Abstract

The invention concerns a dispensing device for storing, preparing and providing containers (12) which are adapted to be filled with a substance sensitive to vapour, gas or powder components of outside atmosphere, and whereof the opening for filling and pouring can be closed to be sealed to outside atmosphere and resist intrusion. The dispensing device comprises a pouring-aid system (10) which can be hermetically fitted into the opening for filling and pouring of the corresponding container (2) The pouring-aid system has a pouring opening (22) whereof the passage cross-section is smaller than that of the opening for filling and pouring of the container (12), and a reception part connected to the inner space of the container when the latter is hermetically sealed, for providing a chemical and/or physical action against the matter containing substances from the outside environment, which are capable of having a harmful effect on the contents of the container.

Description

The invention relates to a dispensing arrangement for receiving, storing and dispensing of products which are sensitive to vapor, gas or powdery constituents of the ambient atmosphere, containers whose filling and dispensing opening can be sealed tightly against the ingress of ambient atmosphere.

To facilitate the metered removal of bulk in a container containing contents a variety of dispensing arrangements of different design have been developed, the structural design was developed taking into account the nature and physical properties of the filled in the container contents. In the simplest case, the dispenser assembly has been provided with a dispensing device, the outlet opening in the passage cross-section is dimensioned so that the contents can escape only in a throttled amount, so that accidental overdosed quantity delivery can be avoided. This applies both to solid granules and pulverulent contents as well as to the drip inserts used in liquids. The delivery of tablets can also be influenced by a reduction in the cross section of the delivery opening. However, such simple solutions that allow dosing by throttled delivery, then not be used when a precisely quantitative dosage or a single dispensing of tablets must be guaranteed. For such cases, for granular and powdery filling dosing dispenser upstream with the discharge opening and optionally switchable to the container interior and the discharge opening Dosierräumen or tablet dispenser with separating mechanism have been developed, which upon actuation by the user each deliver only a single tablet. The known dispenser arrangements have proven themselves in practice. However, the use of such known dispensing arrangements is problematic in those cases in which in larger quantities in the container stored contents its property upon access of ambient atmosphere - for example due to moisture absorption from the water vapor content of the air or due to oxidation by atmospheric oxygen - changed. In particular in the pharmaceutical sector, so-called dry-material closures have therefore been developed for containers for receiving humidity-sensitive preparations, which in addition to the hermetically sealed sealing of the container, a moisture adsorbing effect by a closed state with the Behälterinnem related, with a desiccant effect filled cell. Since the absorption capacity of the desiccant used, such as silica gel, zeolites, etc. is limited, the dry cell in the absorption capacity for desiccant must be adapted to the amount of the product and the expected opening cycles. For containers with larger filling volumes separate dry matter capsules or pillows with sufficient drying capacity were introduced during container filling into the container interior to avoid harmful effects of water vapor from the ambient atmosphere.

The invention has for its object to provide a dispensing arrangement for receiving, storing and dispensing of steam, gas or powdery components of the ambient atmosphere sensitive filling certain container whose filling and dispensing opening is tightly closed against ingress of ambient atmosphere, which on the one hand facilitates the metered removal of Behälterfüllguts from the container and moreover ensures that the contents in the container is subject to the complete release no unwanted physical or chemical changes.

Based on a dispensing arrangement of the type mentioned above, this object is achieved in that the dispenser assembly has a dispensing aid which can be inserted into the filling and dispensing opening of the respective container with a dispensing opening whose passage cross-section decreases compared to the passage cross-section of the filling and dispensing opening of the container is that, and that the Ausschüttthilfe a in sealed container with the container interior in connection receiving area For a chemical and / or physical protective effect against the material potentially damaging to the contents acting substances of the ambient atmosphere unfolding material. The metering and protective function for the filling material are thus integrated into the dispensing aid which can be inserted into the filling and dispensing opening of the container, so that similar containers, for example by screw caps and - optionally still closed by a protective film to be removed during initial use, such as bottles or Tubes, with a larger capacity depending on the type of contents without or with the dispenser arrangement according to the invention are used.

