Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a wear provided with a crotch part, more specifically to a wear, such as trunks and pants, and, in particular, to a wear which is adopted not to fasten ventral of a person who wears such a wear.
  • Description of the Related Art
  • Conventionally, for making common wears, such as trunks and pants, for example, an elastic band such as rubber band is attached around the waist part of the wear, or either a belt or suspenders is/are used to tighten the waist part of the wear, so that the wear cannot be worked down from the waist. Such a wear that uses either a belt or suspenders is not one to be worn during sleeping since it could be an obstacle for and would give too much constraint to a wearing person. On the other hand, such a wear using an elastic band around the waist part of the wear may press the ventral of a wearing person to make him feel unpleasant. In particular, for persons of middle age and/or those having got fat and whose ventral protrudes, such unpleasantness could be increased, and there has been even a case that a wearing person complains about his suffering during sleeping. Furthermore, tightening the ventral may cause hemodynamic problem in the waist part to impair health condition.
  • In Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3,099,080 , Japanese patent laid-open No. Hei 5-22502 , etc., wears those which can prevent constraint caused by wears against ventral from occurring are disclosed. The utility model No. 3,099,080 discloses a wear in which an elastic rubber band is sewn around the waist part of the wear so that the joint of the rubber band is positioned in the ventral side, and the joint is cut in order to release the rubber band so that the ventral is prevented from being pressed. Besides, the Patent Laid-opened No. Hei 5-22502 discloses a pants in which a slit is vertically placed in a part of a pants to form a superposed portion, and buttons or the like are attached to the superposed part so that they may be fixed with the arbitrarily-superposed portion, thereby alLowing to adjust the waist part in order to prevent ventral from being pressed.
    • Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3,099,080
    • Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 5-22,052
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Object of the Invention
  • However, as described above with respect to the Patent Laid-opened No. Hei 5-22502 , cutting the rubber band at the joint portion positioning onto ventral to loose it may cause less tightness of a wear. Although the technique as disclosed in said Patent Laid-opened No. 5-22502 may be usable for wears made of stretchable texture as a whole, such as panty hoses, which are fitted to a legs and therefore held by the legs, it will be difficult to employ the technique disclosed by said Pant Laid-opened No. Hei 5-22502 for such wears that are only held by the waist part, such as trunks for men, since trunks or the like would have less holding capability at the waist part and tend to work down therefrom. Even though said technique is applied for panty hoses, the cut-part is rolled up to the outer side, thereby making panty hoses less tight sometimes.
  • Furthermore, in case of the wear disclosed in said Patent Laid-opened No. Hei 5-22502 , it is less convenient to be worn since it is required to properly adjust the waist part of the wear at every occasion in such a way that the waist part is fastened when using the wear without problem as a underwear during the time being active, while that the waist part is loosen during sleeping so that ventral is prevented from being fastened. Yet, when the cloth is loosen for preventing ventral from being fastened, it would work down since the loosen state is not normal state to be worn, and it is therefore required to hold the wear with hands. If no adjustment is effected, a person wearing the wear has to hold the wear when he is going to washroom during midnight, for example.
  • Consequently, development of a wear to be tight during wearing, convenient to wear and provided with a crotch part with which ventral is prevented from being fastened is desired intensively.
  • Therefore, taking the above-described problems and requirements into consideration, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wear provided with a crotch part that prevents ventral from being fastened, which can solve the above-described problem being resident in the conventional technique, which can be tight during wearing and well held without working down, and is needless to adjust the waist part depending on conditions to be worn.
  • Means for Achieving the Object
  • In order to achieve the above-described object of the present invention, the wear according to this invention comprising a main body cloth provided with a crotch part that covers at least a part extending from ventral to hip includes a first band-like elastic member to be arranged from the upper end of the main body cloth positioned at the hip to the respective upper ends of the main body cloth respectively positioned onto ilium crests in both sides and a second band-like elast ic members to be arranged in such a state that they are facing to each other but the distance between their lower ends is rendered to be wider than the distance between their upper ends to a part extending from the respective upper ends of the main body cloth positioning onto ilium crests in both sides to the vicinity of the both sides of pubis through inside the respective positions onto upper foregut bone spurs in both sides.
  • In this configuration, in the wear according to this invention, the no band-like elastic member is attached to the upper end of the main body cloth positioning onto ventral.
  • Besides, the second band-like elastic members are configured such that they are curved inwardly toward the middle part over ventral.
  • Alternatively, the first and second band-like elastic members may be configured into an integral member.
  • Further, the upper end of the main body cloth positioning onto ventral may be formed at the level higher than that of the upper end of the main body cloth positioning onto hip.
