Sur le flasque latéral (1) est rapporté et fixé dans un plan perpendiculaire à ladite roue dentée un moyen de transmission (19) à deux pignons (19a - 19b) coaxiaux, l'un à denture droite (19a) engrenant avec la roue dentée (18) et l'autre à denture conique (19b). Ce dernier est alors susceptible de coopérer à son tour avec un arbre de liaison et de raccordement (20) monté par rapport au flasque flexible (13) à l'aide de tous supports appropriés, et présentant à chacune de ses extrémités deux pignons à denture conique (20a-20b), l'un (20a) coopérant avec le pignon conique (19b) et l'autre (20b) coopérant avec un pignon conique (21) disposé en bout du moyen (M) formant rouleau. L'ensemble de ces moyens d'engrènement autorise le transfert mécanique du mouvement de rotation du tambour jusqu'au rouleau oblique assurant la fonction anti-boucles sur la bobine.
Il y a lieu de considérer que le degré de flexibilité du flasque (13) qui reste limité n'est pas gênant à l'engrènement des différents pignons coniques qui restent en prise. Tous ces moyens d'engrènement peuvent être en matériaux métalliques ou en matière plastique.
Il y a lieu d'observer que le flasque flexible (13) qui constitue le bras de chargement de la bobine est d'une grande simplicité de construction et remplace avantageusement les systèmes utilisés selon l'art antérieur.
L'invention inclut à partir du moyen (M) en forme de rouleau, un autre aménagement assurant la fonction de rappel de la bobine. A cet effet, le moyen (M) est agencé intérieurement pour recevoir un ressort de rappel (22) dont une extrémité (22a) en forme de boucle s'ajuste dans un rainurage (23a) formé sur le flasque (23) d'obturation, et à l'autre extrémité (22b) en forme de boucle pour s'ajuster sur le composant (17) formant poulie ou incluant un pignon destiné à mettre en tension ledit ressort. On comprend ainsi que la rotation sur lui-même dudit composant (17) met en torsion le ressort de rappel, et le contact des deux butées (25 et 17d), avec le positionnement dudit composant (17) dans la partie épaulée (26) formant siège du moyen (M) assure le verrouillage en position de l'ensemble. En fonctionnement, ledit moyen (M) peut ainsi par détente du ressort provoquer la rotation en sens contraire de la bobine et assure ainsi le ré-embobinage de la bobine et éviter toute apparition de boucles.

Anti-kink control device for automatic wipe material dispensing machines of the type including, based on a housing with a cover, fixed side pieces (1) on which a drum (2) including a cutting device is placed with a reel of material (3) wound on a core (7), each end of which has end fittings (8), a pressure roller (4) being braced against the drum, said anti-kink device consisting of means (M) forming a roller, said means (M) in the form of a roller being linked to rotation of the drum by transmission means (T) which connects them, characterised in that said means (M) forming a roller has a peripheral surface with protruding gripping features, said means (M) being rotatably mounted relative to support planes (11-12) formed on reel-holder side piece (13) which is flexible relative to side piece (1) which receives drum (2), said means (M) being oriented obliquely relative to the reel of material and making point contact (A) along its generating line with the last turn of the reel in order to exert a braking effect,
    and in that reel-holder side piece (13) which receives end fitting (8) and said means (M) has the ability to deflect elastically in order to adapt its position as the reel is emptied.
  2. Device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that one of the side pieces (1) of the housing of the machine on which drum (2) supporting the blade of the cutting device and the pressure roller are positioned receives reel-holder side piece (13) fixed so that the latter has a certain degree of flexibility and in that connection of the front part (13a) of reel-holder side piece (13) to side piece (1) is established by means (14).
  3. Device as claimed in claim 2. characterised in that said reel-holder side piece (13) extends towards the rear of the housing of the machine with an upper part (13b) designed to receive shaft (9) which supports above-mentioned end fitting (8),
    and in that the rear part of said side piece has two parallel support planes (11-12) between which means (M) in the form of a roller is fitted.
  4. Device as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that lower support plane (11) has a cut-out (11a) for attaching one end (15a) of a return spring (15), the other end (15b) of which is anchored to the opposite facing part of the housing of the machine.
