- the invention relates to a trench cutter according to the preamble of claim 12.
- a trench cutter according to the preamble of claim 12.
- Such a cutting wheel or such a trench cutter are by the JP-A-11200404 known.
- This known trench wall cutter has a milling frame and attached to this side, rotating drivable cutting wheels. On the circumference of the cutting wheels milling teeth are provided for working off soil material.
- a method for producing a slot wall is described.
- the suspension wall hardening suspension is produced directly in the slot itself.
- ground material removed by the cutting wheels of a trench cutter is, as it were, mixed "in situ" with a binder, in particular a settable liquid, by the effect of the cutting wheels in the trimming slot, thereby producing a hardening binder-base mixture.
- the mixed with the binder, cleared soil material is at least partially left in the milling slot, where it can harden to form the slot wall. This eliminates the need to elaborate the entire cleared soil material by pumping equipment consuming to overground.
- the object of the invention is to provide a cutting wheel for a trench cutter available, which allows the creation of high-quality quality slot walls.
- An inventive cutting wheel is characterized in that at least one mixing blade is provided on the outside of the Fräsradnabe.

- the mixing blade is also provided on the outside of the milling wheel hub, which can also be referred to as the peripheral side and / or the shell side of the milling wheel hub.
- both the cutting tooth holder and the mixing blade are thus rotated. This rotating operation of the mixing blade ensures better mixing and thus homogeneity of the suspension and thus leads to an improved diaphragm wall quality.
- the cutting wheel according to the invention is particularly well suited for "in situ" suspension preparation in which the suspension hardening to the slot wall is created in the milling slot itself by mixing worked-up soil material with a binder. Since the mixing blade according to the invention is arranged on the cutting wheel, ie in the region in which the upcoming soil material is processed immediately, the invention allows a particularly effective mixing of the freshly processed soil material, whereby the trench wall quality is further improved.
- the mixing blade is arranged at a distance from the milling tooth holder.
- a structurally particularly simple cutting wheel is given by the fact that the mixing blade is formed on a Fräszahnhalter.
- a plurality of mixing blades and / or milling tooth holders can in principle be provided, wherein each mixing blade is preferably arranged on another milling tooth holder.
- four Fräszahnhalter are provided, wherein at least three each a mixing blade is arranged.
- more than four Fräs leopardhalter which are arranged distributed over the circumference of the Fräsradnabe be provided.

- the axial direction and the radial direction can be related in particular to the axis of rotation of the cutting wheel hub.
- the mixing blade can be provided at any desired position on the milling tooth holder.
- the mixing blade can be mounted centrally on a flat side of the milling tooth holder, which faces the axial direction.
- a particularly good mixing effect can be achieved according to the invention in that the mixing blade is arranged on a longitudinal side of the milling tooth holder, in particular on an inflow side of the milling tooth holder which is flowed during milling turning operation.
- a longitudinal side can be understood in particular as meaning an end face of the milling tooth holder extending along the milling tooth holder from the cutting wheel hub to the cutting wheel circumference.
- the Fräs leopardhalter is suitably formed as a sheet.
- the mixing blade preferably on both sides of the milling tooth holder, protrudes axially on the milling tooth holder.
- the cutting tooth holder is thus formed with a wall thickness thickening in the axial direction in the region of the mixing blade.
- the mixing blade may be formed, for example, as a web, which extends on one of the two flat sides of the Fräs leopardhalters. Preferably, such webs are provided on both opposite flat sides.
- a mixing blade projecting axially on the milling tooth holder can also be obtained by bending the milling tooth holder, for example at right angles, and / or for increasing the wall thickness.

