Description

Beschreibungdescription

The invention relates to a device for producing a flowable mortar composition according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing a flowable composition, in particular a fine-grained mortar composition, such as a filler.

For fine-grained mortar compounds, such as fillers, which are used for filling of holes and cracks or for complete filling of plasterboard, the mortar composition is mixed by so-called Einsumpfen. Dry mortar is sprinkled on water, which absorbs the water, and the mortar mass is then mixed. Particularly in the case of fine-grained mortar masses, nodules and smaller lumps form, which make continuous mixing and conveying more difficult. In practice, these fine-grained mortar mixtures are therefore first mixed in a separate mixer and fed after a longer mixing time of a pump for promotion. Thus, only a batchwise operation is possible in the prior art.

From the DE 197 54 969 A1 is a device is known with which low-viscosity foam slurry or a thin liquid, foamy mortar mass in nodule-free homogeneous consistency can be produced continuously and with a high flow rate is achieved. The apparatus comprises a main mixer for mixing dry mortar with water and an eccentric screw pump downstream of the main mixer for conveying the premixed mortar mass to a post-mixer. The post-mixer is arranged at an outlet of the eccentric screw pump and has a vane rotor which is arranged centrally in a housing. In the case Water is supplied, which is mixed by the vane rotor with the mortar composition to obtain a low-viscosity mortar composition. Smaller nodules or lumps, however, are hardly detected by the vane rotor because they can dodge the vane rotor.

It is an object of the invention to provide a device and a method of the type mentioned, in which the aforementioned disadvantages in the prior art at least partially overcome or at least reduced.

This object is device technology with the features of claim 1 and procedurally with the features of the claim 10 solved. Advantageous embodiments and developments emerge from the dependent claims of claim 1 and claim 10.

The invention relates to a device for producing a flowable composition according to claim 1. A core idea of the invention is that the post-mixer has a rotor with an active surface and a mixing tube with a counter surface, wherein the rotor is arranged eccentrically in the mixing tube and a pump rotor, in particular an eccentric screw rotor of the eccentric screw pump, is driven such that it is rotatable with its active surface about a central axis of the mixing tube along the counter surface.

Due to the eccentric arrangement of the rotor and by its rotational or circulating movement along the mating surface of the mixing tube, the nodules or lumps in the mortar mass are continuously comminuted and dissolved, so that a substantially smooth and homogeneous mortar mass is obtained. Characterized in that the rotor of the post-mixer is driven by the pump rotor or screw rotor, the rotational or orbital motion of the rotor is tuned to the pumping or conveying movement of the screw rotor, so that reaches an approximately simultaneous, continuous promotion and smoothing or homogenization of the mortar mass becomes. In addition, the rotor of the post-mixer is switched on and off via the worm rotor, whereby the operability is considerably simplified.

A central idea of the method according to the invention is that the mortar composition is guided in the aftermixer between an active surface and a mating surface by conveying the mortar mass in the conveying direction along the mating surface and the active surface approximately or at least approximately transversely to the conveying direction of the mortar mass on the mating surface is moved along, and in particular performs a rotational or rotational movement about a center axis of the post-mixer along the counter surface.

Due to the movement of the active surface along the mating surface, the mortar compound located between the surfaces is exposed to comparatively high pressure, friction and shear forces. The still present in the mortar mass nodules or lumps are crushed and crushed between the active surface and the counter surface, so that the mortar composition is homogenized in an effective manner. As a result of the rotational or circulating movement of the active surface, the mortar composition is continuously pressed and rubbed, so that a continuous production and delivery of a substantially homogeneous mortar composition is ensured. By means of the method, it is possible to efficiently homogenize both low-viscosity and thick-bodied mortar masses without requiring additional consistency-changing measures, for example a supply of water or compressed air.

