Claims (3)

  1. Collecting and pressing device (7) in a folder-gluer for folded boxes including two machine-width circulating conveyor belts (8, 9) which are connected to a drive and whose conveying strands are arranged horizontally and parallel to each other on top of each other, wherein the upper conveying strand of the lower conveyor belt (8) is mounted such that it is movable in a vertical direction with respect to the lower conveying strand of the upper conveyor belt (9) in order to press the folded blanks, wherein both the lower conveyor belt (8) and the upper conveyor belt (9) include a respective drive (12, 13) and the lower conveyor belt (8) starts at the entry side of the upper conveyor belt (9),
    characterised in that both the drive of the lower conveyor belt (8) and the drive of the upper conveyor belt (9) consist of a servomotor with resolver feedback directly connected to the respective drive roll (10, 11), at least two short belt conveyors (19) are arranged above the exposed region of the lower conveyor belts (8) so as to form together with the lower conveyor belt (8) a tapered inlet gap for the blanks respecively, and each of the belt conveyors (19) has its own pivoting drive (29, 30, 31) such that the part of the belt conveyor (19) on the inlet side can be pivoted upward or downward in order to adapt the inlet gap.
  2. Device according to clam 1,
    characterised in that the pivoting drive includes a gear motor (29), a slipping clutch (30) and a worm gear (31), wherein the worm gear drives a worm shaft connected to an additional plate (27) carrying deflection rollers of another conveyor belt on the inlet side.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that three short belt conveyors (19) are arranged.
