Die Erfindung betrifft ein Türband mit

Die Aufgabe wird bei einem Türband mit den eingangs beschriebenen Merkmalen erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Stiftschraube einen Bund aufweist, der mit einem Klemmsitz in die Hülse eingepasst ist. Die Hülse besteht vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff. Der Stift und die Stiftschraube sind durch Gewinde verbunden oder durch einen Bajonettverschluss miteinander verriegelbar, wobei das Anschlussende des Stiftes als Zapfen ausgebildet sein kann und die Stiftschraube eine korrespondierende Bohrung aufweist oder alternativ das Anschlussende des Stiftes eine Bohrung enthält, in welche die Stiftschraube eindrehbar ist. Türbänder für Außentüren müssen eine Stiftsicherung aufweisen, die verhindert, dass der Stift nach Lösen der Stiftschraube aus den Bandrollen herausgeschlagen werden kann. Die Gewindebohrung ist so angeordnet, dass der Gewindestift bei geschlossener Tür unzugänglich ist. Im Rahmen der bekannten Maßnahmen nimmt man in Kauf, dass die Stiftschraube mühelos aus der Bandrolle herausgedreht werden kann und keinen Beitrag zur Stiftsicherung leistet. Allein der Gewindestift muss verhindern, dass der Stift innerhalb der Buchsen in Längsrichtung verschoben werden kann. Im Rahmen der Erfindung wird eine Stiftsicherung dadurch erreicht, dass der in eine seitliche Gewindebohrung einer Bandrolle eingesetzte Gewindestift an dem Bund der Stiftschraube anliegt und diese gegen unbefugtes Verdrehen sichert. Der Kopf der Stiftschraube weist zweckmäßig eine Vertiefung für ein Drehwerkzeug auf, die so dimensioniert ist, dass das übertragbare Drehmoment kleiner ist als das Haltemoment, welches aus dem Klemmsitz der Stiftschraube und der Wirkung des an dem Bund der Stiftschraube anliegenden Gewindestiftes resultiert. Erfindungsgemäß wird nicht der Stift gegen axiales Verschieben, sondern die an den Stift angeschlossene und mit einem Klemmsitz in die Hülse eingepasste Stiftschraube gegen unbefugtes Lösen gesichert. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das auf den Bund der Stiftschraube wirkende Ende des Gewindestiftes als Spitze oder ringförmige Schneide ausgebildet. Beim Eindrehen des Gewindestiftes in die Gewindebohrung gräbt sich die Spitze bzw. Schneide in die Oberfläche des Bundes der Stiftschraube ein, wodurch ein ausreichender Formschluss hergestellt wird. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es aber auch, dass der Bund eine ringförmige Nut aufweist, in die das z. The pin head 7 and the head 10 of the pin screw 9 secured to the pin are arranged sunk within the tape rolls 2.

Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 2b ist das Anschlussende 8 des Stiftes 4 als Gewindezapfen 12 ausgebildet und weist die Stiftschraube 9 eine dazu korrespondierende Gewindebohrung 13 auf. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 3b enthält das Anschlussende des Stiftes 4 eine Gewindebohrung 13', in welche die Stiftschraube 9 eindrehbar ist. In Fig. 4a ist ein Bajonettverschluss zur Verriegelung der Stiftschraube 9 und des Stiftes 4 vorgesehen. Der Stift 4 weist an seinem freien Ende eine Zapfenaufnahme 14 auf, in die die Stiftschraube 9 einsteckbar ist. In Verbindung mit Fig. 4b wird deutlich, dass an dem Stift 4 ein Vorsprung 15 angeformt ist, der in der Zapfenaufnahme vorsteht. An dem Einsteckzapfen der Stiftschraube 9 ist ein Hinterschnitt vorgesehen, der nach einer Drehbewegung der Stiftschraube den Vorsprung 15 hinterfasst.The stud bolt 9 has a collar 11, which is fitted with a clamping fit in the sleeve 3. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 7 weist der Bund 11 eine ringförmige Nut 22 auf, in die das Ende des Gewindestiftes 20 eingreift. Bei dieser Anordnung ist ein noch weitergehender Formschluss zwischen dem Ende des Gewindestiftes 20 und dem Bund 11 der Stiftschraube 9 gewährleistet. Den Figuren entnimmt man schließlich, dass der Kopf 10 der Stiftschraube 9 eine Vertiefung 23 für ein Drehwerkzeug aufweist. Claims (10)

  1. Door hinge comprising
    a part (1) which can be fixed to a frame or a door panel and which comprises two hinge rollers (2) that are spaced apart from one another,
    sleeves (3) which are arranged in the hinge rollers (2) so as not to rotate, and
    a pin (4) which is inserted into the sleeves (3) and bridges over the distance between the hinge rollers (2),
    wherein the pin (4) has a pin head (7) and a connection end (8) for attachment of a pin screw (9), and wherein the pin head (7) and the head (10) of the pin screw (9) attached to the pin are countersunk within the hinge rollers (2), characterized in that the pin screw (9) has a collar (11) which is fitted into the sleeve (3) with a press fit.
  2. Door hinge according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pin (4) and the pin screw (9) are connected by means of a thread, or can be locked to one another by means of a bayonet coupling.
  3. Door hinge according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the connection end (8) of the pin (4) is designed as a journal (12) and the pin screw (9) has a corresponding bore (13).
  4. Door hinge according to any of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the connection end (8) of the pin (4) contains a bore (13'), into which the pin screw (9) can be screwed.
  5. Door hinge according to any of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the pin (4) has a rotation locking mechanism (16) which interacts with the sleeve (3) assigned to the pin head (7).
  6. Door hinge according to any of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the collar (11) has a cylindrical or conical outer surface.
  7. Door hinge according to any of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that one of the hinge rollers (2) has a lateral threaded bore for a threaded pin (20), and in that the threaded pin (20) which is inserted into the threaded bore bears against the collar (11) of the pin screw (9) and secures the latter against unauthorized rotation.
  8. Door hinge according to Claim 7, characterized in that the end of the threaded pin (20) which acts on the collar (11) of the pin screw (9) is designed as a sharp point (21) or annular edge.
  9. Door hinge according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the collar (11) has an annular groove (22), in which the end of the threaded pin (20) engages.
  10. Door hinge according to any of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the head (10) of the pin screw (9) has a depression (23) for a turning tool, said depression being dimensioned such that the torque that can be transmitted is less than the holding moment which results from the press fit of the pin screw (9) and the effect of the threaded pin (20) bearing against the collar (11) of the pin screw.
