Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kolben für eine Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere aus Aluminiumlegierung, wobei als Gleitbeschichtung auf dem Kolbenmantel zumindest bereichsweise eine 5 - 25 µm dicke PTFE-freie Lackschicht auf Basis von PAI aufgebracht ist, die 5 - 15 Gew.-% Zinksulfid, 5 - 15 Gew.-% Graphit und 5 - 15 Gew.-% TiO2 umfasst, und dass zinksulfid und TiO2 in einer Partikelgröße von ≤ 0,7 µm vorliegen.
