Abstract

Es wird eine Pumpe-Düse-Einheit mit einem Vorabsteuervolumen beschrieben, dass nahe dem Ventilsitz des Steuerventils (7) angeordnet ist. Zur Ausbildung des Vorabsteuervolumens ist eine Drossel (23) vorgesehen, die das Vorabsteuervolumen mit den Kraftstoffleitungen, dem Druckraum (5) der Pumpe (2) und dem Düsenraum (10) der Düsennadel (11) verbindet. Durch das Vorabsteuervolumen werden geringere Druckschwankungen in der Kraftstoffleitung und im Düsenraum erzeugt. Dadurch wird die Geräuschemission der Pumpe-Düse-Einheit reduziert.