Preferably, the effective area becomes substantially dense, i. essentially without a gap, moved along the opposite surface or at least slightly pressed against the mating surface, whereby the pressure acting on the mortar composition compressive, frictional and shear forces are further increased. The active surface and / or the counter surface are elastic, so that they yield elastically during the passage and pressing of the mortar composition. Due to the elastic compliance of one or both surfaces, the mortar composition is carried out despite gapless contact or pressure contact of the surfaces in between. The respective elastic surface is resiliently biased against the mortar composition, so that a crushing of the mortar composition is effected. By pinching the nodules or lumps are effectively crushed or at least significantly reduced.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the method, the mating surface is elastic and the active surface is comparatively inelastic or rigid, so that only the mating surface yields elastically during the passage and pressing of the mortar composition. Due to the elastic counter surface and the inelastic or rigid active surface of the pressure on the mortar mass is increased at the same time squeezing the mortar mass between the surfaces significantly, so that even smaller clumps or nodules are crushed.

According to a second embodiment of the method, the elastic and inelastic behavior of the surfaces is reversed, wherein the effective surface is elastic and the mating surface is comparatively inelastic or rigid, so that only the active surface yields elastically during the passage and pressing of the mortar mass. Also in this embodiment, the mortar composition is squeezed between the surfaces and at the same time exposed to increased pressure.
In the embodiments described above, with regard to the pressure, friction and shear forces acting on the mortar composition, it is sufficient if the effective surface is moved tightly or essentially without gaps along the counter surface.

Alternatively, both the active surface and the mating surface can be elastic, wherein it is particularly advantageous if the active surface is additionally pressed against the mating surface to exert or maintain an increased pressure on the mortar mass.

Advantageously, the mating surface is a cylindrical inner surface of the mixing tube and the active surface is a, in particular cylindrical, outer surface of the rotor. The rotor is in particular elongated, preferably rod-shaped or cone-shaped, designed and / or rotor may be sized in terms of its length so that it is slightly shorter, equal to or longer than the length of the mixing tube. Preferably, the rotor extends substantially through the entire mixing tube. These structural measures on the one hand allows a compact design of the post-mixer and on the other hand ensures that the mortar mass is crushed over the entire counter surface of the mixing tube.

The rotor can also have an oval or elliptical cross section instead of a circular cross section and / or be variable in its cross section axially over its length, for example becomes thicker in the direction of flow.

At its end, in an advantageous embodiment, the rotor may bear against a support surface to absorb the reaction forces or counterforces at a return of the pump, i. when the pump moves opposite to the direction of conveyance. Depending on the length of the rotor, if the rotor is shorter than the mixing tube, the support surface is within the mixing tube when the rotor is the same length as the mixing tube, flush with the end thereof, or if the rotor protrudes slightly from the mixing tube. arranged outside of the mixing tube.

Preferably, the post-mixer is disposed at an outlet of the eccentric screw pump, and the rotor of the post-mixer is disposed at an eccentric end portion of the screw rotor associated with the post-mixer. The rotor of the post-mixer thus forms an extension of the screw rotor, wherein the eccentric arrangement or design of the screw rotor determines the eccentric arrangement of the rotor in the mixing tube. The rotational movement of the eccentric screw rotor is transferred directly to the rotor of the post-mixer, so that no additional coupling or transmission means are needed.

Conveniently, the rotor of the post-mixer is formed integrally with the screw rotor of the eccentric screw pump, whereby a high stability is ensured.

According to an alternative embodiment, the rotor of the post-mixer is connected by welding and / or fastening means with the worm rotor of the eccentric screw pump, wherein the worm rotor has an extension at its the end mixer associated end region. The extension serves for attachment or connection of the rotor to or with the worm rotor. By this constructive measure, the rotors can be easily attached or removed as needed.

Particularly preferably, the active surface of the rotor is substantially close to the mating surface of the mixing tube or at least slightly pressed against the mating surface, wherein the active surface and / or the mating surface of an elastic material, such as a made of synthetic or natural rubber, wear-resistant rubber are made. By the use of rubber, improved adhesion and friction of the mortar composition is achieved on the rubber-formed surface. In addition, rubber is sufficiently compliant so that the mortar mass can be passed between the surfaces and squeezed to a high degree.

Conveniently, the effective surface of the rotor and the mating surface of the mixing tube are formed substantially flat or smooth, whereby a uniform crushing of the mortar mass is achieved over the surfaces.

