Description

The invention relates to a holder for hanging handbags on tables.

Hintergrund der ErfindungBackground of the invention

People who carry a purse, bag, rucksack or the like are often faced with the problem of depositing this bag in a suitable location in a restaurant, bar or at home. Often the bag must be placed on the floor, on the knees or behind the back on the chair. This is an unsatisfactory situation regarding hygiene, comfort and / or safety.

There are therefore various bag holders have been proposed, which allow to hang a bag, for example, to a table top.

From the US-A-2,692,108 Such a bag holder is known. This bag holder has a disc-shaped, circular adhesive part, which is designed to rest on an upper side of a bearing surface and to establish a frictional adhesion with this bearing surface. The underside of the adhesive part is covered with rubber or felt. The top serves decorative purposes. From the edge of the adhesive part is a catch eye. Diametrically opposite the catch eye stands from the edge of the adhesive part from a hanging part. The hanging part has a bent wire body made of a resilient material, which semi-circumscribes the adhesive part, and has a free end. The free end is movable between a first position in which it is releasably engaged with the catch eyelet and a second position in which it is located below the adherend to suspend a purse thereon. The hanging part is rotatably mounted in the adhesive part. The catch eyelet is integrally formed on the hanging part and thereby rotates synchronously, so that in each rotational position, the free end can be suspended in the catch eyelet. In addition, a glove holder is formed on the bag holder. This is formed from a loop made of fabric-covered rubber, which protrudes at the same point as the hanging part over the edge of the adhesive part and can be hooked into the catch eyelet.

From the FR-A-1015197 a holder according to the preamble of claim 1 is known. This is designed in the form of a bangle. A band of spring steel can be closed to a ring and opened again. A support disc is attached to the band. On one side of the support disk, a hook is formed, which is formed from one end of the belt, and in which the other end of the Bandes, which forms a second hook, can be hung. The support disk is shaped as a shell, the opening is closed with a friction insert. When the tape is open, this pad can be placed on a table top. The free end of the band extends under the table top. At this free end of the band can now be hung a bag or the like.

A disadvantage of these bag holders is that the resilient metal part has to be bent consuming to hang the bags on it to allow a lock. In addition, these bag holder must be composed of a variety of different parts of different materials and connected to each other. Another disadvantage is that the material of the annularly closable part should be resilient on the one hand and not misting on the other hand, so that its surface does not need to be maintained.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

It is an object of the invention to provide such a holder whose annularly closable part can be made very easily. With an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the surfaces of furniture to which the holder is attached, and of bags and articles that are hung with the holder to be spared.

Beschreibung der ErfindungDescription of the invention

The object of the invention is achieved by a holder according to claim 1.

According to the invention, the object of the invention is achieved in a generic holder by the characterizing features of claim 1. In this holder, the first end portion is formed elongated, and presses in the closed position, the second end portion from the outside against the first end portion. A clawing of the end portions with each other, as proposed in connection with the known holders described above, is not available. This allows the two end portions only laterally to move against each other to open the ring. Lifting the end portions of each other is not required. Therefore, the spring force of the tape can be designed to be stronger than before, without affecting the operability would be affected. In addition, the band is very easily malleable and can be pulled over with another material.

The ability to close the holder into a ring has the advantage that it is virtually captive to a loop of a bag or a backpack fastened. In addition, the attached to the holder on a rod object can be secured by closing the holder.

Subsequently, a curved first leg section of the second leg is expediently formed on the connecting arch in such a way that the greatest distance between the second leg and the first leg lies in a region between the connecting arch and the first end area of the first leg. An adjoining this first leg section second leg portion of the second leg, which adjoins the second end region approaches in the unloaded and open position of the holder to the second end portion back to the first leg. Advantageously, the first leg section, which is then present on the connecting arch and is preferably curved, is aligned in a loaded state practically at right angles to the first leg. With this first leg section, a table edge height can be bridged. The closed holder describes approximately a triangle whose corners are bent in a smaller radius and whose sides are stretched or bent in a larger radius. This advantageous shape of the holder ensures that, when the holder with the first elongated leg is placed resting on a horizontal plate, the load of an object attached to the second leg is arranged below the plate. A stable suspension of a load is possible even on beveled or rounded edges of the table, since the point of application of a small load along the second arm is freely displaceable, but at large loads at the end of the second arm, which is located below the end portion of the first leg.

In the closed position, the two overlapping end regions lie parallel to one another. The parallel end regions overlap approximately over 1 to 2 cm, preferably 12 to 17 mm. This is a preferred embodiment, which is both a relatively easy operation of the holder allow for opening and closing, as well as ensuring sufficient security against accidental opening.

