Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a further processing can be fed snowboard or ski core with circumferential reinforcing edge.
In
So far, in the production of snowboards or skis first the outsole, left and right of the outsole, the steel edges, then a GRP laminate, on the core, around the core, the prefabricated reinforcing strip, then a GRP laminate and finally a cap film placed in a mold and pressed together miteinender. To connect the parts takes place at the appropriate locations previously an adhesive application. The reinforcing edge must be prefabricated in parts prior to insertion into the mold according to the height and the outer shape of the core, resulting in complex operations. With foamed snowboards, the necessary parts are inserted into the mold and injected PU foam into the mold, whereby all parts are joined together.
In
The object of the invention is to provide a snowboard or ski core which can be fed for further processing and which has a reinforcing edge which is connected to the core without adhesive and adhesive beads, so that the core is already inserted into the press mold with the reinforcing edge can be.
This object is achieved by a snowboard or ski core with the features of

Fig 1 zeigt ein fertiges Snowboard. Fig. 1 shows a finished snowboard. The snowboard core (1) is provided on its underside with an outsole (2), which is glued to the core (1) with the interposition of a GRP laminate. On top of the core (1) with the interposition of a GRP laminate with a cap film (3) is covered. For reinforcing the core (1), the reinforcing edge (4) is provided. The reinforcing edge (4) serves to reinforce the edge of the core, so that it is not damaged by the high forces that occur when using the snowboard. In addition, the core is protected at its periphery against moisture ingress.
The reinforcing
The reinforcing
Fig. 7 shows again a section through a finished snowboard, in which the
The molding in the injection molding process allows a high material savings, since processing waste is avoided.
