Definitions
- the present invention relates to a noise barrier comprising side by side arranged in the longitudinal direction of the noise barrier noise protection elements, each noise protection element are assigned to the noise protection element on both outer sides limiting columns.
- Noise barriers constructed of horizontally or vertically assembled noise barriers are well known in the art for shielding residential and resting areas of people from sources of noise, such as railroad tracks or busy roads.
- Such noise protection elements can be made of aluminum on a regular basis and have in their interior suitable materials in order to absorb the noise emitted by the noise source as best as possible and to insulate.
- a noise barrier of the type in question is generally composed of side by side along the longitudinal extent of the noise barrier arranged noise protection elements together.
- the noise barrier for bridging short sections may consist of only a single noise protection element.
- a generic noise barrier with noise control elements may also have a reinforced concrete element, preferably a reinforced concrete base element, which is arranged at the lower end of a noise protection element as the lower end of the same.
- a noise protection element is bounded on both outer sides by two supports, preferably steel supports, which usually have a profile bordering or enclosing the noise protection element.
- a support is always assigned to two adjacent noise protection elements, if it is not the first or last noise protection element of the noise protection wall.
- a noise protection element can be partially inserted from above into a guide of the supports.
- noise barriers which are in the range of electrified railway lines, i. Rail lines with overhead lines are arranged, there is a risk that, for example, after a crack of the overhead line this falls on the metallic noise barrier and energized.
- the noise barrier can divert the current (once), i.
- the noise barrier must be earthed in the crack area of the overhead line.
- non-grounded elements of the noise barrier be electrically connected to earthed elements, such as steel columns.
- Noise protection walls are known from the prior art, in which the individual elements of the noise protection wall are connected to one another via external connection lines and connected to, for example, a grounded steel support. Furthermore, from the DE 101 36 968 C1 a noise barrier is known, in which a corresponding line path for connecting the individual noise barrier elements between the steel columns at least partially extends over a conductive reinforcement of an associated reinforced concrete element.
- noise protection elements do not lie on both sides closely to the supports, but between the noise protection element and the flange or profile of the support air gaps are present.
- the noise protection elements hit against the profiles of the supports to an increased extent. This gives the noise protection elements an additional burden, which has a very negative impact on the useful life.
- the present invention has for its object to further develop the generic noise protection wall such that the disadvantages of the prior art are overcome.
- a noise barrier should have a high level of electrical safety, for example, should occur with high probability a short circuit in contact with a cracked, live overhead wire on railway lines.
- the noise barrier should show good dynamic stability and longevity.
- each noise protection element on at least one of its two end faces a plastic cover with a first region which covers the front side, and with the second region extending from the first region, each forming a contact seal between the support and the noise protection element, wherein at least a second region is made of conductive plastic.
- both end faces of the noise protection element each have a plastic cover.
- the plastic cover has two second regions.
- all second areas or the entire plastic cover are made of conductive plastic or is.
- the second regions of the plastic cover extend from the first region at an angle of approximately 90 °.
- noise protection elements can be arranged one above the other.
- the noise barrier has one or more reinforced concrete elements, preferably reinforced concrete base elements.
- the first region of the plastic cover is preferably made of a material selected from the group consisting of hard plastic or hard rubber.
- the conductive plastic is selected from the group consisting of conductive polyvinyl chloride, EPDM, polythiophene polypyrrole or polyaniline.
- the conductive plastic has a dielectric strength of at least 10 kV / mm.
- An embodiment is characterized in that the noise protection elements are provided on their upper and lower sides with a tongue and groove profiling.
- At least one support is preferably electrically connected to a grounding line, wherein the support for connection to the grounding line preferably has a separate grounding lug.
- a grounding connection with a trolley mast is also conceivable.
- the supports are designed as an angle, T, U, double T-beam or the like.
- the supports are embedded in foundation body.
- a noise protection element can be partially inserted from above into a socket formed by two supports.
- the plastic cover is attached to each end face.
- the plastic cover is secured by rivets on the noise protection element.
- the thickness of the first region is smaller than the thickness of the second regions of the plastic cover.
- the plastic cover in the first region has a thickness of 1 to 5 mm.