The dispensing aid expediently has the contents in the intended delivery position -. when overturning in a downwardly facing position of the discharge opening - leading to the discharge port shape.

This can e.g. be achieved by a funnel-like tapering to the discharge opening or even a ramp-like inclined shape.

The receiving area of the dispensing aid can then advantageously be formed by a receiving space filled with the protective material which, via a material impermeable to the contents of the ambient atmosphere, permeable to the container filling material and the protective material, is in contact with the container interior ,

The receiving area of the dispensing aid may e.g. each formed by at least one separately prepared, with the protective effect unfolded material and sealed by a permeable to the potentially damaging components wall section, held on or in the Ausschütthilfe capsule.

Alternatively, the receiving area of the dispensing aid can also be formed by a solid body containing the protective material unfolding the protective effect.

It is even possible that the receiving area of a related to the Behälterinnem, the protective effect unfolding material bound containing area of the delivery aid itself is formed. The production of the dispensing aid as a whole from a material containing the protective effect unfolding bound material is conceivable by the dispensing aid, for example by injection molding of a protective material unfolding the material bound containing thermoplastic compound material is produced.

The dispensing opening of the dispensing aid can be designed as a metering opening for the contents to be dispensed, for example by the abovementioned reduction in comparison to the filling opening of the container itself. With higher demands on the accuracy of the dosage, the discharge opening may also be provided with a portioning mechanism for the contents.

If in the container a predetermined amount of identically shaped solid constituents such as tablets, dragees u. Like. As a product, the discharge opening can also be equipped with a manually operable separation mechanism for the lumpy product.

In the case of moisture-sensitive filling material, the protective-action-unfolding material has hydroscopic, i. water adsorbing properties, said material, for example, from bulkable hydroscopic particles, such as silica gel, zeolite or the like. having formed particles.

At the risk of influencing the properties of the contents by other gaseous, e.g. oxidizing and / or liquid molecular constituents of the ambient atmosphere, a corresponding adsorptive properties unfolding material is used.

Here, for example, activated carbon or a porous filter material with the requirements matched pore size come into question.

If the dispenser assembly according to the invention for single dosed dispensing of tablets, dragees o. The like. Is determined, the design can be made so advantageous that the clear cross section of the discharge opening in the Ausschütthilfe at least equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the tablets filled in the container , Dragées or the like, that in the region of the discharge opening in the circumferential direction offset from each other several double-armed locking levers are pivotally mounted about in each case at a right angle to the longitudinal center axis and tangent to the circumference of the discharge opening axes, which are biased under resilient bias to an end position in which the container interior facing away from the container inner mouth of the discharge opening from the outside offset radially projecting into the clear interior of the discharge opening, and that containing the protective effect-containing material containing capsule or the protective effect unfolding material bound containing body as the wall of the discharge opening surrounding, displaceable in the direction of the container interior in the Ausschüttthilfe stored and accessible from the container outer side annular body is formed, which comes so in a shift in the direction of the container interior of the locking levers such that the be pivoted in the sense of a radial retraction of their protruding into the discharge opening ends and be, wherein the opposite ends of the container interior of the locking lever are pivoted radially inwardly into a projecting into the clear cross section of the discharge opening position.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the design is such that light cross-section of the discharge opening in the dispensing aid is at least equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the tablets, dragees or the like filled in the container, that of the unfolding with the protective effect Material filled receiving space forming area of the dispenser assembly between two end positions resiliently pivotable in a through hole in which the outer plug-shaped wall of the Ausschütthilfe forming ramp-like inclined extending wall is arranged and that from the outside of the wall of the receiving space, a projection into the discharge opening, which its passage cross-section so narrowed that the individual components of the contents are retained by the projection in its unverschwenkter position against passage, while the projection in the other hand elastically fede Rnd pivoted second position of the receiving space is withdrawn from the clear cross-section of the discharge opening, so that a container inside before in the Unschwenkten position of the receiving space held single component can pass through the discharge opening.

