Claims (34)
- Sicherheitsstruktur (3; 3'; 50), dazu bestimmt, mindestens teilweise in einem Gegenstand (1) aufgenommen zu werden oder an einem Gegenstand befestigt zu werden, beispielsweise einem Sicherheitsdokument und/oder Wertdokument, wobei die Struktur umfasst:mindestens einen ersten fluoreszierenden Bereich, der unter einer vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung sichtbares Licht von einer ersten Farbe (C1) mittels Fluoreszenz emittieren kann,wenigstens ein zweiter fluoreszierender Bereich, der unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung sichtbares Licht von einer von der ersten Farbe verschiedenen zweiten Farbe (C2) mittels Fluoreszenz emittieren kann, wobei der erste und der zweite fluoreszierende Bereich jeweils voneinander gegenüberliegenden Seiten (18; 19) der Struktur aus zu sehen sind,wobei die Struktur dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass mindestens einer des ersten und des zweiten fluoreszierenden Bereichs, insbesondere beide, mindestens teilweise nicht lichtundurchlässig ist, zumindest unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung, und dadurch, dass sich der erste und der zweite fluoreszierende Bereich mindestens teilweise so überlagern, dass unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung beide fluoreszierenden Bereiche nacheinander durchquerendes Licht eine von der ersten und der zweiten Farbe (C1, C2) verschiedene dritte Farbe (C3) wiedergibt.
- Struktur nach den vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die vorgegebene Beleuchtungsbedingung einer ultravioletten Beleuchtung entspricht, insbesondere von einer dem sichtbaren Licht nahen Wellenlänge.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die vorgegebene Beleuchtungsbedingung einer infraroten Beleuchtung entspricht.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass mindestens einer des ersten und des zweiten fluoreszierenden Bereichs, insbesondere beide, sichtbar farblos in weißem Licht ist.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der erste und der zweite fluoreszierende Bereich so ausgewählte Absorbtionsspektren aufweisen, dass unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung beide fluoreszierende Bereiche nacheinander durchquerendes Licht von der ersten und der zweiten Farbe (C1, C2) verschiedene dritte (C3) und vierte (C4) Farben gemäß der Reihenfolge der vom einfallenden Licht durchquerten fluoreszierenden Bereiche wiedergibt.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie mindestens einen dritten fluoreszierenden Bereich (22) umfasst, der auf der Seite des ersten fluoreszierenden Bereichs (21) zu sehen ist und unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung eine von der ersten Farbe (C1) verschiedene Farbe (C2) wiedergibt.
- Struktur nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie umfasst:mindestens einen dritten fluoreszierenden Bereich (22), der unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung die zweite Farbe (C2) wiedergibt, wobei der erste und der zweite Bereich von einer ersten Seite (20) der Struktur aus zu sehen sind,mindestens einen vierten fluoreszierenden Bereich (25) der unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung die erste Farbe (C1) wiedergibt, wobei der zweite (24) und der vierte (25) Bereich von einer zweiten Seite (23) der Struktur, gegenüber der ersten, aus zu sehen sind,wobei sich jeder fluoreszierende Bereich der einen Seite wenigstens teilweise, vorzugsweise genau, mit einem fluoreszierenden Bereich von verschiedener Farbe der anderen Seite in Überlagerung befindet.
- Struktur nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der dritte fluoreszierende Bereich (22) und der vierte fluoreszierende Bereich (25) jeweils an den ersten fluoreszierenden Bereich (21) beziehungsweise den zweiten fluoreszierenden Bereich (24) angrenzen.
- Struktur nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Struktur in Verbindungsabschnitten des ersten (21) und des dritten (22) fluoreszierenden Bereichs beziehungsweise des zweiten (24) und des vierten (25) fluoreszierenden Bereichs nicht lichtundurchlässig ist.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie mindestens eine Seite, insbesondere zwei gegenüberliegende Seiten, aufweist, die gänzlich fluoreszierend sind.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie einen Träger (10; 51) umfasst, der mindestens teilweise, insbesondere ganz, durchsichtig oder durchscheinend ist und die fluoreszierenden Bereiche trägt.
- Struktur nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Träger (10; 51) flexibel ist und vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, zum Beispiel aus Polyester, gebildet ist.
- Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 13, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass mindestens einer der fluoreszierenden Bereiche durch Ablagerung von einer fluoreszierenden Zusammensetzung (15; 16) auf einer Seite des Trägers gebildet ist.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie mindestens erste (13) und zweite (12) aneinandergrenzende Abschnitte umfasst, wobei der erste (13) eine Fähigkeit hat, sich dem Lichtdurchtritt bei einer gegebenen Beleuchtung zu widersetzen, die größer als die des zweiten (12) ist, wobei der erste Abschnitt (13) vorzugsweise sichtbar lichtundurchlässig und/oder reflektierend mindestens unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung ist und der zweite Abschnitt (12) sichtbar durchsichtig und/oder durchscheinend mindestens unter der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung ist.
- Struktur nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sich der zweite Abschnitt (12) mindestens teilweise mit mindestens einem fluoreszierenden Bereich (15; 16) in Überlagerung befindet.
- Struktur nach einem der zwei vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der zweite Abschnitt (12) eine zum Definieren eines Motivs (11) ausgewählte Form aufweist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt vorzugsweise ganz vom ersten umgeben ist.
- Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der erste Abschnitt (13) eine zum Definieren eines Motivs (11) ausgewählte Form aufweist, wobei der erste Abschnitt vorzugsweise ganz vom zweiten umgeben ist.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 19, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Motiv (11) unter den folgenden Elementen ausgewählt ist: ein Buchstabe, ein Bild, ein Symbol, ein Logo.
- Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der erste Abschnitt (13) durch eine metallische Schicht, vorzugsweise eine metallische Ablagerung, und der zweite Abschnitt (12) durch eine Demetallisierung dieser Schicht gebildet sind.
- Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie einen Negativ- oder Positivaufdruck mit einer Tinte aufweist, wobei der erste Abschnitt (13) die Tinte aufweist und der zweite Abschnitt (12) dort freigelegt ist.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie mindestens eines der folgenden Elemente umfasst:einen elektronischen Chip,ein holographisches und/oder lichtbrechendes Element,eine magnetische oder kristalline Beschichtung, Flüssigkristalle,einen Aufdruck mit einem Lack,eine Markierung,eine Tinte oder eine lumineszierende Substanz,ein thermochromisches und/oder piezochromisches Pigment.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie eine Bandform aufweist und zum Beispiel einen Sicherheitsfaden bildet.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie eine Länge über 0,7 mm, vorzugsweise unter 60 mm, insbesondere zwischen 1 mm und 40 mm, aufweist.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie dazu ausgelegt ist, ganz in oder auf einem Sicherheits- und/oder Wertgegenstand aufgenommen zu sein.
- Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, umfassend einen mindestens eine fluoreszierende Schicht tragenden Träger (51), gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Träger (51) dazu ausgelegt ist, von der fluoreszierenden Schicht (53) nach dem Anbringen der Struktur auf einem Sicherheits- und/oder Wertdokument getrennt zu werden, wobei die Struktur zum Beispiel einen Sicherheitsaufkleber bildet.
- Gegenstand umfassend mindestens teilweise eine solche Sicherheitsstruktur, wie sie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist.
- Gegenstand nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Struktur mindestens teilweise, vorzugsweise ganz, in eine Schicht des Gegenstands eingebracht ist.
- Gegenstand nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Struktur abwechselnd in eine Schicht des Gegenstands eingebrachte Bereiche und freiliegende Abschnitte umfasst.
- Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 28, umfassend mindestens eine Faserschicht (2).
- Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 29, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Sicherheitsstruktur von einem ersten Rand des Artikels bis zu einem dem ersten gegenüberliegenden zweiten Rand verläuft.
- Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 30 gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass er zum Aufnehmen eines Aufdrucks bestimmt ist.
- Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 31, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass er zum Bilden eines der folgende Elemente bestimmt ist: eine Banknote, ein Sicherheitspapier, ein Blatt oder ein Deckel eines Passes, ein Visum, ein Coupon, ein anderes Wertdokument als eine Banknote, zum Beispiel ein Scheck oder eine Kreditkarte, eine Schutz- und/oder Authentifizierungsetikette, eine Rückverfolgungsetikette, ein Ticket.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Gegenstands, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:Stellen einer Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25,Einbringen oder Übertragen der Struktur mindestens teilweise in oder auf dem Gegenstand.
- Verfahren zum Authentifizieren und/oder Identifizieren eines Gegenstands, zum Beispiel eines Sicherheits- und/oder Wertdokuments, umfassend eine Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Aussetzen des Gegenstands (1) der vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsbedingung,Verifizieren der Authentizität und/oder der Identität des Gegenstands ausgehend von der oder den durch die fluoreszierenden Bereiche wiedergegebenen Farben (C1; C2; C3; C4).
