding or parts thereof, such as binding and / or heel plate.
The arrangement of mounting aids in the form of so-called binding plates on the top surface of a ski is well known. The binding plate is usually attached to the ski deck using screws. In order for the screws to have a sufficiently large hold in the ski or ski body, the ski body must be reinforced in the attachment area of the binding plate separately. This is usually done in that a solid wood core or a separate mounting plate made of plastic or metal is integrated in the binding area of a ski or a snowboard. Of course, such reinforcing inserts have a considerable influence on the flexural and torsional stiffness of the ski on the one hand and the flexibility of the same on the other hand. In addition, they increase the ski weight not inconsiderable. To remedy this situation, it is proposed in WO 2004/045728 A2 to provide an assembly aid in the form of a mounting plate glued or welded to the ski surface, on which the binding or its parts, such as binding and / or heel plate in can be easily mounted. The attachment of the mounting plate should not affect the properties of the ski. Accordingly, ski and mounting plate with respect to the mechanical properties, such as thermal expansion, tensile strength, bending and torsional rigidity, etc. form an integral unit. Ski and mounting plate should be connected to each other as if they were a one-piece unit. To this Purpose, the mounting plate is preferably glued or welded to the ski surface substantially over the entire surface. The application of the mounting plate can be procedurally done either after completion of the ski or together with the ski deck. The mounting plate has a longitudinal guide with undercut for longitudinal positioning and fixation of the binding or binding parts. The fixation is preferably carried out by means of the binding or the Bin tion parts associated and cooperating with the mounting plate clamping screws. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting plate in cross-section approximately T-shaped or U-shaped, in the former case, the transverse web extends at a distance from the ski deck parallel to this, so that the two lateral longitudinal edges of the mounting plate thus formed by the binding housing or a Binding plate can be undercut. In the latter disclosed embodiment with U-shaped mounting plate, the two upwardly projecting legs thereof are respectively retracted inwardly in a hook-like manner, so that a longitudinal guide rail with inner longitudinal edges is produced which engages over a binding housing or a binding and / or heel plate ,
The present invention has for its object to simplify the latter design both manufacturing technology and handling technology and improve. In addition, a possible influence of the mounting plate on the bending and torsional rigidity and the flexibility of the ski should be reduced to almost zero.
This object is achieved by a construction according to the characterizing features of claim 1, wherein preferred details and further developments are described in the subclaims.
Accordingly, the glued or welded to the ski deck surface mounting plate should be very thin, namely a film-like design. Thus, the mounting plate is no external foreign body of the ski more. The mounting plate forms with the ski deck almost a structural unit. Preferably, the mounting plate is produced by injection molding. Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable to emboss the mounting plate from a plastic film, wherein it is preferably made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (APS). If required, this plastic can be reinforced by carbon fibers.
As already stated in connection with the prior art, it is quite essential that the mounting plate glued substantially over the entire surface with the ski deck or welded. Thus, the mounting plate behaves like an integral component of the ski deck or of the cover surface defining cover laminate. In addition, caused by this type of connection no local, especially punctual stress points, as they represent, for example, screw connections. Accordingly, it is also ensured that high tensile forces can be applied without destructive influence on the mounting plate. The adhesive or welded joint forms after the end of the load in its original state back (hysteresis). The situation is quite different for punctual screw connections, which is loosened if there is too much tension on a screw connection, and a return to the original fixing state is not guaranteed.
In addition, it is of great importance that the mounting plate includes integral notches which cooperate with complementary locking elements of the binding or a binding and / or heel plate. The notches are thus formed integrally with the mounting plate, in particular integrally formed within the same.
The two longitudinal edges of the mounting plate are preferably raised relative to a central base portion so as to define a rear cross-sectional guide for the binding or a binding plate. The mounting plate thus has a U-shaped cross-section, wherein the two legs are bent at their upper longitudinal edges each outwardly to define the mentioned Hinters chneidung.
To ensure that the mounting plate exerts no influence on the so-called "flex" of the ski, it has a significantly lower modulus of elasticity "E" than the ski body. Preferably, the modulus of elasticity "E" of the mounting plate corresponds to that of the cover laminate defining the ski surface.
In a preferred embodiment, the elastic modulus "E" of the mounting plate is about 500 to 2000 MPa, in contrast to a typical elastic modulus of the ski body in the size range of 10-60 GPa.
In principle, it is conceivable to form the mounting plate as part of the ski deck laminate, ie to replace the ski ceiling laminate in the central region of the ski by the mounting plate. Of course, this version is primarily only for the ski manufacturer due to the strong influence of this design on the manufacturing process of a ski. When forming the mounting plate made of plastic, this has a thickness of. about 1.5 to 3.5 mm, in particular about 2.0 to 3.0 mm. Ultimately, the thickness of the mounting plate also depends on the required strengths. For stiffening the mounting plate regardless of the material of the same longitudinal webs may be provided according to claim 5.