- the cutting tooth is arranged approximately at right angles to the mixing blade.
- the milling progress of the cutting wheel according to the invention can be improved in that a cutting edge of the cutting tooth relative to the mixing blade based on the circumferential direction of the cutting wheel is set back. According to this embodiment, the mixing blade of the cutting edge thus leads ahead in the operating direction of rotation of the cutting wheel.
- a further preferred embodiment of the invention is that the cutting tooth is spaced from the mixing blade to form a free mixing-free space.
- the milling tooth can be particularly effectively flowed by the surrounding suspension during rotary operation of the cutting wheel and thus be flushed free for a good milling progress.
- the inflow side of the Fräszahnhalters is recessed in the region of the free space to form a recess, in particular in section like a circle segment.
- the width of the Fräszahnhalters is reduced in an intermediate region between the mixing blade and the Fräszahn and thus given a taper on the surface of the flat sides of the Fräszahnhalters.
- the inflow side in the region of the recess is formed like a circle segment.
- At least one further cutting tooth holder is arranged pivotably on the milling wheel hub.
- the milling tooth holder can be adjustable, in particular in the axial direction.
- a pivot axis for the Fräs leopardhalter suitably perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cutting wheel, in particular approximately tangentially to the circumference of the Fräsradnabe.
- the further Fräs leopardhalter can be formed with or without mixing blades.
- Another aspect of the invention lies in a trench wall cutter with a frame, at least one cutting wheel rotatably mounted on the frame and a drive for rotationally driving the at least one cutting wheel, wherein the at least one cutting wheel is formed as described above and below.

