Description
Le hublot, conçu pour être appliqué à piscine/bassin hors-sol, à ciel ouvert, pour liquides, granulés ou poudres, a été étudié et réalisé pour répondre à des normes de sécurité et de commodité d'utilisation et pour répondre à certaines caractéristiques esthétiques(Fig.1-2).The porthole, designed to be applied to pool / above-ground pool, open pit, for liquids, granules or powders, has been studied and realized to meet standards of safety and convenience of use and to meet certain characteristics aesthetic (Fig.1-2).
Le hublot est installé sur les parois latérales de la piscine/bassin qui sont en tissu polyester enduit ou en matériel rigide, sans limite de forme et de dimensions. Le hublot est composé d'un verre circulaire transparent (Fig.3)mis à l'intérieur de la paroi de la piscine/bassin, réalisé en résine de poly-carbonate et conçu pour répondre à des normes de résistance telles qu'il doit résister à la pression interne du liquide ou du matériel contenu dans la piscine/bassin. Il doit répondre aussi à des normes anti-effraction causée par des coups donnés par l'usager ou par des appareils qui font déplacer le matériel contenu.
Le verre circulaire est réalisé en deux versions :avec surface plane ou avec surface bombée, pour avoir, grâce à la distorsion optique, une vision majeure à l'intérieur de la piscine/bassin.
Le verre ci-dessus décrit, a le long de son périmètre des petits trous(part.3 Fig.7) pour fixer des vis de fixation à bout fileté avec tête et croix encaissée. A l'extérieur de la paroi de la piscine/bassin a été mis un cadre en plastique (Fig.4), du même diamètre externe que celui du verre, qui permet aux vis de fixation mises sur le verre de s'ancrer à l'intérieur et sert ainsi de retenue , en faisant pression sur la paroi de la piscine/bassin qui se trouve entre ces deux éléments(verre-cadre).
Entre le verre et le cadre, sur la partie intérieure comme sur celle extérieure de la paroi du bassin, ont été mis deux joints de tenue (Fig.5), de diamètre externe égal à celui du verre, réalisés en caoutchouc souple. Ils doivent éviter que le matériel contenu ne s'échappe du bassin.
Ces joints seront traversés par les vis de fixation ; une fois serrées et en exploitant la pression qui se créera entre les éléments, il se réalisera un ensemble (verre- joint- paroi-joint-cadre)(Fig.2) totalement étanche, vu que le bassin est réalisé dans un matériel complètement imperméable à l'eau et à l'air.On the outside of the pool / pond wall was placed a plastic frame (Fig.4), of the same external diameter as the glass, which allows the fixing screws placed on the glass to anchor to the wall. inside and serves as a restraint, by putting pressure on the wall of the pool / basin which is between these two elements (glass-frame).
