Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a binding arrangement for Schneegleitbretter, especially ski, with a shoe holder assembly and a shoe holder assembly slidably supporting first base member, wherein the housing of the shoe holder assembly arranged guide elements and thus positively cooperating, arranged on the base guide profiles only a movement of the housing of the shoe holder assembly in predetermined Allowing a longitudinal direction, and wherein an on an abutment part of the housing about a longitudinal axis parallel axis drehverstellbares, cooperating with a on the aforementioned or a skifesten further base part longitudinally fixed toothed belt outer threaded part, in particular in the form of a screw, when engaged in the toothed belt by rotational adjustment in the longitudinal direction together with the abutment part is displaceable.
In today customary ski bindings with a toe-end shoe holder assembly supporting the front end of a ski boot and a heel-side shoe holder assembly supporting the heel end of the ski boot, the latter is the shoe-holder assembly regularly slidably supported in the shoe longitudinal direction on a base part. In this case, the housing of the heel-side shoe holder assembly engages with guide elements in guide profiles on the base part with positive engagement. The position of the housing within the guide profiles is determined essentially by a threaded part, which is designed in the manner of a screw and rotatably mounted in an abutment portion of the housing and engages with a sector of its thread having the outer periphery in a toothed belt on the base part. By adjusting the rotation of the threaded part, the position of the abutment part of the housing of the heel-side shoe holder assembly can then be adjusted relative to the base part.
The housing of the heel-side shoe holder assembly is regularly spring supported on the abutment part, via a so-called start-up suspension. This makes it possible that the heel-side shoe holder assembly during flexing movements of the ski, so if the ski ends move relative to the ski center upwards, can dodge towards the rear end of the ski. On the other hand, the start-up suspension can shift the heel-side shoe holder assembly in the event of counterflex movements of the ski, ie if the ski ends move downwards relative to the center of the ski, in the direction of the front end of the ski. In this way, the shoe remains on the one hand constantly in play-free engagement with the shoe holder units; On the other hand, an undesirable stiffening of the ski is avoided by the extremely stiff ski boot sole in flexing the ski. In the case of the displacement movements of Shoe holder unit moves its housing in the guide profiles of the base part.
Incidentally, an adjustment of the ski binding to the respective length of the ski boot sole can be made by rotational adjustment of the threaded part.
So far, the guide profiles of the base part and the toothed belt form a single, relatively large, rigid metal part, which is combined with a plastic base plate to form the base part.
Overall, this known construction is relatively complex, which aggravates added that the mounting on the ski is comparatively difficult or integration of the base part in the ski is practically impossible.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a new, very simple construction.
This object is achieved in that the guide profiles are integrally formed on the first base part or integrally mounted and the toothed belt in a recess on the first base part inserted or plugged and locked at the base part shoe holder assembly by the threaded part form-fitting vertically in its desired position on the base part ,
The invention is based on the general idea to form the base part of the shoe holder assembly with the guide profiles as an integral or integrally assembled unit. Thus, on the one hand, the arrangement of the base part on the ski or the integration of the base part in the ski and on the other hand the arrangement of the shoe holder assembly on the base part easier. The correctness of the arrangement of the shoe holder assembly on the base part is also easy and almost inevitably verifiable: Only when the toothed belt is inserted into the base and the threaded portion of the shoe holder assembly has been brought by rotation in engagement with the toothed belt, the shoe holder assembly is held on the base. Otherwise, the shoe holder assembly can be pulled out of the guide profiles practically without resistance.
A particular advantage of the invention is that the base part can be readily formed as a plastic part. By contrast, the toothed belt is preferably designed as a small metal part.
According to the invention, it is provided that the toothed belt engages in its nominal position with its longitudinally extending one end of an undercut on the base part and protrudes with its angled other end in a matching recess on the base part, said angled end is preferably held with clamping in the recess ,
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that a ski brake can be mounted between an upper side region of the base part and a holding part which can be placed on the base part.
It is expediently provided that the holding part with one end is inserted horizontally under projections or in receiving parts on the base and in eingeschobener position at its other end with screws on the base part, which optionally also serve to the base of the ski or snowboard fasten.
Moreover, with regard to preferred features of the invention to the claims and the following explanation of the drawing, reference is made to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in more detail.
Protection is claimed not only for explicitly specified or illustrated feature combinations but in principle for any sub-combinations of the features of these feature combinations.