Advantageously, the curvature of the second leg is designed so that the largest distance between the first and the second leg shifts with increasing opening of the U of the terminal curve away and towards the second end. As a result, heavier objects hang farther away from a platemark than lighter ones.

The holder is preferably made of strip spring steel. Spring steel is not necessarily particularly attractive and corrosion resistant. To keep spring steel nice, it has to be cared for or refined. In addition, spring steel does not adhere well to smooth surfaces, but tends to slip on these surfaces and damage them. But even the necessary spring force exhibiting plastic has a poorly adherent surface. Therefore, the holder advantageously has at least on its inside a layer, preferably even a covering covering the inside and the outside of a material with a high coefficient of friction, e.g. made of leather, soft plastic (two-component plastic), textile fabric, rubber or a combination of these materials. High coefficient of friction material is particularly useful on the inside of the stretched leg. Such material may be disposed as a coating or as a glued or cast or otherwise applied layer there. At both ends and on the inside of the holder, a protective coating can protect the holder from abrasion. Thanks to such a coating material, the surfaces of furniture and objects hung thereon can be spared.

The cover is expediently designed as a tube or bag, which tube or which pocket is pushed over the spring steel strip. The coating is advantageously designed to be closed like a bag at a short end and has the bag opening at the opposite short end. When pulled over, the bag opening is closed with a separate closure part.

This closure part is expediently a metal or plastic clip, which encloses an end edge of the bent-back second end region.

The inside and outside of the cover can be made of different materials. Then, advantageously, the inside of the cover made of soft plastic, in particular a two-component plastic, sponge rubber or rubber. Conveniently, the outside of the cover is made of an attractive leather or synthetic leather, or also of plastic or a textile fabric. Since leather or artificial leather also a sufficient liability has, the coating may also consist entirely of such a material. The coating may be striped over the metal core or, for example, designed as an injection-molded jacket.

The holder is suitable for decorating, e.g. Gemstones or ornaments to exhibit on its outside. The holder can also wear a watch. In an advantageous embodiment, a first transmitter and / or receiver is arranged on the holder, which is equipped to communicate with a second transmitter and / or receiver, and which emits an alarm sound from each other from a certain distance of the two transmitter / receiver.

Such a holder is used according to the invention for suspending a load, e.g. a garment, bag or backpack, on a piece of furniture or component, e.g. a table, a chair, a pole or a pipe used. He can also serve as a piece of jewelry and be worn as a bracelet or wristwatch on the wrist.

Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments

The U-shaped holder 11 consists of a curved extending band 13 (FIG. Fig. 6 ) made of stainless spring steel. Spring steel has an advantageous resilience and a desired elasticity. The width of the coil spring steel varies depending on the model between 1.0 to 5.0 cm and is crucial in terms of stability and reducing the tendency to Sideways movements under load. The material thickness (thickness) of the coil spring steel 13 is, depending on the model, between about 0.6 and 2 mm.

The holder 11 may be described as a U-shaped band 13 with two legs 15, 25 (FIG. Fig.1 ). The first leg 15, we call it here also as a support part 15 of the holder 11, is just stretched to slightly arched. The support member 15 is in use of the holder, for example, on a table surface 21 and therefore has an elongated end portion 22. Its length is depending on the version between about 3 and 12 cm. By a coating 23 ( Fig. 8 ), or by the holder 11 covering material 37 ( Fig. 4 to 7 ) with a high coefficient of friction, creates a corresponding surface friction under load, which counteracts any slippage of the holder 11 from the supporting surface 21. Depending on the load, the minimal curved support member 15 stretches, the support surface is larger and the friction force counteracting a slipping is increased.

Dieser strebt zu seinem Ende hin gegen die Unterseite 31 des tragenden Elements 21.The second leg 25 we call here also load carrier 25. It is about 2 to 3 times as long as the support member 15 and then begins on a strongly curved connecting bow 16 with a slightly curved first leg portion 27. At this first leg portion 27 then is about a transition bend 28 of the second leg portion 29 connected. This transition bend 28 therefore already lies significantly below the table surface 21 or another load-bearing element 20. The edge and, in the normal case, the thickness of a load-bearing element 20 are overcome by the first slip portion 27 and the two subsequent sheets. The transition bend is followed by a slightly to moderately strongly bent second leg section 29. This strives towards its end against the underside 31 of the supporting element 21.

