Claims (8)

  1. Système de piston-cylindre d'un compresseur à plateau oscillant, comprenant une enveloppe (2) qui forme le cylindre et dans laquelle est logé un piston (5) pour la production d'air comprimé, une boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique et refroidie étant, pour améliorer le refroidissement, disposée dans le cylindre formé par l'enveloppe (2),
    caractérisé en ce que la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique ou l'enveloppe (2) est munie d'au moins trois cannelures (6) pour le maintien à distance uniforme de l'enveloppe (2) entourante ou de la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique ainsi que pour bloquer en rotation lesdits éléments correspondants, de manière à créer par la distance formée des chambres (11, 12, 13, 14), dans lesquelles peut passer à des fins de refroidissement un fluide réfrigérant se déplaçant dans un circuit de refroidissement.
  2. Système piston-cylindre suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique distincte, au moins deux des cannelures (6) pénètrent dans une rainure (30) de la paroi du cylindre correspondante et constituée au moins de manière partiellement complémentaire, de manière à bloquer en rotation, en raison d'une pénétration à complémentarité de formes, la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique par rapport à la paroi cylindrique de l'enveloppe (2).
  3. Système piston-cylindre suivant la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur de la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique, respectivement de toutes les cannelures (6) ainsi que des rainures (30) associées dans la paroi cylindrique, ainsi que le diamètre intérieur de la paroi cylindrique, sont adaptés également les uns aux autres de manière à donner les chambres (11, 12, 13, 14) entre la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique et la paroi cylindrique de l'enveloppe (2).
  4. Système piston-cylindre suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les chambres (11, 12, 13, 14) communiquent entre elles du point de vue de la technique de l'écoulement suivant un circuit en série ou un circuit en parallèle.
  5. Système piston-cylindre suivant la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique est munie sur les deux surfaces frontales de bagues (9) d'étanchéité pour ménager une étanchéité des chambres (11, 12, 13, 14), parcourues par du fluide réfrigérant, de la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique par rapport à des éléments voisins.
  6. Système piston-cylindre suivant la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que dans les côtés frontaux de la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique sont ménagées des rainures annulaires ayant une section transversale en partie profilée, dans lesquelles les bagues (9) d'étanchéité peuvent être insérées en dépassant vers l'extérieur.
  7. Système piston-cylindre suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique est constituée d'un profilé extrudé ayant des cannelures (6) intégrées.
  8. Système piston-cylindre suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6 précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (2) et la boîte (8) de glissement cylindrique sont coulées en une seule pièce et sont usinées ensuite avec enlèvement de copeaux.
