Description

The invention relates to a binding arrangement for Schneegleitbretter, especially ski, with a shoe holder assembly and a shoe holder assembly slidably supporting first base member, wherein the housing of the shoe holder assembly arranged guide elements and thus positively cooperating, arranged on the base guide profiles only a movement of the housing of the shoe holder assembly in predetermined Allowing a longitudinal direction, and wherein an on an abutment part of the housing about a longitudinal axis parallel axis drehverstellbares, cooperating with a on the aforementioned or a skifesten further base part longitudinally fixed toothed belt outer threaded part, in particular in the form of a screw, when engaged in the toothed belt by rotational adjustment in the longitudinal direction together with the abutment part is displaceable.

From the EP 0337 905 A2 For example, a system for securing a ski binding to a ski is known in which a ski boot with at least one fastening element is fastened to the surface of the ski. The attachment comprises a part which is fastened to the ski, a part which is fastened to the fastening element and an adjusting mechanism which connects the two parts and with which the two parts can be adjusted obliquely to the ski longitudinal axis and are connected to one another in such a way that that no relative movement between the two parts is possible. This allows the user to adjust the position of the ski binding depending on their own skills, snow conditions and other conditions. From the US 3,643,977 a binding for a heel part of a ski boot is known, which can be about a pivot axis from a holding position in which the binding touches the surface of the ski, in a release position in which the binding projects obliquely upward from the surface of the ski moves.

In today customary ski bindings with a toe-end shoe holder assembly supporting the front end of a ski boot and a heel-side shoe holder assembly supporting the heel end of the ski boot, the latter is the shoe-holder assembly regularly slidably supported in the shoe longitudinal direction on a base part. In this case, the housing of the heel-side shoe holder assembly engages with guide elements in guide profiles on the base part with positive engagement. The position of the housing within the guide profiles is determined essentially by a threaded part, which is designed in the manner of a screw and rotatably mounted in an abutment portion of the housing and engages with a sector of its thread having the outer periphery in a toothed belt on the base part. By adjusting the rotation of the threaded part, the position of the abutment part of the housing of the heel-side shoe holder assembly can then be adjusted relative to the base part.

The housing of the heel-side shoe holder assembly is regularly spring supported on the abutment part, via a so-called start-up suspension. This makes it possible that the heel-side shoe holder assembly during flexing movements of the ski, so if the ski ends move relative to the ski center upwards, can dodge towards the rear end of the ski. On the other hand, the start-up suspension can shift the heel-side shoe holder assembly in the event of counterflex movements of the ski, ie if the ski ends move downwards relative to the center of the ski, in the direction of the front end of the ski. In this way, the shoe remains on the one hand constantly in play-free engagement with the shoe holder units; On the other hand, an undesirable stiffening of the ski is avoided by the extremely stiff ski boot sole in flexing the ski. In the case of the displacement movements of Shoe holder unit moves its housing in the guide profiles of the base part.

Incidentally, an adjustment of the ski binding to the respective length of the ski boot sole can be made by rotational adjustment of the threaded part.

So far, the guide profiles of the base part and the toothed belt form a single, relatively large, rigid metal part, which is combined with a plastic base plate to form the base part.

Overall, this known construction is relatively complex, which aggravates added that the mounting on the ski is comparatively difficult or integration of the base part in the ski is practically impossible.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a new, very simple construction.

This object is achieved in that the guide profiles are integrally formed on the first base part or integrally mounted and the toothed belt in a recess on the first base part inserted or plugged and locked at the base part shoe holder assembly by the threaded part form-fitting vertically in its desired position on the base part ,

The invention is based on the general idea to form the base part of the shoe holder assembly with the guide profiles as an integral or integrally assembled unit. Thus, on the one hand, the arrangement of the base part on the ski or the integration of the base part in the ski and on the other hand the arrangement of the shoe holder assembly on the base part easier. The correctness of the arrangement of the shoe holder assembly on the base part is also easy and almost inevitably verifiable: Only when the toothed belt is inserted into the base and the threaded portion of the shoe holder assembly has been brought by rotation in engagement with the toothed belt, the shoe holder assembly is held on the base. Otherwise, the shoe holder assembly can be pulled out of the guide profiles practically without resistance.

A particular advantage of the invention is that the base part can be readily formed as a plastic part. By contrast, the toothed belt is preferably designed as a small metal part.

According to the invention, it is provided that the toothed belt engages in its nominal position with its longitudinally extending one end of an undercut on the base part and protrudes with its angled other end in a matching recess on the base part, said angled end is preferably held with clamping in the recess ,

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that a ski brake can be mounted between an upper side region of the base part and a holding part which can be placed on the base part.

It is expediently provided that the holding part with one end is inserted horizontally under projections or in receiving parts on the base and in eingeschobener position at its other end with screws on the base part, which optionally also serve to the base of the ski or snowboard fasten.

Moreover, with regard to preferred features of the invention to the claims and the following explanation of the drawing, reference is made to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in more detail.

Protection is claimed not only for explicitly specified or illustrated feature combinations but in principle for any sub-combinations of the features of these feature combinations.

On the top of a ski not shown in the drawing is for holding a heel-side shoe holder assembly 1 (see. Fig. 4 ) arranged a base part 2, which is preferably made of plastic.

The base part 2 has two lateral guide profiles 3 with mutually facing concave channels 3 ', in which the housing 4 (see. Fig. 4 ) of the shoe holder assembly 1 with guide elements, which are formed as lateral projections (not shown), engages, so that the housing 4 of the shoe holder assembly 1 is slidably guided in the guide sections 3 in the longitudinal direction and held backlash in all other directions.