The object of the invention is to provide a cutting wheel for a trench cutter available, which allows the creation of high-quality quality slot walls.
The object is achieved by a cutting wheel with the features of
An inventive cutting wheel is characterized in that at least one mixing blade is provided on the outside of the Fräsradnabe.
A basic idea of the invention can be seen in providing a mixing blade on the cutting wheel for mixing the suspension present in the created slot. Like the cutting tooth holder, the mixing blade is also provided on the outside of the milling wheel hub, which can also be referred to as the peripheral side and / or the shell side of the milling wheel hub. Upon rotation of the cutting wheel hub in milling operation, both the cutting tooth holder and the mixing blade are thus rotated. This rotating operation of the mixing blade ensures better mixing and thus homogeneity of the suspension and thus leads to an improved diaphragm wall quality.
The cutting wheel according to the invention is particularly well suited for "in situ" suspension preparation in which the suspension hardening to the slot wall is created in the milling slot itself by mixing worked-up soil material with a binder. Since the mixing blade according to the invention is arranged on the cutting wheel, ie in the region in which the upcoming soil material is processed immediately, the invention allows a particularly effective mixing of the freshly processed soil material, whereby the trench wall quality is further improved.
In principle, it can be provided that the mixing blade is arranged at a distance from the milling tooth holder. However, a structurally particularly simple cutting wheel is given by the fact that the mixing blade is formed on a Fräszahnhalter. According to the invention, a plurality of mixing blades and / or milling tooth holders can in principle be provided, wherein each mixing blade is preferably arranged on another milling tooth holder. It is particularly preferred that four Fräszahnhalter are provided, wherein at least three each a mixing blade is arranged. Of course, depending on the axial width of the Fräsradnabe, more than four Fräszahnhalter, which are arranged distributed over the circumference of the Fräsradnabe be provided. Advantageously, at least one Fräszahnhalter is pivotally mounted on the Fräsradnabe. By such a pivotable Fräszahnhalter a folding tooth can be formed, which is adjustable in the axial direction, and which can serve in particular for working off of soil material below a arranged to hold the cutting wheel next to the Fräsradnabe Frässchildes. In connection with the invention, the axial direction and the radial direction can be related in particular to the axis of rotation of the cutting wheel hub.
In principle, the mixing blade can be provided at any desired position on the milling tooth holder. For example, the mixing blade can be mounted centrally on a flat side of the milling tooth holder, which faces the axial direction. A particularly good mixing effect can be achieved according to the invention in that the mixing blade is arranged on a longitudinal side of the milling tooth holder, in particular on an inflow side of the milling tooth holder which is flowed during milling turning operation. In this case, a longitudinal side can be understood in particular as meaning an end face of the milling tooth holder extending along the milling tooth holder from the cutting wheel hub to the cutting wheel circumference. The Fräszahnhalter is suitably formed as a sheet. By arranging the mixing blade on the inflow side, a dead water space can be created in the region of the flat sides of the milling tooth holder, in which a particularly effective suspension mixing can take place.
For a particularly good mixing effect, it may further be provided that the mixing blade, preferably on both sides of the milling tooth holder, protrudes axially on the milling tooth holder. According to this embodiment, the cutting tooth holder is thus formed with a wall thickness thickening in the axial direction in the region of the mixing blade. In this case, the mixing blade may be formed, for example, as a web, which extends on one of the two flat sides of the Fräszahnhalters. Preferably, such webs are provided on both opposite flat sides. However, a mixing blade projecting axially on the milling tooth holder can also be obtained by bending the milling tooth holder, for example at right angles, and / or for increasing the wall thickness.
A structurally particularly simple cutting wheel can be given by the mixing blade having a plate which runs in particular at least approximately perpendicular to the cutting tooth holder. For example, the plate may be arranged on a longitudinal side of the milling tooth holder, in particular on the inflow side, such that the milling tooth holder has, together with the plate, an at least approximately T-shaped cross section. In addition to a rectangular arrangement of the plate on the Fräszahnhalter also other-angle arrangements can be provided.
The mixing effect can be further improved by the mixing blade being directed at least approximately tangentially to the circumference of the cutting wheel hub. In such an arrangement, it is possible to press the material to be mixed by means of the mixing blade to the upcoming soil, resulting in a forced mixing between the mixing blade and the ground.
In order to achieve a particularly high milling progress, it may be advantageous that, in particular at the end, a cutting tooth is arranged on the milling tooth holder. Under the end-side arrangement can be understood in particular an arrangement in the range of Fräsradumfanges. A structurally particularly simple embodiment is given by the fact that the cutting tooth at least approximately at right angles to a longitudinal side of the mixing blade, in particular to the upstream side of the Fräszahnhalters, runs. Advantageously, the cutting tooth is arranged approximately at right angles to the mixing blade.
The milling progress of the cutting wheel according to the invention can be improved in that a cutting edge of the cutting tooth relative to the mixing blade based on the circumferential direction of the cutting wheel is set back. According to this embodiment, the mixing blade of the cutting edge thus leads ahead in the operating direction of rotation of the cutting wheel.
A further preferred embodiment of the invention is that the cutting tooth is spaced from the mixing blade to form a free mixing-free space. As a result, the milling tooth can be particularly effectively flowed by the surrounding suspension during rotary operation of the cutting wheel and thus be flushed free for a good milling progress.
In order to obtain a cutting wheel with a particularly low moment of inertia in a further good mixing effect, it can be provided that the inflow side of the Fräszahnhalters is recessed in the region of the free space to form a recess, in particular in section like a circle segment. According to this embodiment, the width of the Fräszahnhalters is reduced in an intermediate region between the mixing blade and the Fräszahn and thus given a taper on the surface of the flat sides of the Fräszahnhalters. Advantageously, the inflow side in the region of the recess is formed like a circle segment.
In order to obtain a particularly large milling cross section, it is advantageous that at least one further cutting tooth holder is arranged pivotably on the milling wheel hub. As a result, the milling tooth holder can be adjustable, in particular in the axial direction. A pivot axis for the Fräszahnhalter suitably perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cutting wheel, in particular approximately tangentially to the circumference of the Fräsradnabe. The further Fräszahnhalter can be formed with or without mixing blades.
Another aspect of the invention lies in a trench wall cutter with a frame, at least one cutting wheel rotatably mounted on the frame and a drive for rotationally driving the at least one cutting wheel, wherein the at least one cutting wheel is formed as described above and below.

A first embodiment of a
As is shown by way of example for all the milling
At the projecting in operating direction D
On the outside, ie in a region near the cutting wheel circumference, a cutting
The cutting
The remaining
In addition to the fixed
The lower part of a trench wall cutter according to the invention is shown in FIG. The trench wall cutter has a
In the milling operation, the two cutting
On the outside of the trench wall cutter, the milling
On the
