Die Vorteile sind besonders für Liegen mit einem Oberkörperteil und einem separaten Beinteil wichtig.
Zusätzlich ist vorzugsweise eine Wegbegrenzung für das Beinteil und das Fußteil vorgesehen, so daß ein Klemmen der Füße zwischen dem Fußteil und dem Untergrund verhindert wird.

Alle Hubmotoren sind elektrische Schrittmotore, die in der jeweiligen Schrittstellung arretiert werden.
Die Hubmotore sind mit einer Schwenkbegrenzung vorgesehen. Die Schwenkbegrenzung erfolgt im Ausführungsbeispiel mittels eines Rechners, wobei die Schrittstellung aufgenommen wird und aus der jeweiligen Schrittstellung die Schwenkstellung ermittelt wird. Das kann empirisch oder anhand der vorhandenen Geometrie der Teile erfolgen, die an der Schwenkbewegung beteiligt sind. Bei der empirischen Ermittlung wird die Schwenkstellung gemessen, welche zu jeder Schrittstellung gehört. Durch Vergleich der zu jeder Schwenkstellung gehörigen Daten kann das weitere Ausfahren eines Hubmotors bzw. das weitere Einfahren eines Hubmotors und eine übermäßige Annäherung der bewegten Teile bzw. ein übermäßiges Auseinanderfahren der bewegten Teile verhindert werden. Dabei wirkt der Rechner im Ausführungsbeispiel auf die Steuerung für die Hubmotore, so daß die Hubmotore nur noch in unschädlicher Richtung bewegt werden können, als in unschädlicher Richtung eingefahren bzw. ausgefahren werden können.

Unabhängig von der Frage der Verstellkraft sind die Teile 1 bis 5 und die Verstellmechanik so ausgelegt, daß vorkommenden Belastung Stand gehalten wird. Das schließt auch die Auslegung der Unterkonstruktion ein, sowohl hinsichtlich der Festigkeit als auch hinsichtlich der Kippsicherheit.
Die Hubmotore 8 und 9 sind in geringem Abstand von den Teilen 1 bis 5 angeordnet so, daß die Hubmotore in der Seitenansicht der Liege im wesentlichen in einer Linie hintereinander liegen, wobei die Linie in Fig. 4 etwa parallel zur Kontur der Liegenauflagefläche verläuft und wobei die Linie in den Liegenstellungen nach Fig. 1 bis 3 der Kontur der Liegenauflagefläche angepaßt verläuft, d.h. im wesentlichen die gleiche Kontur hat.
Der Begriff "im wesentlichen gleich" umfaßt Abweichungen einer Hubmotorenlängsachse bis zu 20 Grad von der Parallelen zum nächstliegenden Liegenteil bzw. zur Auflagenfläche des nächstliegenden Liegenteils.
Der Abstand der Hubmotoren 8 und 9 beträgt im Ausführungsbeispiel 15 cm, in anderen Ausführungsbeispielen bis 20 cm oder bis 30 cm.
Die beschriebene Bauweise gibt der Verstellmechanik eine vorteilhafte Bodenfreiheit und verringert die Verletzungsgefahr. Dadurch wird verhindert, daß ein Benutzer mit den Fußen in die Verstellmechanik gerät.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Verstellmechanik außerdem mittig unter der Liege angeordnet, so daß die Verstellmechanik auch für die Hände des Benutzers unzugänglich ist und eine Verletzung der Benutzer an den Händen verhindert wird.

Claims (10)

  1. a) An adjustable recliner or bed with
    b) pivoting parts (2,3,4,5) and
    c) separate adjusting devices, in particular with adjusting motors (7,8,9), primarily with a
    d) pivoting part (2) to adjust the position of the torso and with a
    e) pivoting part (4) to adjust the position of the legs, and preferably with a
    f) pivoting part (3) to adjust the position of the head or a
    g) pivoting part (5) to adjust the position of the feet, wherein the

    characterised in that

  6. Recliner or bed according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterised by pivoting parts (2,3,4,5), which is adjustable against a spot load on the outer end of at least 100 kg, preferably of at least 200 kg and even more preferably of at least 300 kg.
  7. Recliner or bed according to claims 6 characterised by the use of a base frame (1) that is stable at loads of at least 100 kg, preferably at least 200 kg and even more preferably at loads of at least 300 kg on the foot part (5) and/or the head part (3).
  8. Recliner or bed according to claim 7 characterised by a base frame (1) made of aluminium profiles, in particular perforated profiles.
  9. Recliner or bed according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterised by the use of reinforcing parts and/or bearing brackets for the adjusting devices (7,8,9) on the pivoting parts (2,3,4,5).
  10. Recliner or bed according to claim 9 characterised by an articulated connection of the adjusting devices (7,8,9) with the bearing brackets or the pivoting parts.