Preferably, the active surface of the rotor and the counter surface of the mixing tube are each formed of materials having different elastic properties, wherein as material pair an elastic material, such as rubber, and a comparatively inelastic material, such as metal, preferably steel. By the pair of materials "rubber-steel" an increased pressure is exerted on the mortar composition and at the same time reaches a sufficient elastic compliance of the surface formed of rubber.

According to a first embodiment, the mating surface of the mixing tube is formed of rubber, wherein the mixing tube has an outer tube and a rubber insert which is attached to the inside of the outer tube and whose inner surface forms the counter surface, and the active surface of the rotor is in particular made of metal, preferably from Steel formed. By using a rubber insert and its arrangement on the outer tube, an elastically yielding and at the same time durable counter surface is created.

Conveniently, the mixing tube of the post-mixer is formed integrally with a delivery tube of the eccentric screw pump, wherein the outer tube and the rubber insert of the mixing tube are each formed integrally with an outer tube and a rubber insert of the delivery tube. The remixer and the eccentric screw pump are combined by this structural measure to a compact and inexpensive to produce unit.

According to an alternative embodiment, the mixing tube of the post-mixer and a delivery tube of the eccentric screw pump are formed as separate parts and fasteners, such as a flange, connected to each other, wherein the flange has a radially inwardly projecting, annular projection, which between the rubber insert of the mixing tube and a rubber insert of the conveyor tube is arranged and sealingly applied thereto. By forming the mixing tube and the delivery tube as separate parts, the mixing tube can be used as needed and removed, for example, for cleaning again. The sealing projection of the flange prevents penetration of mortar mass between the two rubber parts.

Preferably, the rubber insert of the mixing tube is materially connected to the outer tube of the mixing tube by vulcanization, whereby a tight fit of the rubber insert is achieved on the outer tube.

According to a further embodiment, the counter surface of the mixing tube is made of metal, preferably steel, wherein the mixing tube comprises a steel tube whose inner surface forms the counter surface, and the effective surface of the rotor is formed of rubber, wherein the rotor comprises a rotor core, which with a rubber coating, for example in the form of a rubber tube is provided, whose outer surface forms the effective surface of the rotor. The rotor core is suitably made of metal or steel and forms a stable base for the rubber coating. By the rubber coating an elastically yielding effective surface is created, which can exert on the basis of the rigid rotor core at the same time an increased pressure on the mortar mass.

Advantageously, the rotor core and the rubber coating is attached to the extension of the screw rotor, wherein the rotor core are preferably fixed by welding and the rubber coating on one or more fasteners on the extension. This constructive measure of the rubber coating is securely attached to the rotor core and also withstands high stress. In addition, the rubber coating may be glued to the rotor core.

The invention will be explained below with regard to further features and advantages with reference to embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of a device according to a first embodiment shown in sectional view. The apparatus comprises a main mixer for mixing dry mortar and water (not shown). The main mixer is followed by an eccentric screw pump 8 in order to convey the premixed mortar composition, in particular a fine-grained mortar composition, such as a filler, in the conveying direction F to a post-mixer 1. The eccentric screw pump 8 has a delivery tube 10, which comprises an outer tube 11 and a rubber insert 12, which is arranged on the inside of the outer tube 11. The rubber insert 12 forms a screw-shaped conveying channel 13, through which the mortar composition is pumped by means of a rotating in the conveying channel 13, eccentric screw rotor 9 to the after-mixer 1.

The secondary mixer 1 is arranged at an outlet 14 of the eccentric screw pump 8 and comprises a mixing tube 4 and an elongated, in particular rod-shaped or pin-shaped rotor 2, which is arranged eccentrically in the mixing tube 4. The rotor 2 is arranged on an end region 25 of the screw rotor 9 assigned to the post-mixer 1 and formed integrally therewith. The rotor 2 of the post-mixer 1 extends from the screw rotor 9 in the conveying direction F or parallel to a central axis A of the mixing tube 4 over the length L of the mixing tube 4 and protrudes a little way out of the mixing tube 4, against a support plate or a support other support element (eg pin) (not shown) support. Likewise, the support can be made flush at the end of the mixing tube or even in the mixing tube when the support member projects into the mixing tube.

