Definitions

  • the invention relates to a floor cleaning device having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the sweeping device usually comprises a dirt collecting container, which can be detachably connected to the housing, which is connected to the housing via a dirt inlet opening, so that dirt which is picked up by the brush roller from the bottom surface can be transferred via the dirt inlet opening into the dirt collecting container. For emptying, the dirt collector can be separated from the housing.
  • the floor cleaning device comprises a housing, on the underside of a cleaning opening is arranged. Adjacent to the cleaning opening a replaceable cleaning roller is rotatably mounted, which is releasably engaged on a first end face with a rotatably driven driver and aligned with obliquely to the axis of rotation of the driver longitudinal axis with the. Carrier engageable and collinear to the axis of rotation of the driver is aligned.
  • the driver is partially spherical designed to allow the necessary for installation and removal inclined position of the cleaning roller.
  • Object of the present invention is to provide a floor cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that the cleaning roller can be replaced in a simpler way.
  • Both the cleaning roller and the driver each have at least one sliding surface, which do not form a planar contact, but only abut linearly against each other.
  • this can be applied with its sliding surface to the corresponding sliding surface of the driver and in the subsequent alignment of the cleaning roller collinear to the axis of rotation of the driver slide the sliding surfaces with linear contact along each other.
  • the contact line between the sliding surfaces of the driver and the cleaning roller may extend along a circumference, wherein the plane of the circumference is predetermined by the orientation of the cleaning roller.
  • the contact line running along the circumference can be pivoted into a plane oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the driver.
  • a first sliding surface forms the lateral surface of a truncated cone and a second sliding surface interacting with the first sliding surface forms the lateral surface of a spherical layer.
  • the first sliding surface is arranged on the driver and the second sliding surface on the cleaning roller.
  • a conical guide surface adjoins the first and / or the second sliding surface. This gives the possibility, when joining the cleaning roller and driver, first to apply a sliding surface to the conical guide surface adjoining the other sliding surface and to move it over to the other sliding surface.
  • driver and cleaning roller ensures that a rotational movement of the driven by a motor driver can be transferred to the cleaning roller.
  • the cleaning roller on the front side a Mit Spotifyaus foundedung, which is placed on the driver to form a rotationally fixed connection.
  • the driver thus immersed in the driving recess of the cleaning roller.
  • Carrier and driving recess can thereby rotatably connected to each other via obliquely to the direction of rotation of the cleaning roller aligned receptacles and corresponding projections.
  • the driving recess is preferably designed frusto-conical and the driver advantageously comprises a spherical layer sliding section.
  • the peripheral wall of the driving recess forms in such an embodiment, a first sliding surface, the formation of a line-shaped contact to the spherical layer sliding portion of the driver can be applied, wherein the lateral surface of the sliding portion is a second sliding surface.
  • a conical guide surface adjoins the second sliding surface.
  • this is rotatably in an advantageous embodiment with a rotatably mounted on a support wall, such as a housing wall, mounted rotary member, in particular a pulley, connected via transmission means, in particular a belt drive, with a Motor is coupled.
  • a support wall such as a housing wall
  • mounted rotary member in particular a pulley
  • transmission means in particular a belt drive
  • a particularly compact design of the floor cleaning device can be achieved in that the driver is configured disk-like and bears frontally on the rotary part driven by the motor.
  • the rotational movement of the driver can be transmitted via at least one projection and an associated receptacle on the cleaning roller. It is advantageous if the driver and the cleaning roller via at least one of the axis of rotation of the driver facing rib and a rib-receiving groove engage with each other, wherein the rib and the groove of the linearly adjacent sliding surfaces protrude.
  • the first sliding surface forms the circumferential surface of a frusto-conical driving recess of the cleaning roller, wherein the at least one rib protrudes from the first sliding surface, wherein they face the axis of rotation of the driver.
  • the second sliding surface may be designed as a lateral surface of a spherical layer sliding section of the driver, wherein at least one groove is formed in the second sliding surface.
  • the at least one rib and the associated groove contact each other linearly in the direction of rotation of the cleaning roller.
  • the provision of a linear contact between the groove and the rib simplifies the assembly of cleaning roller and driver, because this reduces the risk that rib and groove tilt each other.
  • the mutually remote side surfaces of the at least one rib and the mutually facing side surfaces of the associated groove are each inclined at an angle to each other, wherein the inclination angle of the side surfaces of the ribs is greater than the inclination angle of the side surfaces of the groove.
  • the angle of inclination is understood to mean the angle which the respective side surfaces of the ribs or of the groove form relative to one another.
  • the axis of rotation facing end surface of the at least one rib is inclined to the bottom surface of the associated groove. This has the consequence that also between the bottom surface of the groove and the end face of the rib if necessary forms a linear contact. It is particularly advantageous, however, if the bottom surface of the groove has a distance from the end face of the rib, so that the end face and bottom face do not touch during the rotational movement of the cleaning roller.
  • the cleaning roller is rotatably held on its end remote from the driver on a bearing plate, which is releasably connected on or held in the housing and together with the cleaning roller via the cleaning opening the housing removable and inserted into the housing.
  • the bearing plate can be removed together with the bearing plate adjacent end portion of the cleaning roller through the cleaning opening to the housing.
  • a releasable locking connection can be used. This has the advantage that losable fasteners for the bearing plate can be omitted.
  • the end shield is held displaceably on a support wall, for example a housing wall.
  • the sliding holder of the bearing plate simplifies in particular the insertion of the bearing plate in the housing.
  • the bearing plate comprises a bearing plate on which a bearing hub is held resiliently in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning roller, wherein the cleaning roller is rotatably mounted on the bearing hub.
  • the resilient mounting of the bearing hub ensures a structurally simple way that it can be moved together with the cleaning roller during the removal of the bearing plate in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning roller.
  • the resilient mounting of the bearing hub also has the advantage that in the axial direction tolerances can be compensated in a simple manner.
  • over the resilient bearing hub from the bearing plate an axially, that is aligned in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning roller bias on the cleaning roller to thereby keep the axial clearance of the cleaning roller low.
  • bearing hub is connected by means of an elastically deformable connecting part with the bearing plate.
  • Bearing hub, connecting part and bearing plate can form a one-piece plastic molding.
  • the connecting part comprises a plurality of elastically deformable spokes. Preferably three equiangularly spaced spokes are used.
  • the floor cleaning device can form a sweeping device by the cleaning roller is designed as a brush roller.
  • the drive of the brush roller can be effected by means of an electric motor surrounded by the housing.
  • a floor cleaning device in the form of a sweeping device 10 is shown schematically with a two-part housing 11, which comprises a hood-shaped housing upper part 12 and a frame-shaped housing lower part 13.