  5. Device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the transmission means consists of an endless drive belt (16),
    and in that drum (2) has one end with an extension forming a groove (2a) which is concentric with the shaft of the drum and is used to secure and guide said belt (16),
    and in that means (M) in the form of a roller has a lower end with a component (17) including a part shaped like a fuller capable of accommodating said transmission belt (16) in a plane which is different to the position of the belt on the drum.
  6. Device as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that means (M) has, on its ends, positioning pins which penetrate into support planes (11-12).
  7. Device as claimed in claim one 1, characterised in that transmission means (T) between drum (2) and means (M) is established with components in the form of drive pinions.
  8. Device as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that drum (2) has, on its end, a sprocket (18) with spur teeth mounted axially on its shaft,
    and in that transmission means (19) with two coaxial pinions (19a-19b), one with spur teeth (19a) which mesh with toothed wheel (18) and the other with bevel teeth (19b), are separately mounted on lateral side piece (1) and fixed in a plane which is perpendicular to said toothed wheel,
    and in that the pinion with bevel teeth is then capable of cooperating in turn with a linking and connecting shaft (20) mounted relative to flexible side piece (13) with the aid of any appropriate supports and having, at each of its ends, two pinions with bevel teeth (20a-20b), one (20a) of which cooperates with bevel pinion (19b) and the other (20b) of which cooperates with bevel pinion (21) located at the end of means (M) which forms a roller,
    and in that all these gear means allow rotational movement of the drum to be transferred mechanically to the oblique roller which fulfils an anti-kink function for the reel.
  9. Device as claimed in either of claims 5 and 7, characterised in that means (M) in the form of a roller is internally designed to accommodate a return spring (22), one end (22a) of which is loop shaped and fits in a groove (23a) formed on sealing side piece (23) and the other end (22b) of which is loop shaped in order to fit on component (17) which is designed to tension said spring,
    and in that component (17) comprises a cylindrical bearing surface (17a) with a split end in which the end of the spring engages and a double flange (17b) forming a pulley or a pinion (21) and adjusts itself when the roller is closed and then a pin (17c) for attachment to fixed support plate (11),
    and in that there is a limit stop (17d) on the inner face of the flange,
    and in that this limit stop is capable of cooperating with another limit stop (25) formed on the shouldered part (26) at the end of the roller (R).
  10. Device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that it includes, on the other side of the reel and starting from fixed side piece (1), another roller (M) which is rotatably mounted without any other means of connection and transmission in an oblique position in order to provide a counter-brace for the reel of material.
  11. Device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that means (M) in the form of a roller comprises a unit (30) which receives, at one end, a component (17) having a split cylindrical bearing surface (17a) located inside the unit of the roller after it is put in place and an appendage (17c)
    and in that, on the other side, said unit (30) is extended and has a shouldered ring (31) of larger cross-section, this ring being used as a seat for a cylindrical sleeve (32) designed specifically first to receive, at one end, return spring (22) and secondly, at its other end, to receive first gear means (33)
    and in that sleeve (32) has a main cylindrical bearing surface (32a) which extends at one end as a second bearing surface (32b) having a smaller cross-section and which is split in order to receive the hook end (22a) of the return spring, attachment of the spring being oriented through slit (32c) in a plane which is perpendicular to that formed on the component (17).
  12. Device as claimed in claim 11, characterised in that. at its other end, sleeve (32) has a flange (32d) which rests against and is cantered in the ring part,
    and in that said flange has a stub (32e) which comes into contact with and is stopped by a pin (32f).
  13. Device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that a gear (34) of longer length (I) is directly associated with operating means (35) mounted on the lateral wall of the housing,
    and in that this gear (34) has a central shaft (34a) which has a connection to drum (2),
    and in that gear (34) has a longer meshed length than gear (36) which is mounted opposite it and which belongs to a gear train (37-38-39-40) originating from the roller (R) in order to transmit movement,
    and in that the meshed length of this gear (34) allows slight lateral deflection of side piece (13) which supports the reel of material and roller (R).
