Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'emballage comprenant une alimentation (1) de matériau de feuille intercalaire et un élément tel qu'un rouleau (6) destiné à déplacer le matériau de feuille entre deux positions de fonctionnement. Les positions de fonctionnement comprennent une position de chargement (8) au niveau de laquelle des produits (19), tels que des produits alimentaires en tranches, sont déposés sur la feuille les uns après les autres. Une position de coupe (10) comprend un dispositif de coupe (24) destiné à séparer des pièces de la feuille intercalaire supportant chacune un produit individuel par formation d'une incision continue autour de chaque produit individuel. Une surface de collecte (26) est située en dessous de la feuille en mouvement (2) de sorte que les pièces enlevées de la feuille et les produits tombent sur cette surface et forment un empilement de produits séparés par des pièces de la feuille intercalaire. Le dispositif de coupe est commandé par des caméras (20, 21) qui inspectent visuellement les produits (19) pendant leur déplacement entre la position de chargement (8) et la position de coupe (10).
