Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a set of transport and presentation of at least one object and a method of packaging at least one object in such an assembly, a method of opening such an assembly and a sheet of cardboard or the like used in the manufacture of such a set.
  • Patent applications FR 2,795,390 and FR 2 795 050 describe trays surmounted by a lid and secured to this lid by a side which is separable.
  • the patent application FR 2 815 015 discloses a box having a tray and a cap integral with each other and easy to separate.
  • German utility model G 90 00 049.8 describes a box having a separable upper part of the lower part, the latter comprising two rows of corrugated elements for arranging the objects together. It is not possible to fix a display on the bottom of the box until the assembly of the box completed.
  • a disadvantage of known devices lies in the fragility of the packaging used to transport objects.
  • Another disadvantage is requiring manual packing steps.
  • the invention aims to remedy all or part of these disadvantages and to meet all or part of the needs expressed above.
  • the manufacture of the transport assembly can be more easily automated, the wall of the display and the second portion of the box can be assembled before forming operations of the assembly.
  • this set has increased strength without having to use a larger weight sheet for the body due to the fact that the assembly has a greater thickness where the wall of the display is attached to the second portion of the body. This provides a saving of material.
  • the second portion has the bottom of the box.
  • the aforementioned wall comprises the bottom of the display.
  • the bottom of the box and the bottom of the display stand together, and the packaging is reinforced where the weight of objects applies.
  • the presence of the second portion may reduce the risk of misfolding in the cartoner of the sheet to form the display.