The receiving space has then expedient the shape of an approximately centrally disposed within the obliquely inclined wall passage opening arranged elongated container of vapor, gas and liquid-impermeable material whose peripheral wall has in the region of their end pointing out of the container inside a closed bottom surface, while their opposite ins Container interior facing end side is closed after introduction by a protective effect unfolding material in Behälterinnem enclosing steam, gas, or liquid-permeable wall.

The receiving space formed as an elongated container then preferably has a cylindrical circumferential wall, which is connected via at least one elastically deformable connecting portion pivotally connected to the edge of the passage opening in the inclined wall of the Ausschütthilfe.

The dispensing aid is advantageously at least partially made of thermoplastic material, wherein it can then be formed in the last-exposed embodiment including the receiving space for the protective effect-unfolding material forming container as a whole integral injection molded part.

In the FIGS. 1 to 3 is a designated in its entirety with 10 embodiment of a dispensing aid shown, which is in the wall of the filling or dispensing opening of a - not shown - container can be used. As an example of such a container, reference may also be made here to a bottle 12 having an external thread for a bottleneck 14 which can be closed by a screw cap, as shown in FIG FIG. 8 is shown in connection with a further embodiment.

The dispensing aid 10 here has the shape of a cylindrically shaped over most of its height extension stopper 16, in which the drawing figures upper, in the intended insertion position in a container the Behälterinnem facing away from a radially slightly vortretender annular projection 18 is provided, which at the onset of cylindrical plug portion 16 in the container serves as a stop for the intended insertion depth.

In the sectional view of FIG. 2 It can be seen that in the intended mounting position in the container to the container interior facing end face 20 of the plug 16 has a funnel-like tapered shape and opens into a central continuous cylindrical discharge opening 22 whose diameter compared to the diameter of the filling and dispensing opening of an associated container a considerably smaller has clear passage cross-section. If the container is intended for receiving tablets or dragees, the diameter of the discharge opening 22 is expediently dimensioned only slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tablets or dragees contained in the container, which then ensures that when removing the tablets in each case only one after the other can be delivered to the container.

In the region of the delivery side, an annular recess 24 is formed in the plug 16, into which is inserted a complementary annular body 26 made of a compound material which may consist of a porous plastic matrix in which particles of e.g. are stored for water vapor or certain gaseous constituents of the ambient atmosphere adsorptive material. It can be seen that the outer surface of the annular body 26 made of the compound material and also a short outer section of the discharge opening 22 are in communication with the container interior via the discharge opening 22. The introduced during filling of the container with into the container interior ambient atmosphere or - when filled with a protective gas - this protective gas are thus constantly exposed to the adsorptive effect of the annular body with the container closed. A chemical action of in the container filling with introduced water vapor or a gaseous component can therefore not take place during the storage time of the container, because these harmful components are bound adsorptively in the ring body.

When the container is opened for the purpose of removing the filling material, a quantity of ambient atmosphere corresponding to the removed volume of the filling material is then introduced into the container in each case. However, water vapor or other gaseous harmful components contained in this penetrated ambient air will then become available after the container has been closed adsorbed again by the annular body 26, so that a reaction with the remaining in the container contents is prevented.

In order to ensure a sufficiently tight fit of the plug 16 in the mouth of an associated container, the plug is suitably dimensioned with slight oversize of its outer cylindrical surface relative to the clear cross section of the mouth of the respective container and made of elastomeric plastic, so that it in the intended insertion position held with bias in the container mouth.

In the FIGS. 4 to 7 a second embodiment of a pouring aid 10 according to the invention produced by injection molding of thermoplastic material, such as polyethylene, which likewise has the outer shape of a cylindrical plug 16 with an annular projection 18 acting as insertion limit. The inner end face 20 of the dispensing aid 10 is here - deviating from the funnel-shaped embodiment of the dispensing aid according to the FIGS. 1 to 3 - Formed as an inclined ramp surface on which the contents of an associated container to be removed, which again may consist of tablets or dragees or alternatively from a granular granules, in the intended removal position of the container with pointing downwards mouth laterally to the inner surface of the Peripheral wall of the plug 16 is guided. Accordingly, the discharge opening 22 is arranged in this embodiment, starting immediately from the lowest point of the ramp surface starting laterally within the peripheral surface of the plug and expediently re-sized in shape so that the contents is discharged individually or braked by the design of the size of the clear cross-section.

