Claims (13)
- Procédé de transfert de couches donnant des images ou couvrantes ou de recouvrement depuis un film porteur sur des feuilles d'impression dans une machine de traitement de feuilles, notamment une machine d'impression de feuilles rotative, à l'aide d'au moins une unité d'application (1) pour un revêtement graphique ou surfacique d'une feuille d'impression avec une colle et d'au moins une unité de revêtement (2) pour le transfert de couches donnant des images ou couvrantes depuis le film porteur sur les feuilles d'impression, un intervalle de transfert (6) étant formé dans une unité de revêtement (2) entre un rouleau compresseur (3) et un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et le film porteur étant posé à la surface du rouleau compresseur (3) en suivant et avec la face revêtue sur une feuille d'impression et pouvant être guidé sous pression en commun avec celle-ci dans l'intervalle de transfert.(6) de manière à ce que les couches donnant des images ou couvrantes soient transférées depuis le film porteur sur les feuilles d'impression en adhérant dans des zones pourvues de colle,
caractérisé en ce que
la force de traction de la bande lors de l'acheminement d'un film de transfert (5) formé du film porteur et des couches donnant des images vers l'intervalle de transfert (6) et/ou lors de l'évacuation du film de transfert (5) hors de l'intervalle de transfert (6) est modifiable dans le cycle de revêtement des feuilles lors du passage dans des canaux cylindriques (3.1, 4.1) du
cylindre de contre-pression (4) et du rouleau compresseur (3). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la bande de film porteur (5) est guidée pour faire la modification dans le cycle de travail de l'unité de revêtement (2) au niveau de la sortie de l'intervalle de transfert (6) dans son angle d'enroulement (Z) sur le rouleau compresseur (3). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
la tension de la bande de film de transfert (5) est régulée dans le cycle de passage dans les canaux cylindriques (3.1, 4.1) entre le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et le rouleau compresseur (3) de manière à ce que la tension de la bande augmente brièvement lors du passage dans le canal. - Dispositif de transfert de couches donnant des images et/ou couvrantes ou de recouvrement depuis un film de transfert (5) sur des feuilles d'impression à l'aide d'au moins une unité d'application (1) pour le revêtement graphique ou surfacique de feuilles d'impression avec une colle et d'au moins une unité de revêtement (2) pour le transfert de couches donnant des images et/ou couvrantes depuis le film de transfert (5) sur les feuilles d'impression, chaque unité de revêtement (2) présentant au moins un intervalle de transfert (6) formé par un rouleau compresseur (3) et un cylindre de contre-pression (4) dans lequel le film de transfert (5) est guidé sous pression, posé au moins à la tangente du rouleau compresseur (3) par sa face revêtue sur les feuilles d'impression de manière à ce que la couche donnant des images ou couvrante ou de recouvrement soit transférée depuis le film de transfert (5) sur les feuilles d'impression en adhérant au niveau des zones pourvues de colle,
caractérisé en ce que,
dans un module d'application de film est disposé un dispositif de guidage de film contrôlable dans le cycle de revêtement des feuilles lors du passage dans des canaux cylindriques (3.1, 4.1) du cylindre de contre-pression (4) et du rouleau compresseur (3) pour le film de transfert (5). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que,
au niveau du dispositif de guidage du film, en vue du réglage de la tension de bande du film de transfert (5), il est prévu un dispositif de mesure de la force de traction de la bande de film de transfert (5). - Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que,
au niveau du dispositif de guidage du film, en vue du réglage de la tension de bande du film de transfert (5), il est prévu un ou plusieurs dispositifs de modification de la tension de la bande de film en utilisant des valeurs de mesure du dispositif de mesure de la force de traction de la bande de film. - Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que,
au niveau du dispositif de guidage du film, en vue du réglage de la tension de bande du film de transfert (5), il est prévu un ou plusieurs rouleaux tendeurs (18) pour modifier la trajectoire de transport de la bande de film en déplaçant la bande de film transversalement par rapport à son sens de transport en utilisant des valeurs de mesure du dispositif de mesure de la force de traction de la bande de film. - Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que,
au niveau du dispositif de guidage du film, en vue du réglage de la tension de bande du film de transfert (5), il est prévu un ou plusieurs organes de commande (7) ou freins pour modifier la force de traction des cylindres d'enroulement ou de déroulement (8, 9) sur la bande de film dans son sens de transport en utilisant des valeurs de mesure du dispositif de mesure de la force de traction de la bande de film. - Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que,
au niveau du dispositif de guidage du film, en vue du réglage de la tension de bande du film de transfert (5), il est prévu un dispositif de modification cyclique de l'angle d'enroulement (Z) de la bande de film sur le rouleau compresseur (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que,
du côté entrée de l'intervalle de transfert (6), il est prévu un rouleau conducteur (24) déplaçable transversalement par rapport au sens de circulation de bande de film de transfert (5) pour la modification cyclique de l'angle d'enroulement (Z) de la bande de film sur le rouleau compresseur (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que,
du côté sortie de l'intervalle de transfert (6), il est prévu un rouleau conducteur (34) déplaçable transversalement par rapport au sens de transport de la bande de film de transfert (5) pour la modification cyclique de l'angle d'enroulement (Z) de la bande de film sur le rouleau compresseur (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
le rouleau compresseur (3) est pourvu d'un élément recouvrant un canal cylindrique (3.1) recevant des éléments pour la tension d'un assemblage de presse. - Dispositif selon les revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre de contre-pression (4) est pourvu d'éléments préhenseurs aplatis de griffes (G) permettant de maintenir des feuilles (B) au niveau du cylindre de contre-pression (4), la proéminence des éléments préhenseurs au-dessus de la surface circonférentielle étant minimisée ou étant de 0.
