Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hearing aid for attachment to the ear or outer ear of a user.
So-called ex-hearing aids, in which the handset or speaker can be positioned directly in the ear canal, have a higher acoustic quality than sound tube hearing aids, in which the listener is located in the BTE and the sound through a thin sound tube in the Auditory canal of the ear is passed.
In such ex-hearing aids, the amplifier, and generally the microphone, is often housed in a BTE (behind the ear) part from which a flexible bending element that is dimensionally stable in its bending positions emanates and is adapted by bending the anatomy of the user whose end the listener is arranged.
In part, however, an adaptation to the individual anatomy of the respective user is possible only by multiple, considerable bending of the bending element, which then occurs sometimes disturbing in appearance. Thus, hearing aids with different bending element lengths are required in order to be able to offer suitable lengths to every user. Furthermore, ex-hearing aids, in particular the connection of the bending element to the listener, sensitive and possibly maintenance-prone. This z. B. break off the connection of the multiple individual wires containing bending element to the listener in repeated bending operations, which usually leads to the replacement of the entire bending element.
Furthermore, there are IdO (in the ear) hearing aids, which are generally elaborately designed as Otoplastik.
Die WO 03/015470 A2 zeigt einen Cochlea-Übertrager, der ein HdO-Teil mit einem Ohrbogen aufweist, von dem ein formbeständiges Biegeelement mit elektrischen Leitungen zu einem Mikrofon verläuft, das am Außenohr des Benutzers positionierbar ist.WO 03/015470 A2 shows a cochlear transmitter which has a BTE part with an ear bow, from which a dimensionally stable bending element with electrical leads runs to a microphone which can be positioned on the outer ear of the user.
The invention has for its object to provide a hearing aid that ensures an individual adjustability to the user and cost feasible.
This object is achieved by a hearing aid according to
According to the invention, a receiver part with a round cross-section, in particular a receiver part with a cylindrical shape, is advantageously provided. The earpiece is placed in a receiving part, z. B. screwed or stuck by means of a thread or z. B. soldered. The receiving part may in particular be a cable guide for receiving a bending element or an ITE housing.
By this connection, in particular when forming a threaded connection, an electrical contact can already be achieved.
The other electrical contact between the receiver part and the receiving part can be produced by a further contacting, in particular by a spring contact, so that a releasable module solution is created.
The hearing aid according to the invention can be both a BTE hearing aid and an ITE hearing aid.
The BTE hearing aid according to the invention has at least two module parts, namely the BTE part and a further part of the ear formed from ear bow and bending element with earpiece. Advantageously, the hearing aid according to the invention even has three module parts, namely the BTE part, a middle part of the module formed from the ear bow and the bending element and the earpiece part detachably attached thereto as a third module.
The BTE part is connected to the ear bow via a first interface, e.g. a thread that ensures a first electrical contact, and an additional spring contact. The electrical leads extend as wires through the ear bow and the flexure and are contacted with the earpiece, e.g. can be screwed onto a cable guide of the bending element via a thread. For this purpose, the cable guide may advantageously be laser-welded to the projecting free ends of the guide wires guided in the bending element, so that a robust, stable, inexpensive producible connection is created.
In this case, an electrical contact via the welded connection between the at least one - advantageously e.g. three - guided in the bending element guide wire with the cable guide and the threaded connection between the cable guide and a receiver housing are formed, so that only a further electrical contact of another electrical line of the bending element to the speaker or its coil is required.
In the case of a detachable interface between the receiver part and the bending element, this further contact can be provided as a spring contact, so that the receiver part is simply attached to the middle module part and screwed on can be. According to a preferred embodiment, the earphone housing to be screwed on itself already serves as a receptacle for the membrane and the coil, so that a very simple, robust, small-sized version is achieved, in which the coil is connected with a connection to the earphone housing. As an alternative to this, however, a loudspeaker insert may in principle also be accommodated in the receiver housing with a further housing and possibly contacted with the receiver housing.
The earpiece can be inserted into or positioned in front of the ear canal of the user. In this case, a concha clip which is sufficiently stiff and flexible so that it is positioned in the concha and, for example, attached to the earpiece or the bending element can be attached. can be braced against the user's anthelix, so that a secure positioning in the outer ear is possible.
According to the invention, a modular system is thus created in which a plurality of central module parts with different bending element lengths are provided. The user can thus select in the module system each matching middle module part and put together by simply plugging or screwing together to the appropriate hearing aid.
According to the invention, the bending element thin, z. B. be formed with a diameter less than 1.7 mm, in particular less than 1.2 mm. It can be inserted from below into a hole in the ear bow. As a result, BTE housing and ear arches can be used on the already existing sound tubes are, so that a cost-effective mass production for different systems and, where appropriate, a cost-effective conversion are possible.
In the 1dO device according to the invention, a connection between the handset and the ITE housing is accordingly possible, for. B. again by internal and external thread (either on one of the two parts) or soldering.

In the BTE part 3, a
According to the embodiment of FIGS. 2, 3, the bending
At the end of the
The
According to the embodiment shown in Fig. 4, 5, the
At the other end of the
The receiver part can thus be fixed and contacted by fitting and screwing the
B. entsprechend dem oben beschriebenen Federkontakt 64) und der Leitung 168 bzw. dem Anschlusskontakt 168 des Gehäuses 134 gebildet.FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment in which the hearing device is embodied as an ITE (in the ear) hearing
In this embodiment, the
On the front of the
