Description

The invention relates to a U-profile support a canopy, hall, grandstand, stairs or a scaffold or podium and the like with an outwardly open U-profile, the parallel to each other and to the median longitudinal plane of the U-profile and connected by a transverse wall supporting leg has, preferably at their free ends bearing edges for a support element, in particular for a roof, for example for a cassette roof or for a canopy or for a running and / or working surface element, in particular for a scaffold floor or for its, preferably designed as claws, Einhängehilfsmittel having and with an integrally connected to the U-profile connection part for fastening and supporting the U-profile on an elongate support member, in particular on a top flange of a lattice girder or on a scaffolding tube.

From the DE 35 42 610 A1 is a fast-mounting hall roof with a cassette roof has become known in which the roof skin elements on U-shaped top chords of in practice also with cassette carriers designated roof trusses are laid up and supported. These roof trusses have in addition to the upper straps and lower straps, vertical bars and diagonal bars, which are dimensioned and welded together in conventional steel construction technology. The upper straps are designed as upwardly open U-profile bars whose U-legs form vertical legs and whose base or base is formed with horizontal webs, which are welded to the vertical bars and the diagonal bars of the roof trusses. In the longitudinal direction of the respective roof truss are at the bottom of the upper flange in the middle of the horizontal bar at certain intervals upwardly outstanding securing tabs welded. These are suitable for a securing opening for a wedge longer than the vertical leg of the upper flange, with the help of which the roof elements are clamped to the upper flange.

This design has proven itself in practice and allows for rapid assembly and disassembly and is suitable to cover large spans. However, a crane is needed in any case for the assembly. The comparatively heavy roof trusses with their U-profile bars are designed for special use in roof structures. At the securing tabs other fasteners, such. B. railing holder according to the DE 297 11 346 U1 or fall protection auxiliary devices according to the DE 20 2004 001 314 U1 be connected. However, the fastening positions available for this purpose are limited to the positions of the securing straps welded firmly to the U-profile bars of the upper straps of the roof trusses.

An alternative possibility for the construction of roof structures, for example, from DE 100 28 262 A1 become known, which relates to a roof structure. This roof construction is made using so-called lattice girders, as they have become known for series parts in scaffolding. This roof truss forming lattice girders have a tubular upper flange, a tubular lower flange and rising and falling pipe diagonals as well as approximately vertical to the upper flange and the lower flange tubular vertical rods. Attached to the upper chords of the lattice girders is in each case connected over the entire length of the respective roof truss running connection profile unit. This comprises a extending over the entire length of the lattice girder U-profile, are welded to the underside and perpendicular thereto tubular support struts, at the side facing away from the U-profile lower ends each have a joint pipe coupling is welded. With the aid of these articulated tube couplings, the connection profile unit can be detachably fastened to the upper straps of the lattice girders. In this construction, depending on the geometric design and arrangement of the pipe diagonals and / or the vertical bars of the lattice girder, situations may occur in which the pipe couplings collide with one or more of these pipe diagonals and / or vertical bars, so that then there is no fastening of the connection profile unit the lattice girder by means of the joint pipe coupling is possible. This results in an increased security risk. To fix the tarpaulin of the tarpaulin roof to the terminal profile unit, a square timber is embedded in its U-profile, the upper side flush with the upwardly facing ends of the vertical webs of the U-profile unit. The tarpaulin is with metal brackets angegetackert on the square timber and additionally secured by a down hat-shaped open cover, which in turn is attached to a plank penetrating and screwed into the square timber screw. This type of attachment is relatively expensive.

A similar support structure is from the DE 91 10 828 U1 known. There, a U-profile web is rigidly connected to a stand, which in turn is rigidly connected to a coupling half of a pipe coupling. At this coupling half captive fixed a coupling half shell is fixed on a bolt pivot. This construction has the same disadvantages as already mentioned above in connection with the DE 100 28 262 A1 described.

Applicants' similarly designed terminal profile units have become known in practice for use with cassette roofs. To attach their roof elements are welded to the bottom of the U-profile of the connection profile unit upwardly outstanding securing tabs, as already above in connection with the DE 35 42 610 A1 described, so that in this respect the same disadvantages occur.

