Description

The present invention relates to a formwork module for the production of concrete-saving walls according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Factors that drive home construction are, in particular, the large quantities of building materials used, and in particular of concrete. If it is necessary or intended, in particular thick walls, for example those with a width of 24 or 30 cm, to produce concrete in view of the static requirements, correspondingly large amounts of concrete must be consumed. As a result, the cost of such walls increase significantly.

The WO 97/43507 A1 deals with a formwork module for the production of concrete-saving walls of prefabricated parts according to the preamble of claim 1. The formwork module has a base member which fulfills a support function. Several juxtaposed moldings form a foot element for a formwork wall, which is inserted into the foot element. The formwork wall is formed by panels which have only a comparatively small height. For the formation of corners separate elements are provided. A similar formwork module with separate corner elements is also from the US 6,324,812 B1 known.

Furthermore, it is known for the production of conventional walls made of concrete flat shuttering wall elements to connect with anchors, with special corner elements are also provided here for the formation of corners. Such a formwork module is in the EP 0 123 264 A2 described.

Against this background, the invention has for its object to provide a formwork module for the production of concrete-saving walls, which allows the formation of corners in a simple manner.

The object of the invention and solution of the problem is a formwork module according to claim 1.

For the purposes of the present invention, portions derived from the shape of a trapezoid are typically those portions which have a baseline and, starting from these two side lines, such that a trapezoid is formed with an imaginary second baseline opposite the baseline. However, the second baseline is not part of the sections. The two side lines form with the baseline an obtuse angle α preferably in a range of 120 ° to 150 °, wherein preferably the angle α between the baseline and the one side line and the baseline and the other side line is identical. That is, with an imaginary complete trapezoid formed by adding the imaginary further baseline, the baseline associated with the section is made shorter than the baseline just opposite it. However, the sections can also be designed in such a way that, starting from a baseline, a lateral line is arranged at an obtuse angle .alpha., Which accordingly returns to a baseline. These sections can also be described as trapezoidal sections, which are bisected at the level of the center of the baseline and assembled after rotation of a section by 180 ° and reflection of the other section to each other. For the formation of corners sections can be used, which have starting from a baseline with this an obtuse angle α forming side line, and this section with a corresponding trained and mirror-inverted arranged second section is connected.

The two formwork walls are arranged at such a distance from one another that a kind of zigzag-like band is formed by them, but interrupted in each case by linear regions formed by the respective baselines. These linear areas formed by the baselines serve as a bearing surface for preferably provided support means on both sides of the formwork system formed by the formwork walls. After filling of concrete in the interior of this formwork system and removal of the formwork walls, optionally after an equally successful removal of the support means, the linear areas serve as support surfaces for applied to the wall produced lightweight panels or other cladding, such as clinker. The support means for holding and fixing the two formwork walls to each other may be formed in particular from plates and / or pipe or rod and / or frame systems, as these are known from formwork modules used in construction, wherein the support means are preferably fixedly connected to the shuttering walls , The formwork module according to the invention typically consists of units formed by the two formwork walls and the support means fixedly connected thereto, in particular held to one another by at least one, preferably at least two, more preferably exactly two anchors.

By means of the formwork module according to the invention, it is advantageously possible to produce statically stable walls with a considerably reduced amount of concrete. For example, in the production of a 24 cm wide wall with a formwork module for a 24 cm wide wall, only about 0.085 m 3 of concrete / m 2 of wall is needed. At least is preferred an amount of about 0.06 m 3 , more preferred is a range of 0.065 m 3 to 0.095 m 3 concrete / m 2 .

By juxtaposing a plurality of alternating first and second sections can be made arbitrarily flexible and in length as well as in height different walls. Thus, the formwork module according to the invention offers a variety of combination and thus of applications. Also, the formwork module is intended to produce stable wall corner elements, wherein a right angle is provided and wherein the tapered from both sides of the corner sections are formed equal and interconnected.

Advantageously, at least one reinforcing element is arranged between the shuttering walls. This reinforcing element is preferably provided centrally between the two formwork walls. Particularly preferred as a reinforcing element a bendable mat is provided, but it can also be used other curved reinforcing elements. The reinforcing elements are held in particular by construction iron in position.

In a preferred embodiment, the support means arranged on the two outer sides of the shuttering walls formed by the respective baselines of the sections are connected to the shuttering walls by at least one armature, preferably at least two armatures, wherein the armature is arranged approximately at the level of the center of the baseline. An armature arranged in this way firmly connects the support means arranged on the two outer sides with the two formwork walls. It is removed after incorporation and hardening of the concrete.