Diese zeigen in:Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of an integrated mounting plate according to the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In Figures 1 to 3, a mounting plate 12 is shown, which is formed like a film. It is a mounting plate that can be manufactured by injection molding. It has two areas of notches 30, 31 in the middle area and detent openings 36 in the heel area. Both the notches 30, 31 and latching recesses 36 are integrally formed in the mounting plate. They interact with complementary latching projections on the underside of a binding or binding plate or heel plate latching together. Accordingly, the mounting plate 12 is suitable according to the figures 1 to 3 for the placement of a front binding plate with or without integral binding housing on the one hand and a separately formed heel plate on the other. The Notches 30, 31 are each bounded by helical teeth, wherein the front teeth 31 associated helical teeth each have a rear vertical edge and a front sloping forward sloping edge, while the rear notches 30 associated helical tooth profiles each by a front vertical edge and an oblique are defined to the rear sloping edge. Accordingly, the binding or the binding housing or a binding plate must include a complementary locking device with a first only forward and a second only effective rear locking unit such that when unlocking the only forward-acting detent unit binding only forward and unlocking the only towards the rear locking unit, the binding is only displaced backwards. The recesses 36 are formed symmetrically opposite. They are each separated by transverse webs 10 from each other.
The mounting plate 12 according to the figures 1 to 3 is preferably glued or welded to the ski manufacturer on the ski deck. Since the mounting plate 12 rests on a large area on the ski deck, a correspondingly large-scale adhesive or welded connection can be made. The advantage of this large-area connection is already shown above.
The two longitudinal edges 37, 38 of the mounting plate 12 are raised relative to a central base portion 39, so that they define a rear cross-sectional guide for the binding or a binding plate. Furthermore, it can still be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 that the mounting plate 12 comprises central longitudinal webs 40 which are interrupted by the front and rear notches 31 and 30 and the detent recesses 36 which are still arranged in the heel region.
Es sei an dieser Stelle nochmals darauf hingewiesen, daß die Montageplatte bezüglich Wärmedehnung, Zugfestigkeit,To the locking notches 30, 31 and locking recesses 36 associated locking elements of the binding or binding parts should be mentioned that these are preferably integral parts of the binding or binding parts. The locking elements are preferably formed as connected to the binding, a binding housing or a binding plate and / or a heel plate integrally connected tabs, on the underside of a latching projection is formed, which cooperates with the notches 30, 31 and recesses 36. The notches and locking projections can of course also be formed in the reverse manner on the mounting plate on the one hand and on the binding or a heel plate on the other. It should be noted at this point again that the mounting plate with respect to thermal expansion, Tensile strenght,
Bending and torsional stiffness about the same values as the associated attachment section on the ski. In order not to influence the bending behavior of the ski, or only slightly, the mounting plate 12 has a significantly lower elastic modulus "E" than the ski body, in particular a modulus of elasticity corresponding to that of the cover laminate defining the ski deck surface Skikörpers or the cover laminate of the same.
As already stated above, the thickness of the mounting plate 12 is about 1.5 to 3.5 mm, preferably about 3.0 mm. Of course, the thickness of the mounting plate also depends on the material used therefor, which in turn also has an influence on the necessary strength of the mounting plate, in particular the guide edges 37, 38.
Fig. 4 shows the mounting plate of FIG. 1 in side view, wherein it can be seen that at the bottom, i. provided on the side facing the ski deck surface of the mounting plate 12 two longitudinally spaced from each other approximately centrally arranged positioning pins 41 are provided, in particular formed, which correspond with corresponding - not shown here - positioning holes in the ski deck. This is a bonding of the mounting plate 12 on the ski deck at the respectively intended location possible without the risk of slipping exists.
Furthermore, the figure 4 can still be seen that on the two longitudinal sides of the mounting plate 12, here in the region of the rear cross-sectional longitudinal, two longitudinally spaced projections 42, 43 are formed as a movement stop for a from the front, i. in Fig. 1 from the left on the mounting plate 12 deferred binding or binding plate on the one hand and from the rear, in Fig. 1 from the right to the mounting plate deferred heel plate on the other hand serve. The front projection 42 serves as a stop for movement of the binding or binding plate to the rear, while the rear projection 43 limits a displacement of the heel plate to the front.
According to FIGS. 5 and 6, on the underside or on the side of the mounting plate 12 facing the ski deck surface, a groove 45 extending close to the peripheral edge 44 is provided for receiving excess adhesive. This groove 45 is bounded on the outside by a web 46 which protrudes slightly, namely by about 0.1 mm above the lower-side level 47 of the central base part 39. This creates a speaking narrow gap between the bottom of the central base portion 39 of the mounting plate on the one hand and the ski deck on the other hand, said gap space is bordered by the groove 45. Incidentally, this groove 45 has a depth of approximately 0.15 to 0.25 mm relative to the central base part 39 or to the lower-side level 47 thereof. Thanks to this construction, a uniformly thin distribution of the adhesive between the mounting plate 12 and ski deck surface is achieved, which ensures an extremely high bond between these two components, in such a way that the bond from the mounting plate rather than solves the mounting plate of the ski deck.
With reference to Figures 1 and 6 it should be mentioned that the transverse extent of the notches 30, 31 and locking recesses 36 corresponds to about 35% to 65% of the total width of the mounting plate 12.
Finally, the overall concept is still stated that the illustrated mounting plate allows in a simple way to position the binding before, in or behind the center of gravity of the ski or the like. Snow glider. Furthermore, the heel plate can be easily adapted to different shoe sizes.
To the two above-mentioned jumps 42, 43, which serve as a stop, may be additionally mentioned that the distance is about 30 mm to 40 mm.
In Fig. 6, a part of a ski body 11 is also shown with Skideckfläche 13.
