Der Einsatzteil lässt sich aber universell auch bei der Erstellung eines Leichtflüssigkeits-Abscheiders entweder in einen schon vorhandenen Abscheiderbehälter installieren oder beim Erstellen des Abscheiders mit einem ganz einfachen Abscheidebehälter kombinieren, der nur das erforderliche Volumen zu haben braucht, und zwar so, das der Einsatzteil jederzeit entnehmbar und nachrüstbar oder umrüstbar ist und eine leichte Reinigung zulässt. Es wird das bequeme Festlegungsprinzip: Stecktasche/Einsteckflansch, mit dem Getriebemechanismus gewinnbringend genutzt, wobei gegebenenfalls ein zusätzlicher Adapter zu dem Einsatzteil-Bausatz gehört.