From the DE 31 07 416 A1 has become known a supporting structure for buildable and degradable roofs or halls, in which both vertical supports and as a roof rack I-profile carrier with double cross bar is used. The I-profile carrier consists of two spaced apart parallel webs, which are connected at their ends in each case with a transverse wall to form a box-shaped hollow profile. At the two ends of the webs, an I-flange is provided in each case, the flange portions of which, viewed from the longitudinal center plane of the carrier, extend outwards perpendicular to the webs and extend along the edges of the webs. One of the transverse walls extends at a distance to the associated I-flange in the interior of the carrier, so that an outwardly open cavity for inserting a wooden plank is formed. The opposite transverse wall is designed to form a T-shaped groove. This is used to hold a hammer head of a hammer head screw, by means of which on the I-profile support a provided with a slot component can be set by a nut is screwed and tightened on the hammer head bolt. In order not to be able to define components provided with slots on the I-beam profile, a rectangular clamping plate can also be provided, through the round hole of which the hammer head screw is pushed through. The installation of this comparatively heavy I-beam profile is not possible without a crane and attached to the separately handled and transported wooden plank roof elements can be removed only consuming.

Similar I-beam with double cross bar are, for example, from DE 30 45 389 C2 known. Other I-beam profiles, which relate to a scaffolding element with a replaceable supplementary piece are from the DE-OS 28 50 098 and the DE-OS 28 50 545 known. These I-beam profiles have at their flange-side ends in each case an outwardly open T-shaped groove in which a separately manageable U-shaped additional element can be used, for this purpose at its connecting the two U-legs web with a T-shaped, outwardly facing approach is provided. Such Additional element can be used to mount the claws of serving as walking or working surfaces planks or frame panels. Such additional elements must be handled, stored and transported separately.

From the US 4,133,155 A an I-profile beam for Betonabschalungen has become known. This has at its upper and at its lower end in each case an I-flange, the flange portions extend perpendicular to the longitudinal webs outwardly extending and along the edges of the longitudinal webs. Inside this I-profile beam extends perpendicular to its longitudinal webs a transverse wall. Between this and the adjoining two longitudinal webs of the upper I-flange, an outwardly open cavity is formed, in which a wooden plank is used and secured there by means of bolts. At this wooden screed a shuttering plate for the auf- or pouring concrete is nailed. The lower I-flange comprises two flange portions extending outwardly in opposite directions and having longitudinal thickenings at their free ends. The I-profile beam is fastened by means of two fastening clips on a structurally identical but opposite to the aforementioned I-profile beam 180 degrees vertically rotated I-profile beam by means of screws and nuts. The fastening clips each have at one of their ends in cross-section hook-shaped fastening legs, which engage over the thickenings of the flange parts of the lower I-flange. The assembly of this I-profile beam is complex.

The US 4,795,405 A relates to a structural member for theater structures with a front-side guide and with rear fixing components. This structural member comprises a rear attachment component serving as a connector, which is configured as an outwardly open U-profile, and further comprising a T-profile integrally connected thereto via a central shaft as a front-side guide component formed with laterally extending flanges. These flanges serve as guides for a runner for a counterweight, which is connected via deflection cables with a backdrop.

It is an object of the invention to provide a U-profile beam of the type mentioned, which is easy and easy to handle and assemble without a crane and allows more flexible mounting options and a wider range of applications.

This allows a particularly simple and inexpensive construction with a particularly low weight of the I-profile beam.

It is also advantageous if at least one of the fastening legs, preferably both fastening legs, have or have an L-shaped and / or C-shaped and / or V-shaped cross section. This results in particularly advantageous mounting options for the connection coupling and / or it can thereby achieve advantageous recording options for over the edge of the support members protruding parts.

According to an advantageous embodiment it can be provided that the connection part of the U-profile carrier on both sides of the longitudinal center plane, preferably extending from this each outwardly extending, mounting leg for, preferably separately manageable, connection coupling, in particular a pipe coupling formed with a coupling half shell, which is detachably fastened or fastened to the attachment legs at a plurality of positions along the U-profile support and by means of which the U-profile support (30) can be fastened or fastened to the elongate support element.