The second end portion 33 of the second leg 25 is strongly hook-shaped. Considering the holder, the support member 15 is horizontal, from the side, the second end portion 33 of the second leg 25 is located on a vertical line below the first end portion 22 of the first leg 15. Depending on the opening width of the holder (which is the Distance between the first end portion 22 and the second end portion 33) and the thickness of the supporting member 20, it may be that the holder creates a clamping action on the supporting member 20. This has the advantage that the holder does not slip off the load-bearing element 20 when relieved. The opening width varies depending on the model and varies between about 1 to 6 cm. If a bag, backpack or other object is suspended from the holder, its carrier 35 ( Fig. 2 ) (usually in use on tables and the like) in the region of the second leg portion 29 or a subsequent bend positioned. Depending on this position and the weight of the suspended object is particularly the second Leg section 29 more or less bent downwards ( Fig.2 ). Since the holder 11 is formed of one piece and of elastic material, the force introduced into the second leg 25 is transmitted to the first leg 15 and scanned onto the supporting element 20. Due to the resulting stresses in the material, the balance of power changes depending on the load and the points of application of the force vectors are shifted in parallel. The further the second leg portion 29 is bent downward under load, the more the load L and thus also the force vector F, which acts on the bearing surface 21, moves away from the table edge in the direction of the first end portion 22 of the first leg 15 in turn greatly reduces the risk that the holder 11 may slip off of the supporting surface 21 and also allows a meaningful and stable use of the holder in situations when, for example, a table edge chamfered or for the attachment of the holder 11 only little space is available.

Thanks to the elasticity of the material, the holder can be attached to supporting elements 20 of different thickness. For this purpose, in the open state of the holder 11, the two end portions 22, 33 are spread apart until the opening width is greater than the thickness of the supporting element 20th Due to the material properties, the opening width decreases when removing the holder back to its original size.
The holder 11 has, depending on the version, a coating 37 made of leather (eg Fig. 4 to 7 ), Fabric or plastic or a combination of these materials. As a result, damage to the object to be suspended, the surface 21 of the supporting element 20 and other objects, which come into contact with the holder, largely prevented. To quickly avoid wear and to protect the surface of the holder 11, it can be additionally protected at vulnerable points by a thin rubber layer.

Should it not be possible to attach the holder 11 to a table or the like, it offers thanks to its construction even more variants, namely the holder 11, for example, to the back or armrest of chairs, to mount rods or the like:
  • Depositing it on a backrest, so the first leg 15 rests against the backrest and the holder 11 loads mainly with the first leg portion 27 and an adjoining connecting sheet 16 or transition sheet 28 on the backrest, and a carrier 35 takes place in the curvature the second end portion 33 stop.
  • If one hangs the holder 11 in the open state on an armrest, on a pipe or the like, it is also located mainly in the region of the connecting bow 16 between the first leg 15 and the first leg portion 27 of the second leg 25 and the second leg 25 on the carrying element. The carrier 35 is suspended in the curvature of the second end portion 33. If the holder 11 but closed in a ring, so he can in be fixed in any position on suitable objects. The various sections of the holder 11 then take over the task depending on the situation as a load carrier or as a support part.

Die überlappenden Teile der Endbereiche 22,33 liegen dabei auf parallelen Ebenen (Fig.3).The holder 11 can be closed by pressing the first end portion 22 and the second end portion 33 against each other. In this case, the load carrier 25 stretches, and the first end portion 22 is pushed under the second end portion 33, after which the two end portions - depending on the model more or less strong - overlap. An appropriate minimum overlap of 1cm should be guaranteed. The overlapping parts of the end regions 22, 33 lie on parallel planes ( Figure 3 ).

When closed, the holder 11, if it is closed, for example, around a bag carrier 35, carry away loss and always at hand. Depending on the design, it can also be a decorative piece of jewelry when attached to the carrier 35 of a bag. In addition, it also provides some protection against unauthorized stealing of the fixed with the holder 11 item.

FIG. 4 shows a coated holder 11. The cover 37 consists of a leather tube. The leather is sewn together at a short end and along two opposite long sides of the tube. The other short side is not sewn. This open short side is drawn from the first end area over the curved band spring steel bar. The opening of this bag-like leather tube is therefore finally at the second end portion 33. This opening is closed with a closure element 39 made of metal. This closure element 39 is bent around the end edge of the second end region 33.

In the view according to FIG. 5 this closure element 39 and the coating 37 is shown. The first end portion 22 is placed under the second end portion 33 and presses with the spring force of the spring steel strip from the inside against the second end portion 33. The overlap of the two end portions is 15 mm long.

From the section according to FIG. 6 shows that the coating 37 has an outer layer and an inner layer, which are sewn together two layers along the edge of the spring steel strip 13. The inner layer ensures the necessary slip resistance of the holder 11 and the outer layer serves the elegant appearance.

In FIG. 7 the overlap is shown in section. The bracket made of spring steel presses the two end portions 22, 33 against each other and thus forms a ring. The closure element 39 is on arranged second end, so that the first end area as flat and large surface with a non-slip material can rest on the table surface.

