Beispielsweise ist der Druck P1 größer als der Druck P2. Da die äußeren Spuren jeweils für das Ankleben des Filterstöpsels an den Tabakstock im wesentlichen verantwortlich sind, ist hier auch etwas mehr Leim nötig. Um evtl. Fertigungstoleranzen der Schlitzdüsen oder andere Unzulänglichkeiten der Papierführung kompensieren zu können, wäre es auch denkbar, die beiden äußeren Düsen 21 mit unterschiedlichen Drücken separat zu versorgen. Die im Wesentlichen intermittierenden bzw. unterbrechenden Leimspuren, die über einem Druck P2 mit Leim versorgt werden, können beispielsweise mit einem deutlich geringeren Druck ausgestaltet werden als P1. Insbesondere sind intermittierende Leimspuren mit weniger Druck vorzugsweise zu versehen. Um nun überhaupt Leim in die entsprechenden Zuführleitungen 23 zu befördern, ist eine Kammernut 39 vorgesehen, die im wesentlichen um den gesamten Umfang der Walze 32 ausgebildet ist. Claims (10)
- Method of applying glue to a wrapping material (10) of a rod-shaped article in the tobacco processing industry, whereby the glue is applied to the wrapping material (10) by means of a single applicator element provided in the form of a nozzle head (20) with a plurality of nozzles (21), and at least two different types of glue are supplied to the one nozzle head (20) with the plurality of nozzles (21) and applied to the wrapping material (10).
- Method as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the at least two types of glue are supplied to the nozzle head (20) through at least two supplylines (22, 23, 27).
