Description

Behälterträger aus Karton Container carrier made of cardboard
The invention relates to a container carrier made of cardboard.
Container carriers made of cardboard are used in particular for storing and transporting bottles or cans. For this purpose, the container carrier has a bottom wall, upstanding from the longitudinal sides of the bottom wall side walls and from the transverse sides of the bottom wall upstanding further side walls. Preferably, they additionally have a handle to carry. This is e.g. formed by several Eingriffsöffhungen in side walls or by a Eingriffsöffhung in an intermediate wall between the side walls. But it can also be a strip-shaped, the distance range between two side walls über¬ bridging handle portion. Further, there are container carriers, which are closed at the top by a top wall connected to side walls top wall. The handle is e.g. formed by at least one engagement opening in the top wall. In known embodiments, there are two spaced Eingriffsöffhung by which an interposed, strip-shaped portion of the top wall can be used. Furthermore, the handle may be formed by a pull-out region delimited by punched lines in the cover wall and possibly in adjacent regions of side walls.
Further, container carriers are known in which the bottom wall, two side walls and, if necessary, the top wall are longitudinally connected via fold lines and glued in coverage areas. The pre-glued blank is erectable to a shell with openings on the transverse sides. Other side walls are of bottom wall flaps, which are hinged to the transverse sides of the bottom walls, side wall flaps, which are hinged to the transverse sides of Seitenwknde and if appropriate cover wall flaps are hinged to the transverse sides of the top wall gebil- det. The side wall flaps, bottom wall flaps and optionally cover wall flaps are folded into the transverse openings of the container carrier and glued together.
It is known, when buying container carriers, which are filled, for example, with beer bottles or beer cans, ice, e.g. in the form of ice cubes, to fill the containers on the way from the point of sale to the point of consumption. The disadvantage is that the ice at least partially melts during transport and melt water runs out of slots and other openings of the container carrier.
Based on this, the present invention seeks to provide a container carrier made of cardboard, which prevents the leakage of melt water or at least reduced.
The object is achieved by a container carrier with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the container carrier are indicated in the subclaims.
Der erfindungsgemäße Behälterträger aus Karton hat eine Bodenwand, mit den Längsseiten der Bodenwand über erste Faltlinien verbundene Seitenwände, mit den Querseiten der Bodenwand über zweite Faltlinien verbundene Bodenwandklappen, mit den Querseiten der Seitenwände über dritte Faltlinien verbundene S eitenwandklappen,The cardboard container carrier according to the invention has a bottom wall, side walls connected to the longitudinal sides of the bottom wall via first fold lines, bottom wall flaps connected to the transverse sides of the bottom wall via second fold lines, side wall flaps connected to the transverse sides of the side walls via third fold lines,
Corner joints between the second and third fold lines comprising layer splits at least one cardboard layer of the bottom wall flaps and / or the sidewall flaps, the striations being present between first scoring lines introduced from the outside between adjoining regions of the sidewall flaps and bottom flaps and extending to the corners between the second fold lines and the third fold lines, and second scoring lines, which are introduced from the inside into the Boden¬ wall flaps and extending between the second fold lines and the side wall flaps adjacent sides of the bottom wall flaps, and / or third scribe lines introduced from the inside into the side wall flaps and between the third fold lines and the Bodenwand¬ the flaps adjacent Sides of the side wall flaps are stretched, and glue webs extending from the corner joints away from the second fold lines and terminate at a distance above the second fold lines.
The critical points of a container carrier made of cardboard through which melt water can escape are the corners between the bottom wall, the side walls and the bottom wall flaps and the side wall flaps of the further side walls. Since the side wall flaps and the bottom wall flaps are folded over one another and glued together, small openings remain at the corners, through which melt water emerges. These openings are avoided by the corner joints of the container support according to the invention. Since the corner joints are separated out of the bottom wall flaps and / or side wall flaps by layer separation, the bottom wall and the side walls are connected to one another via the corner joints without joining or gluing points. Furthermore, the bottom wall flaps and the side wall flaps are connected to one another in a liquid-tight manner via the glue webs and to the corner connections. As a result, a tightness of the container carrier is ensured at the corners, which corresponds to the tightness of Karton¬ materials. Basically, it is sufficient to implement the invention, the Lagenabspaltun¬ gene vorzuneh¬ only on the bottom wall flaps or only on the side wall flaps. If the corner joints are split off only from the bottom wall flap, they are folded when folding the bottom wall flaps against the side wall flaps in between. If the corner joints are split off only by the side wall flaps, they are folded when folding the side wall flaps outside against the bottom wall flaps in between. The corner connections are preferably split off from the bottom wall flaps and the side wall flaps. This makes it possible to pivot the sidewall flaps or the bottom wall flaps far enough outward for easier insertion of a group of containers. To close the container carrier on the transverse sides of the bottom wall flaps are pivoted from the outside against the side wall flaps, with a portion of the corner joints between them, or vice versa.
