Definitions
- the invention relates to a reach truck according to claim 1.
- the mast can be moved in a reach truck from the drive part of the truck and on this.
- the mast or mast is housed in a mast holder, and the mast holder can be adjusted using a mast holder drive, usually a hydraulic cylinder.
- the mast holder is guided in rails, which are attached to the radar arms of the reach truck.
- the mast is moved between a rear and a front end position (push stroke).
- the end positions are defined by mechanical stops. For understandable reasons, the aim is to make the approach to the end stops not too fast, otherwise the load is too high and the load on the fork can slip or fall from this.
- the rear end position is determined by the position of the battery box.
- the battery box is located on the front side of the drive part.
- the battery box has different widths, resulting in a different position of the rear end stop relative to the mast holder.
- the front end stop is determined once by the length of the wheel arms and secondly by the extent to which the lifting fork may protrude beyond the wheel arms so that the picking up of a load does not cause instability of the vehicle.
- the mechanical stops are mostly interchangeable, to cope with the different mast types and attachments.
- Such a reach truck is about DE 26 09 029 A1 known.
- Out DE 12 70 495 It has also become known to arrange a mast on a chassis, which is guided transversely to the longitudinal axis of the chassis along rails.
- the mast is provided with a receiving means for receiving a load, so that the load can be brought to a desired height.
- the end positions of the mast are predetermined by mechanical end stops.
- the electronic control of the hydraulic mast feed contains, in known cases, a sensor which generates a signal before reaching the end positions in order to initiate a reduction of the feed rate before the mechanical end. It is also known to sense the feed path analog or incremental.
- switching sensors e.g. Microswitches, inductive or capacitive sensors
- at least two switches are required, which must be adjusted depending on the embodiment of the truck.
- analogue or incremental sensors the corresponding parameters must be set in the software for the hydraulic drive. The effort for this is relatively high.
- the invention has for its object to provide a reach truck, in which the approach of the mast holder can be sensed at the end positions with very little effort.
- the invention also has a base plate in the context of the drive part. This has according to the invention with respect to the direction of travel of the mast holder in the transverse direction, spaced switching edges. Further, a downwardly directed sensor is provided on the mast holder or on the mast, the one Switching signal generated when it passes over a switching edge.
- the software of the hydraulic drive for the mast holder is known to dictate the direction of movement of the mast holder.
- An evaluation device, such as in the software of the truck can determine from this, which switching edge has been crossed in which direction.
- the senor along a transverse axis selectively in at least two positions so releasably attachable, that when approaching the mast holder to an end position in each case a rear or front switching edge is run over.
- Two rear switching edges are arranged from the outset so that they meet the different thicknesses of the battery boxes.
- the sensor position which is detachable, can therefore be selected according to the thickness of the battery box. Further adjustment measures are not required.
- the switching edges are arranged so that the mast holder is near an end stop when the sensor passes over a switching edge. If this is the case, the speed is reduced in the controllable mast holder drive, so that it is almost zero when the mast holder has reached the rear or front stop.
- a front switching edge which is always run over regardless of the lateral position of the sensor in the same place.
- a time delay may be built in, so that at a greater distance of the stop from the switching edge is initially driven at the preselected feed rate until the time delay is completed. After that, the Speed reduction to the front stop.
- a switching plate are releasably attached to the front edge to achieve an adaptation depending on the particular embodiment of the reach truck.
- the base plate is provided in the rear region with a recess with a rear edge forming the rear edges.
- the base plate is uniformly designed for the various types and types of reach trucks and the stepped edge is adapted to the typified dimensions of the battery.
- a metal plate is indicated as the base plate 10, as it is typically mounted under the drive part or the frame of the drive part of a reach truck.
- the reach truck with wheel arms and a mast with mast movable along the wheel arms is not shown here for the sake of simplicity.
- the base plate in the rear region has a recess 12 with a transversely extending stepped edge 14 with three longitudinally offset edge portions.
- the base plate 10 has a protruding, transverse front edge 16.
- the edge portions of the stepped edge 14 and the edge 16 form switching edges for a sensor 18, which is shown very schematically.
- the sensor is mounted in a hole of a holder 20, which is mounted laterally offset to the mast or mast holder, not shown, to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, not shown.
- the holder 20 and thus also the sensor 18 is moved in a displacement of the mast holder in the direction of the arrows 22 and 24 respectively. It can be seen in the holder 20, two more holes 26.
- the sensor 18 can therefore be seen in the transverse direction, mounted in three different positions in the holder 20. Each position of the sensor 18 corresponds to an edge portion of the stepped edge 14. In the in Fig. 1 The position shown farthest over the switching edge lying furthest to the outer edge of the plate, when the mast holder the rear stop approaches.
- the front switching edge 16 is run over when the mast holder approaches the front stop.
- the position of the switching edges described is such that the mast holder is relatively close to the mechanical stop when a switching edge is run over, for example, still has a distance of 100 mm.
- the sensor 18 then generates a switching signal, thereby reducing the speed of the mast holder drive and bringing it to zero so as to avoid significant impact on the stops.
- Fig. 2 the generation of a switching signal 28 is shown.
- Indicated at 30 are dash-dotted alternative traces that arise when the sensor 18 is mounted in one of the other two positions.
- the maximum feed rate is indicated at 32, it reduces along the solid line 34 to a minimum speed 36 when the sensor 18 has crossed over the front switching edge 16.
- the dotted lines 38 represent a lateral displacement of the line 32, ie the speed is maintained longer, until it is then also reduced. This is done via the software of the hydraulic drive for the mast holder. This takes into account the fact that the front mechanical stop has a greater distance to the rear stop than defined by the switching edge 16 due to the circumstances of the vehicle. Thus, the switching edge 16 may be designed for the smallest feed path, while longer feed paths is realized by a delayed switching via the software.
- Fig. 4 indicates at 40 the maximum retracting speed of the mast holder when moving on the driving part.
- a reduction of the reverse speed corresponding to the signal 28 shown in solid lines occurs Fig. 2 . If, when the sensor 18 is displaced into one of the two other switching positions, another switching edge of the stepped edge 14 is run over, the times indicated at 44 result for the reduction of the reverse speed.
- the software described is also used to determine which of the switching edges has generated a signal from the direction in which the mast holder is displaced. Without consulting the direction specification can not be detected, which stop the mast holder approaches.

Description
- Fig. 2
Fig. 1 . - Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- In
- In
Fig. 2 ist die Erzeugung eines Schaltsignals 28 dargestellt. - In
