Packaging container according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cross-sectional area of the anchor (28) has, immediately above the plate (36), a cross section (39) which is open at least on one side and is, in particular, U-shaped, in that the cross-sectional area leaves the central region (43) of the plate (36) open, and in that the cut-out (42) reaches from the open side of the cross-sectional area as far as into the central region (43) of the plate (36).
  4. Packaging container according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the cross-sectional area of the anchor (28) is circular immediately above the plate (36a), and in that the cut-out (42a) reaches from the outer edge of the plate (36a) as far as this cross-sectional area.
  5. Packaging container according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cut-out (42; 42a) is of V-shaped configuration.
  6. Packaging container according to Claim 5, characterized in that the opening angle of the cut-out (42; 42a) is between 20° and 90°.
  7. Packaging container according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the anchor (28) has; spaced apart from the plate (36; 36a), a collar (40) which serves as press-in safeguard.