The material which unfolds the chemical and / or physical protective action against the substance potentially damaging to the contents in the dispensing aid is contained here in a cylindrical receiving space 28 formed integrally in the dispensing aid in the form of a filling of hygroscopic particles, such as silica gel or zeolite particles , wherein the container interior facing open end face of the otherwise closed receiving space 28 by a porous and permeable to the filling pollutant permeable disc 34 - for example, porous or perforated cardboard material - is completed.

It can be seen that the size of the filling volume of the receiving space for the protective effect unfolding material - depending on the required adsorption capacity - is adaptable to different container sizes by changing the size dimensions of the receiving space. The outwardly facing end face of the receiving space is in the illustrated embodiment flush with the upper edge of the Ausschütthilfe. Basically, this receiving space but also by appropriate extension of its peripheral wall such that the end face 32 is above the end edge of the plug part 16, be increased.

The above-described central central arrangement of the receiving space for the protective effect unfolding material has the advantage that the filling of the dispensing aid with the protective effect unfolding material can be performed on the filling and sealing stations developed for the filling of so-called desiccant sealing plug. Notwithstanding the embodiment according to the FIGS. 1 to 3 However, in the removal of filling material must be ensured here that the discharge opening 22 is rotated in a position in which it is located in the lower edge region of the container held in the dispensing position.

This in FIG. 8 used in the provided with an external thread neck 14 of a glass bottle shown third embodiment of a usable within the scope of the invention Ausschütthilfe 10 agrees with the Ausschütthilfe according to the FIGS. 1 to 3 in so far as the dispensing aid in turn has the outer shape of a plug 16 with annular projection 18, wherein the container inner end wall 20 tapers in a funnel shape to a central discharge opening 22. In the passage, however, a separating mechanism 40 is integrated in this case, the configuration of which will be described below with additional reference to FIG FIG. 9 is described.

The protective effect deploying material is here again - according to the embodiment according to the FIGS. 4 to 7 - As a bed of particles with the required adsorptive properties, which are filled in this case in a separate, the discharge opening 22 surrounding hollow annular housing 42, which open on its side facing the container interior and after loading with the protective effect unfolding material an annular porous disc 44 is closed. The closed by the annular disc 44, filled with the adsorptive material housing 42 thus corresponds functionally to the annular body 26 of the embodiment according to the FIGS. 1 to 3 ,

In the present case, however, the housing 42 is held displaceably in the plug 16 by a limited distance in the direction of the longitudinal central axis of the container. In FIG. 8 is shown in the left half of the illustration, the housing 42 in the starting position and in the right half in a contrast inserted into the container interior position.

By inserting the housing 42 from the open mouth of the neck 14, the above-mentioned separating mechanism for tablets 52 filled in the container can be actuated such that a single tablet is dispensed through the dispensing aid with each depression.

The separating mechanism 40 has in the illustrated case a total of four at the same angular intervals in the circumferential direction in the transition region of the end wall 20 to the discharge opening 22 slit-like recesses 46 to each in a perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis and tangential to the peripheral wall of the discharge opening 22 extending axes pivotally mounted double-armed locking lever 48, the under spring bias in the in FIG. 8 are biased in the left half of the drawing figure shown end position, in which projecting the Behälterinnem projecting out of the slot-like recesses in the discharge opening 22, while the opposite ends of the locking lever are retracted into the slot-like recess. If the annular housing 42 in the right half of FIG. 8 As shown displaced upward, the annular housing moves to a respective integrally attached to each locking lever 48 in the region of its pivot axis approach 50 and pivots it in the upward direction. Thereby, the lower ends of the locking lever 48 are retracted into the slot-like recesses 46 and the opposite container-internal ends of the locking levers from the slot-like recesses 46 in the discharge opening 22 before. As a result, a tablet 52 held in the discharge opening by the lower ends of the lock levers 52 drops downward due to gravity the locking mechanism 40, wherein the inwardly projecting upper ends of the locking lever 48 slipping and leakage of further tablets 52 is prevented. In the subsequent backward displacement of the annular housing 42 in the downward direction, the locking levers pivot back into the starting position and the hitherto held at the container inner ends of the locking lever next consecutive tablet 52 enters the discharge position in the discharge opening 22, in which they by the inwardly projecting lower Ends of the locking lever 48 is held.

