Claims (6)

  1. Elektrischer Steckverbinder (1) für gedruckten Leiterplatte (7), mit mehreren elektrischen Verbindungsstiften (3, 5), die dazu vorgesehen sind im montierten Zustand durch die gedruckte Leiterplatte (7) zu verlaufen, und wovon ein erstens Abzweigende (11, 13) dazu ausgelegt ist, in einen elektrischen Euchsenverbinder einzudringen, und wovon das zweite Verbindungsende (15, 17) dazu bestimmt ist, mit im Voraus definierten Breichen (18) der Fläche (19) der gedruckten Leiterplatte (7) gegenüber jener (21), die den Buchsenverbinder aufnehmen kann, elektrisch verbunden zu werden, wobei die Stifte (3, 5) an ihrer Position in einer Haltematrix (23) aus Isoliermaterial gehalten werden, wobei das zweite Verbindungsende (15, 17) durch einen zurückgebogenen Abschnitt (25, 27) verlängert ist, der einen Teil der Haltematrix (23) teilweise umgibt und in einem Wiederaufsohmelz-Verbindungsabschnitt (33, 35) endet, der sich im Wesentlichen am Ort der longitudinalen Ausdehnung der Stifte (3, 5) erstreckt, und die Matrix (23) zwei Reihen von Stiften (3, 5) aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsabschnitte der ersten Reihe von Stiften (3) und jene der zweiten Reihe von Stiften (5) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Matrix enden und dass die Matrix (23) wenigstens zwischen zwei Stiften (3, 5) von zwei unterschiedlichen Reihen eine Erhebung (41) aufweist, deren Höhe (H) wenigstens gleich der vertikalen Erstreckung des zurückgebogenen Teils der Stifte (3, 5) ist.
  2. Elektrischen Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichet, dass die Matrix (23) dazu bestimmt ist, auf derselben Fläche (19) der gedruckten Leiterplatte (7) wie die Wiederaufschmelz-Verbindungsabschnitte (33, 35) der Verbindungsstifte montiert zu werden, und die Abstützfläche (37) der Matrix und die Fläche des Verbindungsabschnitts (39), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Karte in Kontakt zu gelangen, im Wesentlichen ausgerichtet sind.
  3. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matrix (23) Positionierungshöcker aufweist, die mit entsprechenden Aufnahmeräumen zusammenwirken können, die in der gedruckten Leiterplatte (7) ausgebildet sind.
  4. Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte (3, 5) mit Kraft in die Haltematrix eingesetzt sind.
  5. Verbinden nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matrix (23) aus einem Isoliermaterial, vorzugsweise Kunststoff, verwirklicht ist und eine gute Temperaturbeständigkeit bis zu Wiederaufschmelztemperaturen von beispielsweise etwa 270 °C besitzt.
  6. Gedruckte Leiterplatte, die einen Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
