Claims (23)
- Un dispositif pour l'application de filtres sur des cigarettes, comprenant un premier convoyeur (8) servant à transporter des ensembles (4), composés d'au moins une cigarette (5) et d'un bout filtre (6) placés bout à bout, et des manchettes (11) par l'intermédiaire desquelles les ensembles (4) sont joints de façon permanente, ainsi qu'un canal de roulage (13) dont la profondeur correspond approximativement au diamètre des ensembles (4) alimentés par le premier convoyeur (8), où le canal de roulage (13) comprend, au moins d'un côté, un convoyeur flexible de roulage (12) enroulé en boucle fermée autour de premiers et seconds moyens de transmission (14, 15), ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que la surface de roulage du convoyeur flexible (12) est pourvue d'une pluralité d'éléments rigides (23).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments rigides (23) comprennent une pluralité de lattes (24) disposées transversalement les unes à côté des autres le long du convoyeur flexible (12) afin de définir un revêtement.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque latte (24) est fixée au convoyeur flexible (12) par des moyens de fixation (25) respectifs.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (25) comprennent une pluralité de tasseaux (26) situés du côté du convoyeur flexible (12) opposé aux lattes (24) et associés à une latte (24) respective par des moyens de blocage (27).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal de roulage (13) comprend un premier convoyeur flexible (12) d'un côté, et un second convoyeur flexible (12) de l'autre côté.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le canal de roulage (13) comprend un premier convoyeur flexible (12) d'un côté, et un second convoyeur flexible (12) de l'autre côté réalisé selon les revendications de 2 à 4.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le canal de roulage (13) s'étend le long d'un parcours de roulage prédéfini et essentiellement rectiligne.
- Le dispositif selon les revendications de 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux convoyeurs flexibles (12) sont enroulés en boucle fermée autour de premiers et de seconds moyens de transmission (14, 15) respectifs comprenant des poulies de renvoi (16, 18; 42, 43) respectives, un des moyens de transmission (14, 15) comprenant en outre un convoyeur de sortie et de prélèvement (21) positionné pour recevoir les ensembles (4a) sortant du canal de roulage (13).
- Le dispositif selon les revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le canal de roulage (13) s'étend le long d'un parcours de roulage prédéfini et essentiellement curviligne.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le canal de roulage (13) est formé entre, d'un côté, un rouleau (9) pourvu de logements aspirants (10), coïncidant avec le premier convoyeur (8) et, de l'autre côté, un convoyeur flexible (12).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les premiers et seconds moyens de transmission (14, 15) du convoyeur flexible (12) comprennent une première et une seconde poulie de renvoi (16, 18), les premiers moyens de transmission (14) définissant un convoyeur d'entrée (17), les seconds moyens de transmission (15) comprenant en outre un convoyeur de sortie et de prélèvement (21) disposé coaxialement à la seconde poulie de renvoi (18) respective et servant à recevoir les ensembles (4a) sortant du canal de roulage (13).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de retenue (28) et des moyens de guidage et de positionnement (29) associés au convoyeur flexible (12) et situés du côté du convoyeur flexible (12) opposé au canal (13).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (28) comprennent une pluralité d'éléments magnétiques (30) qui interagissent avec les moyens de fixation (25) et/ou les lattes (24).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage et de positionnement (29) comprennent une pluralité de roues folles (33) en contact avec la surface du convoyeur flexible (12).
- Le dispositif selon les revendications 13 et 14, caractérisé en ce que les éléments magnétiques (30) sont supportés par au moins un organe (32) de matériau amagnétique s'étendant parallèlement au canal de roulage (13) et intercalé entre deux séries de roues de guidage et de positionnement (33).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les séries de roues de guidage et de positionnement (33) sont disposées en rangées respectives occupant des plans parallèles, chaque roue (33) de chaque rangée chevauchant en partie au moins une roue de la rangée adjacente.
- Le dispositif selon les revendications de 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur flexible (12) présente un profil denté (34) en prise avec des dents (37) présentées par les roues de guidage et de positionnement (33) et avec des dents (35, 36) présentées par les poulies (16, 18).
- Le dispositif selon les revendications de 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que chaque latte (24) présente une surface de roulage à structure striée (38).
- Le dispositif selon les revendications de 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une latte (24), toutes les « n » lattes avec « n » étant un nombre donné, comporte au moins une nervure ou lèvre (39) servant à amorcer l'action de roulage à l'intérieur du canal de roulage (13).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 8 et les revendications de 11 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur de sortie et de prélèvement (21) destiné à recevoir les ensembles (4a) sortant du canal de roulage (13) comprend un rouleau (19) par l'intermédiaire duquel les ensembles (4a) qui sortent sont prélevés et espacés sélectivement l'un de l'autre.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de prélèvement (19) sert à réduire la distance entre des ensembles (4a) successifs qui sortent du canal de roulage (13).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de prélèvement (19) présente des alvéoles périphériques (20) espacées les unes des autres d'une distance inférieure à la distance séparant des ensembles (4a) successifs qui sortent du canal de roulage (13).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de prélèvement (19) est associé de façon rigide à la seconde poulie de renvoi (18) du convoyeur flexible (12).