  • Advantageous Effect of the Invention
  • The wear according to the present invention has such an advantage that it does not press ventral though in spite of being tight to a body. Therefore, the wear of this invention can be worn daily like common wears. Since it does not press ventral, it can be worn pleasantly at the time of sleeping, relaxing and so on.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Now, the best modes for carrying out the present invention will be explained in the following with reference to the examples shown in the appended drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of the wear according to this invention, FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof. Note that though the wear is embodied mainly into a trunk for men in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wear according to the present invention is not limited to this example, and it can be embodied not only into underwear but also in any types of wears provided with a crotch part, such as pants, irrespective of whether it is used for men or women.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wear according to this invention is a wear provided with a crotch part 3, which principally comprises a ventral-side main body cloth 1 extending from ventral to hip.and a hip-side main body cloth 2. At the upper end of the hip-side main body cloth, a first band-like elastic member is attached. The first band-like elastic member may be formed, for example, by sewing a rubber band into the upper end of a main body cloth having been gathered beforehand, or by sewing a plurality of elastics to the upper end of a main body cloth having been gathered beforehand, and the first band-like elastic member 4 may be formed as far as the part to which the elastic member 4 is attached can be made elastic. The first band-like elastic member is attached to a part extending from the back side of the wear to the upper ends of the main body cloth being at position 5 of ilium crests in both sides.
  • Different from common wears, in those which a band-like elastic member encompasses those wears from the upper end of the hip part to the upper end of the ventral part, the position of the band-like elastic member to be attached to the ventral side is different from conventional wears as will be described in the following about the wear according to this invention. As shown in FIG. 1, no band-like elastic member is attached to the upper end of the wear according to this invention. In this invention, second band-like elastic members 6 are respectively attached to the wear so that they separately extend from the upper ends of the main body cloth respectively locating at positions 5 onto ilium crests in both sides, to those which the first band-like elastic member is attached, to the joints of thighs in both sides in such a form that the elastic members are opposed to each other but the distance between those upper ends rendered to be wider than the distance between their lower ends. That is, the second band-like elastic members are separately attached from the upper end of the main body cloth locating at positions 5 onto ilium crests in both sides to positions 8 in the vicinity of the both sides of pubic through inside the respective positions 7 onto upper foregut bone spurs in both sides. As shown in FIG. 1, no band-like elastic member is attached to the upper end zone of the main body cloth 1 covering the ventral side, and the second band-like elastic members 6 are attached so that they respectively curve inwardly from the upper ends of the main body cloth 1 locating at position 5 onto ilium crests toward the middle part onto ventral and take in together a preset distance of space between their distal ends. Besides, the second band-like elastic member 6 may be any member as far as it can make the part to which a band-like elastic member is attached elastic, for example, a member prepared by gathering a cloth and sewing rubber bands into the cloth, as described for the first band-like elastic member 4.
  • Configuring the wear as described above, with the wear according to this invention, the main body cloth being onto ventral merely covers the ventral, the ventral therefore never be fastened with the elastic members. Yet, the wear will never be worked down since the inwardly-curved second band-like elastic members 6 are attached so that they are caught by ilium crests 5.
  • Besides, it is naturally possible to prepare the main body cloth positioning onto ventral with a cloth having certain elasticity to enhance tightness against a body. It will be also possible to make the upper end of the main body cloth positioning onto ventral longer (or higher) and to render its position to be higher than the upper end of the main body cloth positioning onto hip. With this configuration, such advantageous effects that the wear can give more steady feeling to ventral and ventral may be prevented from being exposed, which allows to prevent ventral from being chilled.
  • Besides, though the first band-like elastic member 4 and the second band-like elastic member 6 are configured as separate members in the example described above, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the first and second band-like elastic members may be configured into an integral member. In the wear according to this invention, the first and second band-like elastic members may be configured into any forms as far as the parts respectively extending from both upper ends locating onto hip to positions in the vicinities of the both sides of public through over ilium crests can be made elastic.
  • In FIGS. 1 to 3, though the wear according to this invention is embodied as trunks for men, the present invention can be applied to any wears as afar as it includes a crotch part and covers ventral, such as Jerseys, gowns, pants and slacks, as shown in FIG. 4.
  • Further, although the second band-like elastic members 6 are attached to the wear so that they form a preset distance of space between their distal ends as shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the second band-like elastic members may be configured so that they extend respectively from positions 5 being onto ilium crests to positions of the main body cloth onto hip through inside the positions 7 of ilium crests in both sides, the positions 8 in the both sides of public, and crotch parts, as shown in FIG. 5. Namely, the distal end parts may be configured in any forms as far as the second ban-like elastic members according to this invention can be attached such that they extend respectively from the upper ends of the main body cloth positioning onto ilium crests in both sides to positions in the vicinity of the both sides of public through inside the positions onto upper foregut bone spurs in both sides and are opposed to each other but the distance between their upper ends is rendered to be wider than the distance between their lower ends irrespective of whether the distal ends form space therebetween or connected to each other.
  • Note that the wear provided with a crotch part according to this invention is not limited to the examples shown in the appended drawings, and it can naturally be modified into various embodiments within the scope that does not depart from the subject matter of the present invention.