It can be seen that in this case too, the adsorptive effect of the material contained in the annular housing through the porous annular disc 44 can act on the interior of the bottle 12.

In the FIGS. 10 to 12 a container 12 is also shown for receiving tablets as a product, in the open mouth of a fourth embodiment of a - in the FIGS. 13 to 16 Separately illustrated - Ausschütthilfe 12 is used, which is a further development of the above in connection with the FIGS. 4 to 7 described embodiment. To avoid unnecessary repetition, therefore, only the additional embodiments and modifications made with respect to this exemplary embodiment will be described below, while for the matching design features reference is made to the description of FIGS FIGS. 4 to 7 can be referenced, especially since functionally matching parts of both embodiments are assigned the same reference numerals.

The essential difference of the fourth embodiment of the embodiment according to the FIGS. 4 to 7 is that - also the outer shape of a plug 16 having - Ausschütthilfe is provided with a separating mechanism. This separating mechanism has a projection 23 which protrudes from the outside of the wall of the cylindrical receiving space 28 arranged centrally in the dispensing aid 12 into the projection 23 in its clear passage cross section corresponding to the cross section of a dispensing opening 22 corresponding to tablets to be separated, thus narrowing the passage cross section of the dispensing opening 22, that the next following, from Behälterinnem ago in the discharge port supplied tablet 52 can not pass through the discharge port 22. Such a passage and thus the delivery of this tablet is possible only when the projection 23 is withdrawn from the clear cross section of the discharge opening 22. To make this possible, the receiving space 28 is cut free over most of the circumference of its outer wall with respect to the ramp-like inclined wall 20, that is arranged movably within a passage opening 29 in the trained as an inclined ramp surface wall 20 of the Ausschütthilfe 12. Only in the direction of the discharge opening 22 facing wall region of the receiving space via a narrow connecting portion 31 is integrally connected to the wall 20 of the release aid 10. This connecting portion 31 is formed sufficiently elastically deformable to pivot the receiving space 28 from the normal starting position, in which the projection 23 protrudes into the discharge opening 22 in a position in which the originally into the clear interior of the discharge opening 22 projecting part of the projection 23rd the clear passage cross section of the discharge opening 22 is free. This Verschwenkungsvorgang is made possible by the fact that the user on the closed end or bottom wall 32 of the receiving space 28, a radially directed pressure is exerted, which pivots the projection 23 out of the discharge opening. A previously held on the projection 23 tablet 52 can then fall out of the discharge opening. The Nachrutschen further filled in the container tablets 52 from the discharge port 22 is thereby prevented because the container interior region of the receiving space 28 is prevented in the discharge opening. Only then, when the receiving space 28 is returned to the starting position with protruding into the discharge opening 22 protrusion 23, the next following tablet 52 can slip into the discharge opening, which in turn can then be removed by re-pivoting of the receiving space 28 from the container 12.

It can be seen that modifications and developments of the embodiments described above in connection with dispensing arrangements for containers filled with tablets or dragees can be realized within the scope of the invention. Such developments may relate, for example, to the adaptation of the dispensing aid in relation to the dosage, if the filling material does not consist of dimensionally stable solid bodies, but is present, for example, as granules or in powder form. The separating mechanism of the embodiment described last is then by a in the dispensing aid to be integrated portioning device for the question Replace fillers. Such portioning devices are known per se.