According to an advantageous development it can be provided that at least one of the fastening legs is or are designed with rear engagement surfaces of a support element or a plurality of such support elements extending away from the support element and towards the side of the U-profile support having the U-profile , to the lateral support of a fastening part or of fastening parts of the connection coupling, if it is attached to the support element on the U-profile support by fixing the U-profile support, so that then the fastening part or the fastening parts of the connection coupling positively connected to the support elements is or are. This allows a particularly secure attachment and fixing the connection coupling while still easy mountability and positioning of the same along the U-profile support.

It is particularly advantageous if the fastening legs are designed in each case as an attachment rail extending in the longitudinal direction of the U-profile support, preferably at least substantially uninterrupted over the length of the U-profile support, for fastening parts of the connection coupling, so that the fastening parts the connection coupling at several arbitrary positions along the U-profile support can be fastened. As a result, the connection coupling can be arranged and fixed at arbitrary positions along the U-profile carrier, so that collisions with adjacent struts or components can be avoided in this way. Furthermore, in this way, the intended purpose attached to the U-profile support connection coupling in the not yet finally tightened state, be moved along the carrier.

Es ist ferner von Vorteil, wenn in der Führungs-Nut ein an mehreren Positionen längs der Führungs-Nut lösbar befestigbarer Nutenstein eines als Schnell-Spann-Element gestalteten Befestigungsmittels zur Befestigung des Auflageelements an dem U-Profil-Träger und/oder zur Befestigung einer Abhebesicherung gegen Abheben der Einhängehilfsmittel des Lauf- und/oder Arbeitsflächenelements aufgenommen istIt is also advantageous if in the guide groove at a plurality of positions along the guide groove releasably fastened sliding block designed as a quick-clamping element fastening means for fastening the support element to the U-profile support and / or for attachment of a Lifting protection against lifting the Einhängehilfsmittel the running and / or working surface element is added

According to an advantageous development it can be provided that in the guide groove a at several positions along the guide groove releasably attachable sliding block of a fastener for attachment of the support element to the U-profile support and / or attachment of a lift-off against lifting the Einhängehilfsmittel the running and / or working surface element is received, wherein the fastening means provided with the sliding block is designed with a transverse, preferably perpendicular to the sliding block extending, also referred to as a sword securing tab which extends in the assembled state through the slot of the guide groove along extends the support legs and which projects beyond the support edges of the support leg, that a support element cross-gripping, preferably designed as a holding plate retaining element by means of a cross-locking securing opening of the securing tab wedge releasably clamped is. In this way, the support element can be tightened in the clamped state between the support member and the support leg or the support legs.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the sliding block (53), the retaining element (77) and the wedge (80) are captively connected to the securing tab (76.1, 76.1). In other words, it may be provided that the sliding block, the retaining element, the wedge and the securing tab form a captive unit or assembly. This allows easy and easy handling and the individual parts of the fastening means for fastening the Support elements on the U-profile support can not be lost accidentally.

According to an expedient development, it can be provided that the connection part is arranged with a fastening element arranged between the attachment legs and open towards the support element and outwardly extending and extending in the longitudinal direction of the support, preferably at least substantially uninterrupted over the length of the U-profile support. Receiving groove for receiving a fastener part of a fastening element connected to the rod element, in particular a screw head of a screw has. As a result, the carrier can also be easily fixed to those positions of the rod element where protruding parts, such as screw heads, are present.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the U-profile carrier consists of an extruded light metal, in particular aluminum. This allows a particularly low weight and a particularly simple and easy handling of the U-profile beam, without the need for a crane would be required.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the coupling half shell of the connection coupling consists of an extruded light metal or that the coupling half shell is designed as a light metal extruded profile. As a result, the coupling half-shell is particularly easy and inexpensive to produce in the desired profile shape and has a low weight.