- the plastic cover in the region of the contact seal has a ring shape with a thickness of 5 to 15 mm.
- the supports are steel columns or concrete columns, preferably steel columns.
- each noise protection element of the noise barrier according to the invention closely abuts the supports on both sides, so that when exposed to wind or pressure / Sogbelastung from train traffic, the individual noise protection elements no longer can beat against the supports. This significantly improves the dynamic stability and longevity of the noise barrier.
- the plastic cover in the noise barrier according to the invention that the individual noise protection elements with the supports conductive over the conductive Plastic are connected. A complex bridging of previously used, non-conductive rubber seals is eliminated. Furthermore, a known from the prior art external connection of the individual elements of the noise barrier is no longer required.
- the noise barrier according to the invention can be constructed or dismantled in an extremely simple manner, after the construction always a sufficient grounding of all elements of the noise barrier according to the invention can be achieved, which leads, for example, when touched with a cracked, live overhead wire to railway lines directly to a short circuit and thus the Electricity from the noise barrier derives.
- An essential element of the noise protection wall according to the invention is the plastic cover on each end face of a noise protection element.
- the plastic cover has a first area which is intended to cover the front side of the noise protection elements.
- any, stable, non-electrically conductive plastic can be used.
- the plastic cover has second regions extending away from the first region, preferably at an angle of about 90 °, the second regions each providing a contact seal between the support and each noise protection element and at least a second region made of a conductive plastic , This conductivity of the plastic allows an electrically conductive connection between the support and the noise protection element and thus a grounding of all elements of the noise protection wall according to the invention.
- the entire plastic cover is constructed of conductive plastic.
- Conductive plastic materials are known but have not been used for this purpose.
- carbon black-added polyvinyl chloride or EPDM can be used.
- many conductive plastic materials are known, such as polythiophene or polypyrrole.
- the connection of different plastic materials of the first and second region of the plastic cover is readily possible for a person skilled in the art without having to go into detail here. It is also known to a person skilled in the art how great the conductivity of the conductive plastic material must be in order to allow at least (one-time) discharge.
- the conductive plastic material has a dielectric strength of at least 10 kV / mm, preferably 20 kV / mm, the dielectric strength being determined on the basis of DIN 53481.
- Fig. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the noise barrier according to the invention with a plurality of juxtaposed noise protection elements 1, which are each bordered on their outer sides 2, 3 by supports 4, preferably steel columns. Below each noise protection element 1, a reinforced concrete base element 5 is arranged. The supports 4 are preferably embedded in foundation body 6 such that two adjacent supports 4 define a noise protection element 1.
- the noise protection elements are preferably made of aluminum.
- Fig. 2 shows a plastic cover 7, which can be used for the noise barrier according to the invention.
- the plastic cover 7 has a first region 8 of non-conductive plastic and second regions 9, 10 of conductive plastic, which extend from the first region 8 at an angle of approximately 90 °.
- the second regions 9, 10 are formed in an elastic ring shape, and the ring has a thickness of about 5 to about 15 mm.
- the thickness of the first region 8 of the plastic cover 7 is about 1 to about 5 mm.
- Fig. 3 shows a support 4 in the form of a double-T-beam, partial noise protection element 1 and a plastic cover 7.
- the plastic cover 7 is attached to an end face 11 of the noise protection element 1, preferably plugged and / or by for mounting the noise barrier according to the invention Rivets (not shown) attached to the noise protection element 1.
- Rivets (not shown) attached to the noise protection element 1.
- the provided with the plastic cover 7 noise protection element 1 can then be inserted into a socket formed by two supports 4, as a detail of a support 4 in Fig. 3 is shown.
- the first area 8 of the plastic cover 7 covers the end face 11 of the noise protection element 1, while the second areas 9, 10 provide a contact seal between the noise protection element 1 and the support 4. Since the second regions 9, 10 are made of a conductive plastic material, there is an electrically conductive connection between the noise protection element 1 and the support 4, so that a corresponding grounding is given.
- the noise barrier according to the invention thus not only shows an extremely satisfactory grounding of all elements, but also an extremely high dynamic stability and longevity, since the contact seal the noise protection elements 1 can not beat against the supports 4.
