Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zum Mischen flüssiger Substanzen oder Verteilung von festen Substanzen in flüssigen Substanzen in mehreren in einer Mikroplatte (7) angeordneten Probenbehältern ist auf einer horizontal verschiebbaren Aufnahmeplatte (2) gehalten. Ein mit einer Unwucht versehener Motor (3) ist mittels seines Stators (3A) über einem Grundgestell (1) unmittelbar an der Unterseite der Aufnahmeplatte (2) gehalten, wobei die Drehachse (D) des Rotors (3B) senkrecht zur Aufnahmeplatte (2) angeordnet ist. Die Aufnahmeplatte (2) mit dem Motor (3) liegt auf mindestens drei horizontal elastisch bewegbaren Lagerelementen (6) auf, deren Befestigungspunkte am Grundgestell (1) und an der Aufnahmeplatte (2) so gewählt sind, dass die Aufnahmeplatte (2) mit der Mikroplatte (7) infolge der Rückstellkraft der Lagerelemente (6) im Ruhezustand eine definierte Position in der X-Y-Ebene einnimmt, und im Schüttelzustand infolge der von der Unwucht des Motors (3) bewirkten, gleich gerichteten seitlichen Auslenkung der Lagerelemente (6) eine horizontale, verdrehfreie Schüttelbewegung gegen die Rückstellkraft der Lagerelemente ausführt. Hierbei beschreiben alle Probenbehälter der Mikroplatte (7) die gleiche Kreisbahn in der X-Y-Ebene und es erfolgt der gleiche Energieeintrag zum Mischen in alle Probenbehälter.