In the FIG. 1 in a front view schematically shown quick-assembly hall 10 according to one of several advantageous embodiments of the invention as a support serving substructure laterally standing scaffolds 11, which are formed for example with adjusting frame. Several roof trusses 12 are supported on these substructures, each of which can have a middle ridge piece 12.1 and a plurality of roof truss elements 12.2, which can be assembled via tabs and / or pipe connectors with corresponding engagement elements and connections, so that a saddle roof contour can be formed.

As in Fig. 2 shown schematically by way of example, each of the lines 17.1 to 17.4 a single roof truss 12 may be provided, in which case four roof trusses 12 are shown next to or behind each other. It is understood that any number of roof trusses 12 can be ranked behind or next to each other.

The roof trusses 12 are designed as a lattice girder 18, preferably made of aluminum, as they are as serial parts in the Scaffolding can be used. They have upper straps 20, lower straps 21, vertical bars 22 and diagonal bars 23. Because of the roof pitch, the vertical bars 22 are not exactly vertical. They are still referred to as vertical bars. These straps 20, 21 and struts 22, 23 are welded together to form a lattice girder.

On the support element 46 forming, here tubular upper flange 20 of the lattice girder 18, an inventive U-profile support 30 is saddled and secured there releasably using a coupling designed as a coupling coupling 60. The U-profile support 30 has an outwardly open U-profile 35, which is parallel to each other and to the longitudinal center plane 36 of the U-profile 35 and connected by a transverse wall 37 supporting leg 38.1, 38.2, which at its free ends support edge 39.1 , 39.2 for a support element 40. The support element 40 is the in FIG. 3 shown embodiment of the invention to roof lining elements 41 of a cassette roof. It is understood, however, that as support element 40, a roof or a running and / or working surface element, in particular a scaffold floor or its Eingehighilfsmittel 57, such as claws and the like may be provided, such as in FIG. 4 shown.

The U-profile 35 of the extruded light metal U-profile carrier is formed integrally with a connection part 45, which serves for fastening and supporting the U-profile 35 on the elongate support member 46, here the upper flange 20 of the lattice girder 18. It is understood that the U-profile beam 30 is also suitable and intended for other support elements, for example, to be attached to a scaffold tube using the connection coupling 60.

The U-profile carrier 30 has a limited by the transverse wall 37 and in the direction of the support edges 39.1, 39.2 of the support legs 38.1, 38.2 and to the insides 42.1, 42.2 out, transverse to the support legs 38.1, 38.2 extending guide groove 50th on. This guide groove 50 is by forming a slot 51 by at a distance from each other and along the inner sides 42.1, 42.2 of the two support legs 38.1, 38.2 arranged and thereof starting in each case inwardly to the longitudinal median plane 36 extending towards groove-engaging ribs 52.1, 52.2 limited , The groove-engaging ribs 52.1, 52.2 are here approximately perpendicular to the support legs 38.1 and 38.2 formed and lie here in a common horizontal plane, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane 36 here.

In the guide groove 50, a sliding block 53 of a fastening means 55 is received, which serves for the attachment of one or more support elements 40 to the U-profile support. The guide groove 50 is designed as a guide rail 54 extending in the longitudinal direction 62 of the U-profile support 30 for the sliding block 53, which extends continuously over the entire length of the U-profile support 30, in the Figures 3 and 4 in the direction of a perpendicular to the sheet plane direction. As a result, the sliding block 53 in the guide groove 50 can be displaced in the longitudinal direction 62 of the U-profile carrier 30 in such a way that it can be positioned and fixed in arbitrary positions along the guide rail 54.

The sliding block 53 has in a cross section perpendicular to the in the Figures 3 and 4 shown cross sections, ie in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction 62 of the U-profile support 30 extending cutting plane a maximum width, which is smaller than the width of the slot 51 corresponding minimum distance between the opposite ends of the groove-Hintergreif webs 52.1 and 52.2. This allows the sliding block 53 in the non-clamped state, starting from his in the Figures 3 and 4 shown blocking position, are transferred by rotation about its vertical axis 70, here by about 90 degrees, in a position in which he out of the guide groove 50 through the slot 51 together with the other parts of designed as a quick-clamping element 75 Fastener 55 can be removed. The mounting of the sliding block 53 in the guide groove 50 can be reversed accordingly.