The mixing tube 4 comprises an outer tube 6 and a rubber insert 7, which is attached to the inside of the outer tube 6 and is materially connected to the outer tube 6 by vulcanization. The rotor 2 of the post-mixer 1 and the worm rotor 9 are made of metal, suitably of steel. The rubber insert 7 and the outer tube 6 of the mixing tube 4 are each formed integrally with the rubber insert 12 and the outer tube 11 of the conveyor tube 10, so that the after-mixer 1 forms an integral part of the eccentric screw pump 8. The cylindrical outer surface of the rotor 2 forms an active surface 3 which is substantially dense, i. essentially without gaps, abuts the cylindrical inner surface of the rubber insert 7. The inner surface of the rubber insert 7 forms a cooperating with the inelastic or rigid active surface 3 of the rotor 2 elastic mating surface 5. In addition, the rotor 2 may be pressed with its active surface 3 against the mating surface 5 of the mixing tube 4.

The rotor 2 is driven by the worm rotor 9, so that it rotates with its active surface 3 in accordance with the rotational movement of the worm rotor 9 about the central axis A along the mating surface 5. The mortar mass, which is conveyed along the opposite surface 5 of the mixing tube 4 in the conveying direction F, is passed through the rotational or rotational movement of the rotor 2 between the inelastic or rigid active surface 3 of the rotor 2 and the elastic counter surface 5, pressed and rubbed, wherein the elastic counter surface 5 yields elastically during the passage and pressing of the mortar composition.

The active surface 3 of the rotor 2 and the mating surface 5 of the mixing tube 4 are formed substantially flat or smooth. Alternatively, the active surface or the mating surface may be structured and provided, for example, with grooves or beads running transversely to the conveying direction F (not shown).

The rubber insert 7 and the rubber insert 12 are formed from a wear-resistant elastomer made of synthetic or natural rubber, for example NR and / or SBR.

In FIG. 2 is an alternative embodiment of the device of FIG. 1 shown in sectional view. The mixing tube 4 of the post-mixer 1 and the delivery tube 10 of the eccentric screw pump 9 are formed as separate parts and connected to each other via a flange 15. The flange 15 has a radially inwardly projecting, annular projection 16 which is disposed between the rubber insert 7 of the mixing tube 4 and the rubber insert 12 of the conveyor tube 10 and sealingly abuts thereon. The projection 16 terminates approximately flush with the rubber insert 7 and the rubber insert 12 and thus forms a continuous transition from the rubber insert 12 to the rubber insert 7.

In FIG. 3 is a schematic representation of a second embodiment of the device shown in sectional view. The mixing tube 4 of the post-mixer 1 comprises a steel tube 18, the inner surface of which forms the mating surface 5. The rotor 2 of the post-mixer 1 has a rotor core 26, which is made of metal, in particular made of steel and with one end to the end portion 25 of the screw rotor 9 located extension 19 loosely applied and is supported at the other end again on the support member, not shown. The rotor core 26 is provided with a rubber coating 17 in the form of a rubber hose whose outer surface forms the active surface 3. The rubber cover 17 is attached to the extension 19 of the worm rotor 9 via fastening elements 20, for example via screw or clamping means.

In contrast to the previous embodiment, the active surface 3 of the rotor 2 is elastic and the mating surface 5 of the mixing tube 4 is comparatively inelastic or rigid. The rotor 2 rests with its elastic active surface 3 substantially close to the inelastic or rigid mating surface 5. In addition, the rotor 2 with its active surface 3 against the counter surface 5 to be pressed. The mortar composition is passed through the rotational or rotational movement of the rotor 2 between the elastic active surface 3 of the rotor 2 and the inelastic mating surface 5, pressed and rubbed, wherein the elastic active surface 3 yields elastically during the execution and pressing of the mortar composition.

The steel pipe 18 is connected via a flange 21 to the delivery pipe 10 of the eccentric screw pump 8. The flange 21 has a first, radially inwardly projecting, annular projection 22 which is associated with the conveying tube 10 and sealingly abuts the rubber insert 12 of the Föxderrohrs 10.
