Abstract

The invention relates to a device which is used for the non-vented dispensing of liquid products from a container including a mobile base, an exhaust conduit and a push element which co-operates with a piston and a return spring. The invention is characterized in that the device includes a sealing and dosing bush bearing a sealing needle valve which can move in translation in a discharge channel in the bush, the needle valve being connected by means of a drive link to an axial guide rod which can slide in the exhaust conduit of the container that is connected to the channel by pressing on the bush and compressing the spring.

Claims (12)

  1. A device for the airless dispensing of liquid products from a container (R) provided with a mobile bottom (F), a delivery pipe (C) and a pusher cooperating with, on the one hand, a sealing and dosage bushing (1) supporting a piston, and on the other hand a return spring (S), characterized in that said bushing (1) supports a closing needle (2) which can be moved in translation in a discharge channel (12) arranged on said bushing while being connected by a drive rod (3) to an axial guiding rod (4) liable to slide and to be frictionally stopped in the delivery pipe (C) of the container communicating with said channel, by the resting thereof on said bushing (1) and compression of said spring (S).
  2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that said needle (2) is laterally integral with a set of spring plates (21a, 21b), the free ends of which are fixed on the bushing (1).
  3. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said drive rod (3) is provided with a hinge (32) for the connection with said needle (2) and allowing the folding thereof in said channel (12) from a moulding extended position.
  4. A. device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said rod (4) is provided with a side pin (41) cooperating with a retaining notch (e) provided in the inner wall of the delivery pipe (C).
  5. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said rod (4) is provided with a longitudinal flat lug (40) allowing the passage of the product to the discharge channel (12).
  6. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said drive rod (3) includes an articulated cam having a triangular section, in the lower part thereof, on the rod (4) and on the bushing (1), respectively, and in the upper part thereof, on a bevelled end (21) of the needle (2).
  7. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said channel (12) is provided with deformable upper lips (12a) making it possible to snap the needle (2) in position.
  8. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said bushing (1) includes a central sleeve (11) forming a piston intended to cover the delivery pipe (C) by delimiting a dosage chamber (10) around said rod and above said pipe.
  9. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said bushing (1) includes a peripheral skirt (13) surrounding said spring (S) and bearing, in the lower part thereof, a flange (13a) liable to abut against the upper part of the container (R) upon completion of the dosage.
  10. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bushing (1) is made in one piece with the needle (2), the drive rod (3) and the rod (4) by injection moulding.
  11. A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it further includes a cover (5) forming a push-button and closing said discharge channel (12) in the upper part thereof.
  12. A device according to claim 11, characterized in that said cover (5) includes a hole (50) aligned with the axis of said channel (12) and on the inner edge of which the needle (2) rests in sealing closed position.