The nut 53 is preferably rotatably connected to a sword or bolt-shaped securing tab 76.1, 76.2, which extends here approximately perpendicular to the here a rectangular cross-section having sliding block 53 therefrom and in the assembled state shown by the slot 51st the guide groove 50 extends approximately parallel and along the support legs 38.1, 38.2. The securing tab 76.1, 76.2 has a length such that in the assembled state, the support edges 39.1, 39.2 of the support legs 38.1, 38.2 of the U-profile 35 of the U-profile support 30 projects beyond such that the support elements 40, respectively in FIG. 3 in the joint area superimposed roof skin elements 41, or in FIG. 4 shown Einhängehilfsmittel 57 of the running and / or working surface elements 58 cross-holding member 77, here as a holding plate or as Perforated disk 78 is designed, by means of a transverse to the securing tab 76.1, 76.2 extending securing opening 79.1, 79.2 of the securing tab 76.1, 76.2 cross wedge 80 is releasably clamped. As in the Figures 3 and 4 shown in the assembled and clamped state, then the support elements 40, respectively the roof skin elements 41 and the solid, preferably by welding to the running and / or working surface elements 58 connected Einhängehilfsmittel 57 after wrapping of the wedge 80 in the securing opening 79.1, 79.2, between the holding member 77 and the support legs 38.1, 38.2 tightened.

Baugruppe ausbilden. The wedge 80 has in the region of its end opposite the wrapping end a Verliersicherungsmittel, here in the form of a rivet 85, whereby the wedge 80 is captively connected to the securing tab 76.1, 76.2. For this purpose, the rivet 85 has a width or length which is greater than the width of the securing opening 79.1, 79.2 or, more generally, the rivet 85 protrudes so far beyond the outer surface of the wedge 80 that the wedge 80 does not without permanent deformation or destruction of the rivet 86 and / or the wedge 80 and / or the securing tab 76.1, 76.2 of the securing tab 76.1, 76.2 is separable. In the exemplary embodiments shown, the sliding block 53 and the holding element 77 configured here as a perforated plate 78 are also captively connected to the securing tab 76. 1, 76. 2, so that the sliding block 53, the holding element 77, the wedge 80 and the securing tab 76. 1, 76. 2 have a captive unit or unit Form assembly.

As exemplified in FIG. 4 shown, with the nut 53 designed attachment means 55 can also for advantageous attachment of a lift-off 56 against lifting with Einhängehilfsmitteln 57, such as hooks or claws provided running and / or working surface elements 58 of the Auflageränder 39.1, 39.2 of the support legs 38.1, 38.2 be trained or serve.

In the in the Figures 3 and 4 shown preferred embodiments of the invention, it is also provided that the connection part 45 of the U-profile support 30 on both sides of the longitudinal center plane 36 each have a mounting leg 59.1, 59.2 for the here separately manageable connection coupling 60, here as a formed with a coupling half-shell 61 pipe coupling is designed. In contrast to the constructions known from the prior art, this connection coupling 60 can be releasably fastened to the mounting legs 59.1 and 59.2 at several arbitrary positions along the U-profile support 30 in the case of the U-shaped support 30 designed according to the invention. The U-profile support 30 can be fixed by means of the connection coupling 60 on the elongated, here formed as upper flange 20 of a lattice girder 80 support member 46 and is there according to the in the Figures 3 and 4 fastened mounting positions shown. For this purpose, the two mounting legs 59.1 and 59.2 here each as a in the longitudinal direction 62 of the U-profile support 30 extending and over the entire length of the U-profile support continuous mounting rail 63.1, 63.2 designed, to which the fasteners 71.1 and 71.2 of the connection coupling 60 at several arbitrary positions along the U-profile support 30 can be fastened. In this way, the connection coupling 60 can be arranged and fixed at arbitrary positions along the U-profile support 30 for fastening the same to the support element 46 without colliding with adjacent components such as braces. This ensures optimum safety. The coupling half-shell 61 is designed as a light metal extruded profile, in contrast to the known from the prior art coupling half shells.

