Claims (13)

  1. Actuating device for an adjusting element (2) with a controlling and regulating unit and a drive unit, wherein the controlling and regulating unit supplies the signal for actuation of the adjusting element (2) to the drive unit, whereupon the drive unit moves the adjusting element (2) and with a pressure sensor (3), which is connected with the controlling and regulating unit and which is actuated by a pressure exerted on the adjusting element (2), characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit after actuation of the pressure sensor (3) monitors a defined time period and allows the drive unit to actuate the adjusting element (2) only if the signal of the pressure sensor (3) is also deactivated again within this time period.
  2. Actuating device according to claim 1, characterised in that the adjusting element is a drawer (2).
  3. Actuating device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the pressure sensor (3) is arranged in the adjusting path of the adjusting element or at a guide rail (4) of the drawer.
  4. Actuating device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pressure sensor (3) is arranged at a housing or a body (1) of the device.
  5. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit is constructed for the purpose of recognising and processing the pressure on the pressure sensor (3).
  6. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims to protection, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit uses the signal from the pressure sensor (3) for the purpose of actuating the adjusting element (2).
  7. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit disregards the signal from the pressure sensor (3) if the pressure sensor (3) is not relieved again within a defined time period.
  8. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit differentiates the signals arriving from the pressure sensor (3) and causes correspondingly different routines.
  9. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit differentiates the signals arriving from the pressure sensor (3) in dependence on the state of the adjusting element (2).
  10. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit differentiates between signals of the pressure sensor (3) which are received when the drive unit was previously in the rest state and those which are received when the drive unit has previously adjusted the adjusting element (2).
  11. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit uses signals of the pressure sensor (3) which are received when the drive unit was previously in the rest state, for activating the drive unit.
  12. Actuating device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controlling and regulating unit uses signals of the pressure sensor (3), which are received when the drive unit has previously moved the adjusting element (2), for recognising a defined position of the adjusting element (2).
  13. Actuating device according to claims 12, characterised in that the defined position is the closed position.
