Damit wird es möglich, anstelle vieler verschiedener Relais für verschiedene Steuerspannungen Uw (Weitbereichseingangsspannung; z.B. zwischen 12 V und 230 V) nur noch ein einziges Relais einsetzen zu müssen, denn die variable Steuerspannung am Eingang wird durch den Schaltregler in eine vorgewählte Steuerspannung (Uk) von z.B. 12 V umgewandelt. Dadurch wird die Lagerhaltung erheblich vereinfacht. Relaisbaustein mit: - einem Relaissockel (1), - einem auf den Relaissockel (1) anbringbaren Relais (2) mit einem Steuereingang (7) und weiteren Anschlüssen (8), gekennzeichnet durch - einen dem Steuereingang (7) des Relais (2) vorgeschalteten Schaltregler (9) zum Umsetzen einer Spannung eines vorgegebenen Spannungsbereiches in eine konstante Steuerspannung.