Between the guide profiles 3, a recess 5 is arranged in the base part 2, which serves to receive a toothed belt 6. At the in Fig. 2 left (front) end of the recess 5, an undercut 7 is arranged in the base part 2, which engages below the toothed belt 6 with a front extension 8 which is bent downwards with respect to the plane of the toothed belt 6, ie the extension 8 can be in horizontal Direction plug-like under the Slide undercut 7. Incidentally, on in Fig. 2 right end of the recess 5 in the base part, a vertical recess 9 is arranged, into which the toothed belt 6 protrudes with a bevel arranged on it without play. The recess 9 is arranged so that the bend 10 can be inserted into the recess 9 when the toothed belt 6 has been pushed with its extension 8 under the undercut 7.

Preferably, the bend 10 is held in the recess 9 under jamming. For this purpose, 10 teeth 11 are arranged on the vertical edges of the bend, which dig when inserting the bend 10 in the recess 9 in the plastic material of the base part 2.

The purpose of the toothed belt 6 will be explained below.

On the in Fig. 2 left (front) portion of the base part 2 is a basically known, by means of tread plate niederertretbare in the braking inoperative position ski brake 12 is arranged. Their brake levers 13 form parts of a spring wire clip, which is arranged with axle sections 14 resting on bearing shells 15 on the base part 2 and is held with a separate bearing part 16 made of plastic. In this case, the axle sections 14 are received by transverse channels 17 which are open toward the underside of the bearing part 16 and have a U-shaped profile, such that the axle sections 14 on the one hand by the bearing shells 15 and on the other hand by the transverse channels 17 of the bearing part 16 are included.

For holding the bearing part 16 on the base part 2, receptacles 18 are arranged on the base part 2 for rearwardly open receptacles 18 for front projections 19 which are arranged on the bearing part 16, i. the projections 19 of the bearing part 16 can be pushed horizontally into the receptacles 18 of the base part 2. In the then assumed position, the bearing part 16 can be attached to the base part 2 with screws 20, which pass through holes 21 arranged on the bearing part 16 and are screwed through bores 22 in the base part 2 into the top of the ski, not shown. The screws 20 thus serve on the one hand for fixing the bearing part 16 on the base part 2 and on the other hand for holding the base part 2 on the ski.

In diesem Falle dienen die Schrauben 20 lediglich zur Fixierung des Lagerteiles 16 am Basisteil 2.In principle, however, it is also possible to form the base part 2 as an integral part of the ski. In this case, the screws 20 serve only for fixing the bearing part 16 on the base part. 2

According to Fig. 4 is within the housing 4 of the shoe holder assembly 1, an abutment member 23 slidably disposed in the longitudinal direction. From a so-called start-up suspension 24, the abutment part 23 in the in Fig. 4 shown right end position in the housing 4 urged.

Within the abutment member 23, a threaded spindle 25 is rotatably mounted radially and axially fixed. One on the threaded spindle 25 rotationally fixed shaft 26 passes through a corresponding bore of the housing 4, so that the free end of the shaft 26 is accessible from the outside. At the free end of the shaft 26, a Phillips or a jaw assembly is arranged so that at the free end of the shaft 26, a corresponding tool for rotating the shaft 26 and the threaded spindle 25 can be attached.

The threaded spindle 25 is arranged in the abutment part 23 such that the external thread of the threaded spindle 25 can be screwed into the toothings of the toothed belt 6 when the housing 4 with its lateral guide elements is inserted into the channels 3 'of the guide profiles 3. By appropriate rotational adjustment of the threaded spindle 25, the position of the threaded spindle 25 is thus predetermined relative to the toothed belt 6, wherein at the same time the position of the abutment member 23 is fixed relative to the base part 2. As a result, can be in this way the shoe holder assembly 1 in one of the sole of the ski boot (not shown) bring adjusted position, the shoe holder assembly 1 with its housing 4 against the force of the starting spring 24 remains displaceable.

The pitch of the thread of the threaded spindle 25 is sufficiently low, so that the threaded spindle 25 and the toothed belt cooperate with self-locking, ie by forces between the toothed belt 6 and the threaded spindle 25, no rotational movement of the threaded spindle can be caused.

Deviating from Fig. 4 can according to Fig. 5 also another arrangement or design of the toothed belt 6 may be provided. While the toothed belt 6 in Fig. 4 engages with an end-side bend 10 in a recess on the base part 2 and thus fixed in the longitudinal direction (see also Fig. 3 ) is according to Fig. 5 provided, the bend 10 according to Fig. 3 omit and extend the toothed belt 6 in the ski longitudinal direction, in which case the pointing in the example shown in the ski forward direction end can be fixed to an arranged there portion of the base part 2 or another skifesten base part in the ski longitudinal direction. Thus, for example, there is the advantageous possibility of coupling the toothed belt 6 with an adjusting device which allows the toothed belt 6 to be adjusted in the ski longitudinal direction or offers the possibility of fixing the toothed belt 6 in different positions in the longitudinal direction of the ski. In this way, an advantageous possibility is created to adapt the ski binding to different sizes of shoes. It is in principle possible for the other, not held on the toothed belt 6 shoe holder unit, about the toe shoe holder unit to specify a fixed position on the ski and adapt to adapt to the shoe size only the toothed belt 6 with the heeled over the screw 25 shoe holder assembly 1 , In principle, however, it is also possible and advantageous if a device adjusting the toothed belt 6 simultaneously opposes the other shoe holder assembly on the ski in the ski longitudinal direction during the adjustment set shifted to the adjustment of the shoe holder assembly 1.