The fastening legs 59.1 and 59.2 each comprise undercut surfaces 69.1, 69.2 having supporting elements 68.1, 68.2, which extend away from the support element 46, here the upper flange 20 and to the U-profile 35 having side of the U-profile support 30 and with their help a lateral support of fasteners 71.1, 71.2 of the connection coupling 60 is achieved when it is secured by fixing the U-profile support 30 to the support member 46 on the U-profile support 30. In the attached state, therefore, the fastening parts 71.1 and 71.2 of the connection coupling 60 are positively connected to the support elements 68.1, 68.2 or to the fastening legs 59.1, 59.2.

In the in the Figures 3 and 4 In the exemplary embodiments shown, the U-profile carrier 30 according to the invention has, at its connecting part 45, a receiving groove 65 formed between the fastening legs 59.1 and 59.2, which is open towards the carrying element 46 and which extends in the longitudinal direction 62 of the U-profile. Carrier 30 also extends continuously over the entire length of the U-profile beam. This receiving groove 65 can serve to receive a fastener part of a fastener connected to the support member 46, which is designed here with a screw 67 with screw head 66. Accordingly, the over the outer surface of the here tubular support member 46th protruding screw head 66 are received in the receiving groove 65, so that the U-profile support 30 can also be saddled and secured above above the support member 46 above projecting parts.

In the in the Figures 3 and 4 In the embodiments shown, the fastening legs 59.1 and 59.2 of the support element 40 of the U-profile support 30 are designed to form the tubular support element 46 formed here with a circular outer diameter with a correspondingly circular contact surface whose radius 64.1, 64.2 corresponds to the outer radius of the tubular support element 46. It is understood, however, that depending on the outer geometry of the respective support element, the associated bearing surfaces of the support element also to the respective outer contour of this support Supporting elements can be designed adapted, so for example, can be formed bevelled with a flat, straight in cross-section surface. Accordingly, the U-profile support 30 according to the invention can be mounted on any type of support elements, in particular on any type of scaffold tubes or lattice girders, in particular with a circular cross section, so that a particularly wide range of uses of this U-profile support 30 results.

The range of use of the U-profile support 30 is further extended by the fact that in the U-profile 35 and on the Auflagerändern 39.1, 39.2 of the support legs 38.1, 38.2 also running and / or worktop elements, especially scaffold floors and preferably Eingehiegilfsmittel 57 as hooks or claws of such running and / or working surface elements 58 can be hung, which can then be fixed by means of the quick-tensioning element 75 on the U-profile support 30 or secured by fixing a lift-off 56 on the U-profile support 30 can be. Accordingly, the U-profile support 30 can be used, for example, for the assembly of surface structures of system-free lattice girders and / or scaffolding parts.

The FIG. 4 shows such an embodiment of the inventive U-profile support 30 of a supporting structure, in particular a scaffold or podium or a grandstand or stairs, which is attached to a tubular support member 46 by means of a connection coupling 60 and to the U-support leg 38.1, 38.2 Einhängehilfsmittel 57 forming hooks 84 of running and / or working surface elements 58 forming scaffolding floors 83 are secured by means of a designed as a lift-off 56 support member 77 which is fixed by means of a quick-tensioning element 75 with wedge 80. The same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals as in FIG FIG. 3 Mistake.

Unlike the in FIG. 3 embodiment shown is in the in FIG. 4 shown embodiment, a securing opening 79.2 is provided, which is arranged opposite the securing opening 79.1 rotated by about 90 degrees in the securing tab 76.2. As a result, the wedge 80 is arranged offset by about 90 degrees, so that this now extends approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction 62 of the U-profile support 30. As a result, the wedges 80 customary in scaffolding can be arranged in a space-saving and easily visible manner for safety reasons. Apart from the differences indicated above are those in FIG. 4 shown fasteners same design as the fastener 55 according to FIG. 3 , Also each designed the same in the Figures 3 and 4 the U-profile support 30 and the connection coupling 60. It is understood, however, that these elements can also be designed differently in the context of the invention.

It will also be understood that the light metal extruded U-profile beam 30 can be easily shortened to a degree desired on-site and then reused without any restrictions.
