In the case of the storm clips known in the prior art, however, a longitudinal displacement guide of a first plate and a transverse displacement guide of a further plate while at the same time securely holding the plates by means of the storm clip are not possible.
Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a storm clip generic type, which can be inexpensively and easily made in one piece, which causes high holding forces against wind suction, which fixes several plates at the same time, in which further a longitudinal displacement option for a first plate and a transverse displacement guide for a further plate is made possible. In addition, the storm clip should be fast and easy attachable to a roof construction and thus require only a small amount of time in the roofing and storm protection of a roof.
To achieve this object, the invention proposes that the transition region from the second surface region to the third surface region and the adjoining surfaces of the second and third surface region have a hook-like cutout for securing and guiding a third plate, wherein at the third surface region at its second surface region opposite free end of an approximately hook-like angled to secure and guide a second plate is formed, and that the cutout extends approximately over half the length and the width of the second and the third surface area, wherein the end of the cut at the second surface area runs out obliquely and the end of the cutout at the third surface area approximately at right angles extends to the course of the sheet metal section, wherein on the side edge of the sheet metal portion in the region of the perpendicular end a retaining projection is formed so that on the one hand a hook and on the other hand by the edge of the cutout, the edge and the hook is formed a sliding guide for the third plate, wherein the sliding guide is perpendicular to the sliding guide for the second plate.
Such a plate can be formed for example by a clay tile, a concrete slab or other similar plate.
When roofing a roof, the panels are usually laid on the sloped roof first in the horizontal direction from right to left running. Subsequently, the next higher row is again laid from right to left, these panels overlapping the upper edge of the already laid lower row.
The storm clip according to the invention can already be used when only two running in the horizontal direction, successively arranged plates are placed on the roof substructure, and on the right of the two plates, which is placed in the vertical direction subsequent upper plate. In the text which follows, the right-hand plate running in the horizontal direction is called the first plate, the plate arranged to the left of the first plate is referred to as the second plate, and the plate arranged in the vertical direction above the first plate is referred to as the third plate.
Furthermore, in the following text, the longitudinal displacement guide is regarded as a displacement in the vertical direction and the transverse displacement guide as a displacement in the horizontal direction.
By means of such a sheet metal section, the third plate can be mounted in its laying direction lower left corner area of the roof substructure and at the same time be longitudinally displaceable in a certain range. The second plate is held at the same time by the sheet metal section in its upper right corner region in the laying direction, wherein a transverse displacement of the second plate within a certain tolerance range is still possible.
Such a storm clip is inexpensive and easy to manufacture in one piece, and keeps the plates even in high wind suction firmly in the desired position. Also, such a storm clip is quickly and easily fastened to the roof construction, so that a roof can be covered in a very short time.
The sheet metal section is placed in the roofing and storm protection of a roof first with its free end with the approximately hook-like angling around the laying direction in the upper, horizontally extending end edge of the second plate and hooked with this, in which case given a Querverschieblichkeit the brick within a certain displacement tolerance continues is. In addition, the sheet metal section with its approximately hook-like cutout holds and secures the third plate in its lower left corner area in the laying direction and secures it and the underlying first plate against unintentional release, the third plate being longitudinally displaceable along the hook-like cutout within a certain tolerance range in the vertical direction is. Due to the installation arrangement of the roof, the third plate already covers a arranged in laying arrangement below the plate first plate and covers them partially, so that when holding and securing the third plate through the sheet metal portion and indirectly the first plate is held by the sheet metal section. Finally, the sheet metal section with its attachment area with parts of the roof substructure, for example with horizontally extending roof battens, connected and attached.
The sheet metal section is inexpensive and easy to produce from only one piece and causes high holding forces. The sheet metal section allows a longitudinal displacement guide for the third plate and a transverse displacement guide for the second plate, and is quickly and easily fastened to a roof substructure.
By means of the cutout, a third plate which partially covers a first plate with its lower region in the laying direction can be fixed to the roof substructure by means of the sheet metal section, wherein a longitudinal displaceability of the third plate for optimum adaptation to the roof is still provided. In this case, the sheet metal section engages with the hook in an area in the laying arrangement in the lower left corner area of the third plate and secures and holds the third plate in their desired mounting position.
Furthermore, it can be particularly preferably provided that the sheet metal section is an approximately inverted Z-shaped stamped and bent part.
The production of the sheet metal section represents a particularly cost-effective and quick and easy to manufacture way to produce the storm clip.
In addition, it can be particularly preferred that the fastening region formed by the first area region has an angled portion projecting approximately at right angles from the first area region, on which a fastening mandrel is formed in the direction of the fastening plane which projects beyond the area region.
The formation of such a mounting mandrel on a projecting from the first surface area angling requires no further separate fasteners, such as nails, screws or the like, so that the storm clip can be quickly and easily secured by driving the mounting mandrel in the roof substructure.
It can be particularly preferably provided that the fastening mandrel is cut free from the first and / or second surface area of the sheet metal portion and bent.
The free cutting of the mounting mandrel from parts of the sheet metal section allows a particularly material-saving and cost-effective production of the sheet metal section, since no further operations, in which, for example, a further fastener must be attached to the sheet metal section, are necessary and incur no additional punching waste.
It can also be provided that the first surface region has a perforation, which is penetrated in the assembly target position for attachment to the roof substructure of a nail.
As a result, in particular a fastening of the sheet metal section by means of special nails or screws on the roof substructure is made possible.
Furthermore, it can be particularly preferably provided that the hook-like angled to secure the second plate is formed by a extending in the direction of the mounting plane, approximately at right angles angled over its course in its width tapered, fourth surface area, at its third surface area opposite free End is provided with a retaining bevel, so that on the one hand a hook and on the other hand by the surface area, the bend and the support bevel is formed an approximately U-shaped sliding guide for the second plate.
Thus, a transverse displacement of the second plate along the approximately U-shaped sliding guide is made possible, so that the second plate is supported even with already attached to the roof substructure storm strap within a certain range transversely displaceable along the roof substructure and a shift to an optimal holding position of the plate even after attaching the storm clip is given.
The invention further relates to a sloping roof with storm clips according to at least one of
