Claims (14)

  1. Seat or lounger having a frame and a seat or lounger padding arranged thereon, wherein the frame comprises a space (3) open or to be opened toward an outer face (2), an adjustment device (9) being arranged on or in said frame and a supporting device (10) for a monitor or a computer being arranged on said adjustment device, said supporting device (10) being movable by means of said adjustment device (9) from a position within said space (3) to the said outer face (2) of the frame (1) and from there to a second position above the seat or lounger padding and from this second position to the first position within the said space (3), and wherein the adjustment device (9) comprises a linear drive by which the supporting device (10) can be displaced between the first and the second positions, characterized in that the linear drive has a first and second fixing end (14, 15), the distance between them being adjustable, wherein the first fixing end (14) is fixedly connected to the frame and the second fixing end (15) is fixedly connected to the supporting device (10), and wherein the supporting device (10) is supported on said frame for pivoting about a first, substantially horizontal axis (17), wherein the first axis (17) is arranged on the frame in a manner such that in a position in which the monitor arranged thereon faces upwards it allows a relative movement of the supporting device (10) with respect to the frame substantially in the longitudinal direction thereof, and that the second fixing end (14) of the linear drive (12) is connected to the supporting device (10) for pivoting about a second axis (18) parallel to the first axis (17), at a position spaced from the first axis (17) in a direction pointing away from the monitor.
  2. Seat or lounger according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first axis (17) is arranged on a bracket that is a arranged substantially for horizontal displacement on or in the frame, wherein said displacement takes place between a position in which the first axis (17) is arranged below or within the frame and the supporting device (10) is arranged in its first position and a position in which the first axis (17) is on the respective outer face (2) of the frame and allows the supporting device (10) to be pivoted about said axis.
  3. Seat or lounger according to claim 3, characterized in that said bracket is supported for linear displacement along a guide rail (21) of the frame (1).
  4. Seat or lounger according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said supporting device (10) is guided substantially horizontally below or within the fame.
  5. Seat or lounger according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the supporting device (10) is substantially plate-shaped.
  6. Seat or lounger according to claims 2 and 5, characterized in that said bracket has to arms (20) that act upon both sides of the supporting device (10) and are linearly movable along frame (1) by means of a respective guide rail (21).
  7. Seat or lounger according to claim 6, characterized in that the second fixing end of the linear drive (12) acts upon the lower edge (22) of the supporting device (10).
  8. Seat or lounger according to claim 7, characterized in that the first fixing end (14) of the linear drive (12) is connected to the frame for pivoting about a horizontal axis and that the longitudinal axis of the linear drive (12), as an imaginary straight line, extends below the first axis (17) at least when the first axis (17) of the supporting device (10) is positioned on the outer face (2).
  9. Seat or lounger according to one of the claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the monitor can be arranged at the end portion of the supporting device (10) which is turned away from the second axis (18).
  10. Seat or lounger according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the adjustment device (9) comprises a control device that can be operated by a manual switch.
  11. Seat or lounger according to claim 10, characterized in that said manual switch comprises the control device for said monitor.
  12. Seat or lounger according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the space (3) provided for the supporting device (10) and the monitor or the computer is arranged in a lateral part of the seat or lounger, particularly in a foot part thereof.
  13. Seat or lounger according to claim 12, characterized in that the outer face is provided on the top of the lateral part and the adjustment device is constructed in a manner such that the supporting device with the monitor or computer arranged thereon can be linearly moved from the lateral part to the second position substantially in the vertical direction.
  14. Seat or lounger according to claim 12, characterized in that the outer face is provided laterally on the lateral part and the adjustment device is constructed in a manner such that the supporting device with the monitor or computer arranged thereon can be linearly moved in the horizontal direction from the lateral part and vertically substantially in the vertical direction externally on said lateral part to the second position.
