Claims (13)

  1. Sammelkasten eines Wärmeaustauschers, umfassend eine Sammelplatte (26) und einen Deckel (52), wobei die Sammelplatte (26) mit Aufnahmeöffnungen (28) für das Einsetzen von Wärmeaustauschrohren (18) und mit mindestens einer Öffnung für den Flüssigkeitseintritt/- austritt (34, 36) ausgestattet ist, wobei der Sammelkasten des Weiteren mindestens eine Muffe (40) mit einem Rückhaltemittel (42) umfasst, wobei die Muffe (40) in einer der Öffnungen für den Eintritt/Austritt (34, 36) angeordnet ist, und wobei das Rückhaltemittel (42) für den Halt der Muffe (40) mit der Sammelplatte (26) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Muffe (40) imstande ist, einen Stutzen für den Flüssigkeitseintritt/-austritt (22, 24) aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückhaltemittel (42) zwischen der Sammelplatte (26) und dem Deckel (52) eingeklemmt ist.
  2. Sammelkasten nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Rückhaltemittel (42) durch Lötung mit der Sammelplatte (26) und dem Deckel (52) verbunden ist.
  3. Sammelkasten eines Wärmeaustauschers nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Rückhaltemittel ein Kragen (42) ist.
  4. Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sammelplatte (26) auf Höhe der Öffnung für den Flüssigkeitseintritt/-austritt (34, 36) tiefgezogen ist, um eine Aufnahme (38) mit einer Form zu bilden, die jener des Rückhaltemittels (42) entspricht, und dadurch, dass das Rückhaltemittel (42) der Muffe (40) in der Aufnahme (38) untergebracht ist.
  5. Sammelkasten nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, wobei die Aufnahme (38) eine Tiefe aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich ist wie die Dicke des Kragens (42).
  6. Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sammelkasten des Weiteren eine Verteilerplatte (44) umfasst, die an die Sammelplatte (26), und zwar zwischen dieser und dem Deckel (52), angefügt ist.
  7. Sammelkasten nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 6, wobei der Kragen (42) zwischen der Sammelplatte (26) und der Verteilerplatte (44) eingeklemmt ist.
  8. Sammelkasten nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 6, wobei der Kragen (42) durch Lötung mit der Sammelplatte (26) und der Verteilerplatte (44) verbunden ist.
  9. Sammelkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, wobei die Muffe (40) mit der Sammelplatte (26) auf Höhe ihres Kragens (42) und der Öffnung für den Flüssigkeitseintritt/-austritt (34, 36) verlötet ist.
  10. Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Muffe (40) durch Tiefziehen ausgeführt wird.
  11. Sammelkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sammelkasten zwei Öffnungen für den Eintritt/Austritt (34, 36) umfasst.
  12. Wärmeaustauscher, umfassend ein Rohrbündel (12) und mindestens einen Sammelkasten (14) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
  13. Wärmeaustauscher nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in Form eines Verdampfers für einen Klimasteuerungskreislauf ausgeführt ist, der von einem Hochdruck-Kältemittel, insbesondere einem Mittel, das in superkritischem Zustand funktioniert, durchflossen wird.