The sections are advantageously formed from a plurality of interconnected, in particular screwed, and hookable components. Between these components, in order to achieve the highest possible flexibility of the formwork system according to the invention, even the lateral and / or baselines of the imaginary trapezoid can be arranged to extend the planar center elements. As a result, for example, it is extremely easy to produce a 30 cm thick wall from a 24 cm thick wall using the same components. This is especially true if the planar central elements have elongate recesses / bores through which a projection arranged, for example, on the section can engage in a sliding manner. Then there is the possibility of a widening of the wall, wherein advantageously such a plane middle element has two equally arranged elongated recesses or a slot on its two sides facing the respective sections. Such a planar central element may be provided with at least two such elongated recesses, in which engage the projections of the sections, to achieve a secure and accurate construction of the formwork walls, respectively arranged on the two sides facing the sections of the planar central element. Of course, however, any other type of connection of the central elements may be provided with the sections. The recesses / holes may be formed, for example, round or square. Preferably, a secure connection between the sections and the middle elements is achieved by a screw, in which case advantageously in example the slot engaging projection is provided with a thread, so that after use of the central element that can be connected by a nut fixed to the section. Of course, it is also possible that at least one projection in the middle elements is provided for the recesses / holes in the sections, and vice versa. However, a secure connection can not only be achieved through a System be formed recess projection, any other conceivable connection system is possible, for example, a connection via interlocking projecting hooks, anchors, provided notches etc.

Alternatively, the shuttering wall can also be integrally formed. Preferably, the formwork wall and thus also the sections or the planar middle elements made of aluminum and / or galvanized sheet metal, for cost reasons, preferably made of galvanized sheet metal.

The wall made with the formwork module will meet the requirements placed on them in house construction and is also considerably cheaper to produce in terms of only a very small amount of concrete used compared to conventional solid concrete walls. Preference is given to concrete, especially waterproof concrete B35, are used.

Preferably, the wall according to the invention is provided on at least one side with at least one lightweight panel. The lightweight panels come to rest on the defined by the baseline of the trapezoidal sections of the formwork modules wall areas and can be attached to these by means of drilling or the like. The thereby resulting between the lightweight panels and the zigzag-like running concrete wall cavities can be filled with insulating or other material. The wall can be provided on both sides not only with identical lightweight panels, but also with different lightweight panels, which allows maximum flexibility. On external walls, for example, a Verklinkerung be applied. For example, for a hall construction, the wall can also be left unclicked.

These and other advantages of the present invention will be explained with reference to the following figures. Show it:
Fig. 1.
a plan view of a formwork module according to the invention;
Fig. 2
a further plan view of an inventive formwork module with drawn reinforcement elements and construction iron.

Fig. 1 shows a total of one designated by the reference numeral 1 formwork module in a wall-corner combination for producing, for example, a 24 cm thick wall. The formwork module 1 has two shuttering walls 2 and 5, wherein the shuttering walls 2 and 5 are each formed of sections 3 and 4. The sections 3 and 4 are arranged alternately and mirror-inverted to each other to a continuous wall 2 and 5 respectively. The sections 3 and 4 consist in the plan view of baselines 6 and 7 with side lines 15 and 16, wherein the angle α is approximately 140 °. The formwork walls 2 and 5 and thus the sections 3 and 4 may have any height, depending on the requirements of the wall to be produced. By means of anchors 13, the formwork walls 2 and 5 are held with formed from tubes support means 10 and 11 on the two defined by the respective baselines 6 and 7 of the sections 3 and 4 outer sides 9 to each other. The anchors extend at the level of the center of the baselines 6 and 7 of the trapezoidal sections 3 and 4.

The distances between the shuttering wall 2 and the shuttering wall 5 are the same over the entire length seen, that is, the shuttering walls 2 and 5 are dimensioned identically. The corner element schematically indicates that the sides indicated by the line 19 of the formwork walls 2 tapering towards the corner from both directions are removed. At the same time, the sides of the respective formwork walls 5 tapering towards the corner are longer towards the corner, so that additional wall corner elements 17 and 18 are formed when the formwork module is filled with concrete, preferably B35. The corner element can also be described as formed from two sections 23 and 24 (in Fig. 1 each marked by a bracket), which are arranged mirror-inverted and connected to each other. The sections 23 and 24 may be aligned approximately parallel to each other, but also at an angle, and here in particular in the manner of a trapezoid to run towards each other.

Fig. 2 now shows in detail the arrangement of reinforcing elements 12.1 and 12.2 and 2.1 and structural iron 14 in the space formed by the shuttering walls 2 and 5. After introduction of the construction iron 14 a bendable iron mat is arranged around this around as a reinforcing element 12 approximately centrally between the two formwork walls 2 and 5. Then concrete is added to complete the wall. Alternatively to sections 3 and 4 of the Fig. 1 is a gate 22 defined, which can be described as resulting from a mental halving of the sections 3 or 4 and a subsequent rotation by 180 ° of a subsection and mirroring of the further subsection emerged.

To produce a wall according to the invention, the erected formwork module according to Fig. 1 and 2 filled with concrete and after curing the same anchor 13 together with the support means 10 and 11 removed. Subsequently, the shuttering walls 2 and 5 or the individual trapezoidal components 20 forming these are also removed. On the then free-standing zigzag wall extending lightweight panels are mounted by the two outer sides 8 and 9, which obtain sufficient support on the bearing surfaces formed by the baselines 6 and 7.

When constructing a wall-corner element by means of the formwork modules according to the invention can according to Fig. 2 in the corner sections 17 and 18 by additional structural iron 14, a further reinforcing element 21 are introduced, so that the formed corner meets the static requirements. In this case, the additional reinforcing element 21 may be connected to the reinforcing elements 12.1 and 12.2, possibly via additional, not shown here elements, but can also be safely held without such a connection only by means of the construction iron 14. In this case, the reinforcing element 21 as well as the sections 23 and 24 (see Fig. 1 ) and parallel to them.
