Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer befüllten. Dosierpumpenanordnung, bei welchem ein fließfähiges Produkt in einen Folienbeutel (2) eingefüllt wird, der bspw. in einem Behälter (11) aufgenommen ist. Der Folienbeutel (2) wird durch eine manuell betätigbare Pumpe (3), die im unbelasteten Zustand durch wenigstens ein Rückschlagventil (6, 7) eine Fluidverbindung zwischen einer mit der Umgebung in Verbindung stehenden Auslassöffnung (14) und dem Inneren des Folienbeutels (2) absperrt, verschlossen. Weiter wird das in dem Folienbeutel (2) befindliche Gas zumindest näherungsweise vollständiges entfernt, wobei der Folienbeutel (2) mittels eines Stempels (16) oder dgl. komprimiert wird.
