Claims (9)

  1. An inkjet printing system for a reel-fed offset printing press, wherein the reel-fed offset printing press comprises at least one printing couple (1, 2) for printing a paper web (20) which can be guided through the at least one printing couple (1, 2), and wherein the inkjet printing system comprises at least one inkjet printing head (10, 11), which is mounted on a cross member (12, 13), so that the at least one inkjet printing head (10, 11) is arranged in a working position for printing the paper web (20),
    characterized in that
    the at least one inkjet printing head (10, 11) is mounted on the cross member (12, 13) in such a manner that the inkjet printing head (10, 11) can be adjusted along the cross member (12, 13) in a direction that is transverse to a longitudinal direction of the paper web (20).
  2. The inkjet printing system according to Claim 1, wherein the inkjet printing head (10, 11) is arranged on the cross member (12, 13) in the region of a level course of the paper web (20) within the printing press.
  3. The inkjet printing system according to Claim 1, wherein the inkjet printing head (10, 11) is arranged in a working position on a curved surface of a printing couple cylinder, such as for example a deflection roller or a printing cylinder.
  4. The inkjet printing system according to Claim 2, wherein in the region of the position of the inkjet printing heads (10, 11) additional paper guiding rollers for stabilising the paper web (20) are provided.
  5. The inkjet printing system according to Claim 1, wherein for each inkjet printing head (10, 11) an activation unit (40, 41) or control unit is provided, which is arranged in the printing press structure in close proximity to the assigned printing head (10, 11).
  6. The inkjet printing system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the inkjet printing system (8, 9) is constructed of cross member (12), printing head (10, 11), activation unit (40, 41) and the required controller hardware in a modular and portable manner, so that when required the position of each inkjet printing system (8, 9) within the printing press can be changed, or be used in multiple ways in any location in the printing press.
  7. The inkjet printing system according to Claim 5, wherein for the synchronisation of the activation unit (40, 41) with respect to the impression location in a recess of the printing template and the dimensionally accurate depiction of the impression of the printing press starting out from the printing press control a speed signal (encoder signal) and a starting signal (zero pulse) is provided.
  8. The inkjet printing system according to Claim 7, wherein the activation unit (40, 41) of the inkjet printing system (8, 9) can be operated from the printing press control in such a manner that the image data to be printed can be fed in during the printing process asynchronously to the rest of the data workflow.
  9. The inkjet printing system according to Claim 7, wherein the activation unit (40, 41) of the inkjet printing system (8, 9) is incorporated in the printing press control so that the image data to be printed is integrated in the data workflow.