Due to the corner joints and glue webs, the container carrier is sealed at the corners near the bottom wall. Decisive for the amount of melt water that can be retained by the container carrier is the height of the glue webs. In principle, the glue webs can be designed as narrow strips. Also included is a wide or planar design of the glue webs, i. with considerable extension parallel to the second fold lines. Preferably, the extension of the glue webs away from the second fold lines is such that the container carrier catches the melt water of a typically filled amount of ice. Consequently located openings of the container carrier do not lead to a loss of water.
According to one embodiment, the third fold lines have cut lines at a further distance than the upper end of the glue webs from the second fold lines. Consequently, the melt water is retained in the container carrier, unless it exceeds the height of the glue webs. The sectional lines above facilitate the closing of the side wall flaps when erecting the container carrier.
According to one embodiment, the container carrier has a handle in the upper region. The handle is e.g. formed by Eingriffsöffhungen in side walls or through the engagement opening on a parallel to the side walls extending intermediate wall. According to a further embodiment, the container carrier has a top wall connecting a plurality of side walls to one another, wherein a handle is formed entirely in the top wall or partially in the top wall and partly in side walls. According to a further embodiment, the top wall hinged on the transverse sides cover wall flaps, wherein top panel flaps, Seitenwand¬ flaps and, if necessary, bottom wall flaps are folded over one another and connected to each other.
The handle is e.g. formed by Eingriffsöffhungen in the top wall. According to one embodiment, the top wall and optionally two side walls or the top wall flaps has a pre-punched, pull-out handle. The handle is pulled out of the top wall for carrying. In this case, a contact of the support hand is avoided with the upper regions of the container.
In den Zeichnungen zeigen:According to one embodiment, the container carrier in the top wall has at least one opening area delimited by at least one tear line and / or fold line. After opening the opening area by tearing open the tear line and / or folding down the opening area, the container carrier is opened and ice can be filled or containers can be removed. The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings of an embodiment. In the drawings show:

According to FIG. 1, a blank 1 has a bottom wall 2, to which side walls 5, 6 are articulated on the longitudinal side via first folding lines 3, 4.
On the transverse sides of the bottom wall 2 are on second fold lines 7, 8 Bodenwand¬ flaps 9, 10 hinged.
On the transverse sides of the side walls 5, 6 are hinged on third fold lines 11, 12, 13, 14 lower side wall flaps 15, 16, 17, 18 and upper side wall flaps 19, 20, 21, 22. Outside the lower side wall flaps 15, 16, 17, 18, the side walls 5, 6 taper outwards. Accordingly, the third fold lines 11 to 14 between the lower side wall flaps 15 to 18 and the upper side wall flaps 19 to 22 have a kink. On the outer longitudinal sides of the side walls 5, 6, a lower cover wall 25 and an upper cover wall 26 are articulated via fourth fold lines 23, 24. The cover walls 25, 26 have at their transverse sides via fifth fold lines 27, 28, 29, 30 hinged lower cover wall flaps 31, 32 and upper cover wall flaps 33, 34th
In the top walls 25, 26 and the top wall flaps 31, 32, 33, 34 are defined by punching lines lower and upper handles 35, 36. The handles 35, 36 have strip-shaped central portions 37, 38 and fork-shaped end portions 39, 40, 41, 42 which extend from the top wall 25, 26 out into the top wall flaps 31, 32, 33, 34.
The handles 35, 36 are formed substantially congruent. The end sections 39, 40, 41, 42 essentially have punching lines 43, 44, 45, 46 which can be folded down between the forks in the top wall flaps 31, 32, 33, 34.
On both sides of the handles 35, 36 are lower fold lines 47, 48 and upper fold lines 49, 50 present, which substantially bridge the distance between the end portions 39, 40 and 41, 42 of each handle 35, 36.