In summary, it can be said that an open position U-shaped holder 11 for suspending handbags, bags and similar objects, from a strip spring steel strip 13 is formed. The holder 11 has a first elongated leg 15 with a first, elongated end portion 22. The holder 11 has a second leg 25 of the same strip 13, which connects with a connecting sheet 16 to the first leg 15. The outwardly arched second leg of the U has a bent back into the interior of the U second end portion 33. In this holder 11, the curved shape and length of the second leg 25 is matched to the length of the first leg 15, so that by pressing against each other of the two legs 15,25 abutting end portions 22,33 over a length of about 10 mm overlap. As a result, the holder 11 is repeatable to a ring closed and opened again. In the annular closed position, the second end region 33 is guided around the first end region 22. The holder is preferably coated with a material which has a high coefficient of friction. It is possible to decorate the outside of the holder 11 or to use as an advertising space. The holder 11 makes it possible to hang objects such as bags, backpacks, etc. e.g. on tabletops, on the back or armrests of chairs or on bars. Thanks to the lockability of the holder 11, it can be attached to bags and carried as a piece of jewelry or clock. He is always available when needed.

In FIG. 8 is a cross section through a leg of another embodiment shown. In this holder, the core is provided with an encapsulation. This encapsulation consists of a two-component plastic. On the first leg also a clock (43) is attached.

In the present case, the clock has a transmitter / receiver unit integrated therein, which cooperates with a second transmitter / receiver unit (45) designed as a key fob (arrow). Both transmitter / receiver units (43, 45) emit a beep as soon as they are e.g. over 5 meters apart. The critical distance may be adjustable at the second transceiver unit. The signal tone of the first receiver unit does not end until, for a certain period of time, the two cooperating transmitter / receiver units are again closer to one another than the critical distance, or it can be switched off by actuation of the second transmitter / receiver unit. The beep of the second transceiver unit can be stopped manually. Other than the mentioned circuits for the acoustic signal are conceivable.

    - the two end regions (22, 33) may be hung within one another and thus the band (13) may be repeatedly closed into a ring and opened again,
    - wherein in the closure position, the second region (33) is led around the first end region (22),
    - wherein the first end region (22) and the bent-back second end region (33) which overlaps the first end region (22) in the closure position, are designed plane-surfaced in the region of the overlapping, and are directed parallel to one another in the closure position.
    characterised in
    - that the first end region (22) is designed extended and
    - that in the closure position the second end region (33) presses from the outside against the first end region (22).
  2. A holder according to claim 1, characterised in that a layer (37) is formed on the inner side of the band (13), which consists of a material with a higher friction coefficient compared to the resilient material of the band, in particular of rubber, soft plastic, imitation leather or leather.
  3. A holder according to claim 1 or 2, characterised by a cover (37) completely enveloping the band (13), of a material with higher friction coefficient than steel, e.g. of leather, plastic, of textile fabric, rubber or a combination of these materials.
  4. A holder according to claim 3, characterised in that the cover (37) is designed as a flexible tubing or bag, said flexible tubing or said bag being pushed over the band (13).
  5. A holder according to claim 4, characterised in that the cover (37) at a short end is designed closed in a bag-like manner, and at the oppositely lying short end comprises the bag opening, said bag opening being closed with a separate closure part (39).
  6. A holder according to claim 5, characterised in that the closure part (39) is a metal clip or a plastic clip which encompasses an end edge of the bent-back, second end region (33).
  7. A holder according to claim 3, characterised in that the cover (37) is formed by a coating or the peripheral casting (23) of the elastically resilient material of the band (13), in particular by a peripheral injection moulding (23) with two-component plastic.
  8. A holder according to claim 3 to 7, characterised by decorations (41), e.g. with gems or a print on the cover (37), or by a watch (43) on the outer side of the cover (37).
  9. A holder according to one of the claims 3 to 8, characterised in that the cover (37) on the inner side of the band (13) consists of different material than the cover (37) on the outer side of the band (13).
  10. A holder according to claim 9, characterised in that on the inner side of the band (13), the cover (37) is manufactured of soft plastic, in particular two-component plastic or rubber.
  11. A holder according to one of the claims 3 to 10, characterised in that on the outer side of the band (13), the cover (37) is manufactured of leather or imitation leather, plastic or textile fabric.
  12. A holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a first transmitter and/or receiver (43) is arranged on the band (13), which is equipped in order to communicate with a second transmitter and/or receiver (45) separated from the band, and which emits an alarm sound from a certain distance of the two transmitters/receivers (43, 45) to one another.
