- first embossing pattern and the second embossing pattern are geometrically coordinated with one another in such a way that the elevations mutually agree at a number of points, micro-crack embossing is possible, i.e. the geometry of the embossing pattern breaks the fibers of the web-like material and their water absorption capacity is greatly increased.
- embossing web-shaped paper and tissue materials paper fibers and also dust settle in the spaces between the embossing pattern and heavily contaminate the male and female molds. Until now, production had to be interrupted in order to clean the rollers and achieve a good embossing result again.