In the upper top wall 26 are also between the handle 36 and the upper fold lines 49, 50 cutting lines 51, 52 present, which also bridge the distance range between the end portions 41, 42.
The areas of the cover walls 25, 26 on both sides of the handles 35, 36 are along tear lines 53 to 60, which are arranged on the fifth fold lines 27 to 30, separable and pivotable to the side. The bottom wall flaps 9, 10 and the lower side wall flaps 15, 16, 17, 18 are originally in the lower region, which is adjacent to the fold lines 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 connected to each other. By from the outside (based on the finished container carrier) introduced first score lines 61, 62, 63, 64, which reaches up to the Schnitt¬ points of the fold lines 7 and 11, 7 and 13, 8 and 12, 8 and 14, they are in an outer layer separated from each other.
Further, in the bottom wall flaps second scoring lines 65, 66, 67, 68 are present, which are extending from the second fold lines 7, 8 to the adjacent outer sides of the respective bottom wall flaps 9, 10. The second fold lines 65 to 68 are introduced from the inside (based on the finished container carrier) in the blank 1. The second score lines 65, 66, 67, 68 have two rectilinear sections which meet at an obtuse angle.
Further, in the lower side wall flaps 15, 16, 17, 18 third scoring lines 69, 70, 71, 72 are present, which are also introduced from the inside (relative to the finished container carrier) in the blank 1. The third score lines 69 to 72 extend between the third fold lines 11, 12, 13, 14 and the sides of the side wall flaps 15, 16, 17, 18, which face the bottom wall flaps 7, 10. The third score lines 69 to 72 also have two rectilinear sections which meet at an obtuse angle. The second scribe lines 65 to 68 and the third scribe lines 69 to 72 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the first scribe lines 61 to 64.
Before loading with bottles, the upper top wall 26 is folded against the outside of the lower top wall 25 and glued to it. The bonding takes place, for example, in the region of the handles 35, 36 and outside the lower fold lines 47, 48 and the upper fold lines 49, 50, for example flat, linear or punctiform. For loading with bottles, the pre-glued blank 1 is erected and a group of bottles 73 is inserted through an opening at the transverse sides. Here, the side wall flaps 15 to 22, the bottom wall flaps 9, 10 and the cover wall flaps 31 to 34 are pivoted far outward. Here detach from the bottom wall flaps 9, 10 and the lower side wall flaps 15 to 18 cardboard layers, the corner joints 74, 75, 76, 77 form. The group of bottles 73 can be easily inserted into the opening. This situation is shown in FIG. 2.
According to FIG. 3, the side wall flaps 15 to 22 are then folded into the transverse openings of the blank, and glue webs 78, 79, 80, 81 proceed from the corner joints 74, 75, 76, 77 parallel to the third fold lines 11, 12, 13, 14 outside on the lower side wall flaps 15, 16, 17, 18 attached. The glue webs 78 to 81 are webs of a hot glue. The glue webs 78 to 81 extend on the corner joints 74 to 77 to below the second fold lines 7, 8, when the bottom wall flaps 9, 10 are folded slightly below the level of the bottom wall 6.
Thereafter, the bottom wall flaps 9, 10 are folded up and glued along the glue webs 78 to 81 with the lower side wall flaps 15 to 18. Furthermore, the upper side wall flaps 19 to 22 are also covered with glue webs and the upper edge regions of the bottom wall flaps 9, 10 as well. Thereafter, the top wall flaps 31 to 34 are folded against the upper side wall flaps 19 to 22 and the upper edge region of the bottom wall flaps 9, 10 and thereby glued to these. Then the container carrier is ready. 4, to support the container carrier 82, the handle 35, 36 is pulled out of the top wall 25, 26 upwards. In this case, the forks of the end sections 39 to 42 penetrate between the closures of adjacent bottles 73. The flaps adjacent to the strip-shaped section 37, 38 are knocked under the handle 35, 36 and prevent the grip edges from being cut into the hand of the wearer. The areas of the top wall 25, 26 on both sides of the handle 35, 36 are separated along the tear lines 53 to 60 and pivoted to the fourth fold lines 23, 24 to the side. Thereafter, ice can be poured into the container carrier from above.
The corner joints 74 to 77 and the glue webs 78 to 81 prevent the melt water from dropping out of the corners (in FIG. 4 the front corner is circled) of the container carrier 82. Undesired moisture penetration is thereby avoided. The user can drain the water into a sink as soon as he no longer needs the packaging.
