Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a six-sided folding or folding box in cube or cuboid shape according to the preamble of

The invention is based on the object at a six-sided folding or folding box with a square plan, which can be set up and collapsible folded bellows to simplify the manufacturability and to accelerate time. To solve the specified in
By integrating two bellows with a box side wall structurally into a single, separately manufactured piece according to the invention, this side panel folding bellows composite can be handled separately from the base blank for the folding box as an additional blank during the production process. The additional blank is structurally relatively simple and can be quickly attached to the main or base blank series before cutting the main blank, for example, glued. A folding or folding the blank side edges inwards, wherein a previous cutting to length of the blank is necessary, can advantageously be omitted in the invention.
Another advantage that can be achieved with the invention results from the different material properties and thickness, which according to the invention is possible between the main blank and the additional blank. Thus, for the blank sections, from which the side walls, the bottom wall and possibly the top wall should arise, rigid hard cardboard be used, whereas for other box parts, especially the bellows, thinner, less rigid material can be used. In this sense, a useful invention training is to realize the additional blanks the Faltbälgen associated end portions with a smaller material thickness than the responsible for the side wall middle section.
In the context of the general inventive idea is also a cuboid or cube-shaped carton, which has such hinged sides so that the carton is flat from a raised state as a single piece collapsible. It is expedient that four of the side parts, such. B. two side walls, the bottom wall and the top wall, with a single elongated blank (main blank) are formed. In other words, the folding box according to the invention consists of three pieces, namely a main blank and two on the inside glued on additional blanks, which each form one of two opposite side walls and are each integrally integrated with bellows at both ends. A manufacturing method according to the invention then consists in that on the area of the blank which is inside the box is assigned to the longitudinal edges at a distance opposite flat and hinged attachable accessories are attached. An advantage achieved thereby is that these additives in the raised or erected state can form opposite, parallel side walls and in the flat stored state side pockets, wherein then storage material can be received and held under clamping pressure.
In the carton according to the invention, the stiff, hingedly connected cuboid and cube sides are arranged so that the folding carton can be unfolded and folded flat. According to an advantageous embodiment, the erected state can be stabilized by a closure which is located in a narrow side in the case of an expedient box cuboid shape and a mounted state. Preferably, a magnetic closure integrated into the narrow side is used. This can advantageously be structurally integrated into two overlapping parts of a narrow side ,
In a further embodiment, material for the folding box is used with robust cardboard, which is stiff in particular with respect to bending, which allows storage of solid and dry objects.
According to an expedient design, one or more connecting elements are formed specifically on the ground-parallel edge of the integral with two bellows side wall, which are associated with the bottom wall for hinged attachment of the side wall thereto. Specifically, these fasteners can be designed as articulated protruding, preferably flat extending tabs, which then rest over a wide area on the surface of the bottom wall and can be glued there, for example. As part of the principle of the invention, the mounting options for the integral with two bellows side wall are not limited to gluing. This also applies to the outer region of the bellows, which is to be fixed on the inside of a nearest side wall.
In the optional embodiment of the carton with a top wall to cover the bottom wall, it is expedient, the top wall at a free (not hinged hinged) edge to expand a locking tab, which is hinged at the free edge. In this case, the closure flap is structurally integrated with a first closure element, which is associated with a second complementary closure element in a side wall of the box, which is in the raised / erected box state of the closure flap next. By pivoting the locking tab can now be brought into abutment with the nearest side wall, wherein an operative connection, in particular adhesive bond between the first and the second closure element is formed. As a result, the closure flap is brought in fixed abutment against the nearest side wall, wherein the bellows are compressed and at the same time the side walls of the box are pressed upright. Subsequently, the side walls are kept upright standing together and thus stabilized overall the carton in the raised position. The cohesion can be further enhanced by the fact that after an optional training, the top wall is hingedly connected to that side wall which runs parallel to the side wall with the complementary closure element.
In this case, the closure elements are in the raised or erected state of the box expediently on one of its narrow sides. Suitable implementations of the closure elements may consist of hook-and-loop or magnetic devices, wherein the complementary (counter) elements are on the one hand in the closure flap and on the other hand in the immediately opposite side wall. It is also conceivable the use of a snap fastener, wherein the push button protrudes from the inside of the closure tab toward the outside of the immediately opposite side wall, which has a congruent Einrastveriefung for the push button. One of many other alternatives could be a toggle fastener wherein the toggle (eg, wooden bridge) is secured to the outside of the sidewall with a cord and is insertable through an aperture in the fastener tab and then rotatable to engage behind the fastener tab.
According to an optional invention training at least or only the bottom, side and possibly the top wall made of hardboard, which allows the box in the raised state to store solid and dry items with very high stability. On the other hand, the optional variant is also within the scope of the invention, according to which at least the folding bellows, the closure flap and / or the connecting straps of the two side bellows integral, parallel side walls form less rigid or non-rigid material or non-rigid hard cardboard. In the connection tab, the use of flexible and / or flexible material, for example in the form of a flexible paper coating is useful.
