Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insulating disk element with the features of the preamble of patent claim 1.
From the German utility model DE-GM 94 11 674 an element for a facade cladding is known, which consists of two or more, parallel glass panes. The glass sheets are connected to one another at the outer edge region continuously attached spacer means such that between the disks and the spacer means an air-tight space is formed. The spacers consist of glass strips, which are firmly connected on both sides by means of a transparent adhesive layer with the glass sheets. By using materials with equal coefficients of expansion for the disks and the spacer, large disk dimensions can be used without creating harmful stresses.
The individual disks are curved so that their edge regions are substantially parallel to each other, so they are bent approximately dome-shaped. The German Utility Model DE 203 04 806 U1 discloses a radar reflection-damping double glazing, which is particularly intended for buildings. The double glazing has an outer pane with a radar-beam partially reflecting layer of thin conductors arranged parallel to one another and an inner pane provided with a radar-reflecting layer. The outer and the inner pane close in the manner of an insulating glass a hermetically sealed space between them. The arrangement of the conductors on the outer pane and their distance from the radar reflecting layer on the inner pane is dependent on the polarization direction the radar beams chosen so that the respective reflected portions of the radar beams superimposed on each other in phase and the incident radar beams are extinguished thereby. As a partially reflecting layer is a pattern of strips of electrically good conductive silver paste, which is printed on a surface of the outer pane and partially baked, wherein the width of the printed strip is greater than the layer thickness. The double glazing may also have a curvature towards the outside.
The insulating glass panes and insulating facade elements known from the prior art have panes arranged essentially parallel to one another. With such insulating elements, either only flat surfaces or small surface curvatures can be produced, or a strongly curved surface has to be simulated with relatively small-area individual elements. In some cases, it may also be desirable to leave with the outer surface of the insulating the course of the substructure, while the distance between the substructure of this facing surface should remain constant. Even such tasks can not be solved with the known insulating also.
The invention has for its object to improve the design options with insulating disk elements.
Die Merkmale der den unabhängigen Ansprüchen jeweils nachgeordneten Unteransprüche geben vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen dieser Erfindung an.This object is achieved with the features of claim 1. The independent claim 14 refers to a facade with such insulating disc elements. The features of the independent claims each subordinate claims indicate advantageous developments of this invention.
The insulating disk element according to the invention is characterized in that the disks are not arranged, as usual, essentially parallel to one another, but instead can occupy any desired position relative to one another at the respective place of use. The arrangement of the disks in highly divergent planes is equivalent to the fact that at least one edge region of the insulating disk element, which is provided for connection by means of a profile bar of the spacer frame, an edge gap with a (in the direction of the Pane edge) of non-rectangular cross section. It can not be used in this area, the usual profile bars with a constant cross-section and possibly more sized adhesive layers for connection to the discs. According to the invention, instead, a solid profile bar is used whose dimensions correspond to those of the gap formed between the panes.
This full profile bar having the contour of the gap can be produced particularly advantageously from a brittle material such as, for example, glass, ceramic or glass ceramic. Namely, these materials can be easily adjusted by scratching and breaking along this pre-damage of the desired shape. An elaborate cutting or milling can be avoided in most cases.
A non-rectangular gap in edge regions of the insulating disk element may arise due to a variety of shapes or arrangements of the individual disks. The simplest arrangement is made up of two flat disks enclosing an angle between them. In this case, two solid profile bars with a substantially triangular cross section and two profile bars with a rectangular cross section are required. The profile bars with the rectangular cross section can be both the usual hollow profile bars and solid profile bars. In particular, if one of the profile bars has a rectangular cross-section with a relatively large height, the use of a solid profile bar may be advantageous. If two plane disks are arranged in planes which are inclined with respect to each other with respect to a plurality of side edges, all profile strips must have a triangular or trapezoidal cross section.
Although the term "bars" or "bars" is mentioned here, they may also have strip or surface shape, in particular if the marginal gap between the panes is relatively high.
But it can also be a plane and a curved disc or two curved discs are joined together to form an insulating disc element according to the invention. In these cases, the solid profile bars for the marginal gaps with non-rectangular cross section are bounded at least on one side by an arc. The bow can also one or more times change its direction of curvature, so that, for example, one or more S-shaped edge gaps are formed.
If a flat disc with a cylindrically curved disc or two cylindrically curved discs form an insulating disc element, the marginal gaps, which run parallel to the cylinder axis, can be provided with conventional spacer profiles.
In all variants of the insulating disc elements according to the invention, it may be necessary to provide a desiccant to prevent condensation in the closed space between the panes. If one of the profile bars is a common hollow profile with integrated desiccant and openings to the space between the panes, generally further measures can be taken to avoid condensation be waived. However, if only full profile bars are used, then a means for drying the gas may need to be placed in the space between the panes. This may for example be a desiccant containing hollow body with openings to the space between the panes, which is glued to a solid profile bar.
The individual panes of the insulating disc element according to the invention may consist of glass, toughened glass, plastic or any other suitable material. The panes can be clear, translucent or opaque. In the case of transparent or translucent panes, it can be useful to provide the edge areas in which the spacer frame is arranged with a color layer which inhibits transparency or opaque. With this measure, both the view of adhesive and / or sealant is then blocked, as well as these adhesives and / or sealants are protected from any harmful (solar) radiation. The interspace of the insulating disk element can be filled with the commonly used, the heat flow inhibiting or the sound-absorbing gases or also partially evacuated.
The insulating disc element according to the invention is particularly suitable to be installed in a facade. In particular, the versions with curved discs can meet the requirement for curved shapes and rounded corner areas of buildings particularly well.
Further details and advantages of the subject matter of the invention will become apparent without any intention to be bound by the drawing of an embodiment and its detailed description which follows.

1 , an insulating disk element 1 consists of two
The profile bars 30 and 31 are known from the prior art aluminum hollow profiles, which contain in their interior a hygroscopic desiccant for dehumidifying the enclosed between the
If the gas-tightness of the adhesive 4 is insufficient for the application of the insulating disk element, the outer joint between the
Although in the illustrations, the outer contour of the insulating disk elements is a rectangle, it goes without saying that insulating disk elements of any external shape can be made, for example, triangles, pentagons, hexagons, and so forth. Even round, oval or with one or more sheets versehe-disc elements are feasible. Both the hollow aluminum profiles known from the prior art and solid profiles made of glass or ceramic can be produced as profiles bent in the insulating pane plane.
For the manufacture of facades with the disk elements described above, these are connected in a conventional manner either at their outer edges or in their surfaces with retaining fittings, which in turn are attached to a substructure of the facade. But you do not have to go for the kind of fixings here will be discussed in more detail, as the expert is familiar with a variety of usable versions of the prior art.
