Claims (20)
- Dispositif pour transférer des groupes d'articles en feuille d'une première à une deuxième aire, ces articles étant disposés dans la première aire selon une rangée (18), certains articles de la rangée (18) dépassant sur un même côté de cette dernière de telle sorte que des groupes d'articles sont délimités entre les articles dépassants (20, 20', 20", 20"'), le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que, pour transférer un groupe, il comporte un système de transfert (30) qui comprend des moyens (32, 32') pour saisir un article dépassant (20) qui forme une limite pour ce groupe à transférer, des moyens (48) pour écarter ledit article dépassant (20) de manière à isoler ledit groupe de la rangée (18) et des moyens (42, 44, 45, 46) pour transférer ledit groupe isolé dans la deuxième aire et en ce que les moyens pour saisir un article dépassant (20) comprennent au moins une tête d'aspiration (32, 32') apte à créer une force d'aspiration pour plaquer contre elle une zone de l'article dépassant (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de transfert (30) est apte à transférer dans la deuxième aire un groupe d'extrémité de la rangée (18) qui est délimité entre le premier article de ladite rangée (18) et ledit article écarté (20), considérés à partir d'une extrémité libre de la rangée (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une butée (26, 26') pour maintenir le groupe à transférer (56) à une extrémité dudit groupe opposée à l'article dépassant (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux têtes d'aspiration (32, 32') espacées pour saisir l'article dépassant (20) en deux zones distinctes.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une tête d'aspiration (32, 32') est réglable en position dans le sens de la longueur de la rangée (18) pour s'adapter à l'épaisseur d'un groupe.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour transférer le groupe isolé comprennent un poussoir (42) apte à pousser le groupe isolé hors de la rangée (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (42) est mobile en translation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour écarter l'article dépassant (20) sont aptes à séparer ledit article (20) du groupe (56) qu'il délimite.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (48) pour écarter l'article dépassant (20) sont solidaires du poussoir (42).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (42) porte un doigt d'écartement (48).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'article dépassant (20) qui forme une limite du groupe à transférer (56) n'étant pas transféré avec ce dernier, le dispositif comporte des moyens (49) de repositionnement pour replacer le dit article dans la rangée (18) en vue du transfert du groupe suivant comportant cet article (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de repositionnement (49) se déplacent avec le poussoir (42).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de repositionnement comportent une saillie (49) sur un côté du poussoir (42).
- Procédé pour transférer des groupes d'articles en feuille d'une première vers une deuxième aire, dans lequel, en vue du transfert, les articles sont disposés dans la première aire selon une rangée (18) en décalant certains articles (20, 20', 20", 20'") pour qu'ils dépassent sur un même côté de la rangée (18) de telle sorte que des groupes d'articles sont délimités entre les articles dépassants (20, 20', 20", 20"'), caractérisé en ce que, pour transférer un groupe (56), on saisit un article dépassant (20) qui forme une limite pour ce groupe (56) à transférer par une aspiration dans au moins une zone de cet article, on écarte ledit article dépassant (20) de manière à isoler ledit groupe (56) de la rangée (18) et on transfère ledit groupe (56) isolé dans la deuxième aire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'on transfère dans la deuxième aire un groupe (56) d'extrémité de la rangée (18) qui est délimité entre le premier article de ladite rangée (18) et ledit article écarté, considérés à partir d'une extrémité libre de la rangée (18).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce qu'on saisit l'article dépassant (20) par une aspiration dans deux zones distinctes de cet article.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'on transfère le groupe (56) isolé en le poussant hors de la rangée (18).
- Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le transfert du groupe (56), on écarte l'article dépassant (20) qui forme une limite pour ce groupe (56).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'on transfère le groupe (56) sans l'article dépassant (20) qui forme une limite pour ce groupe (56) et on replace cet article dans la rangée (18).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'on saisit un article dépassant (20), on écarte cet article tout en autorisant un déplacement du groupe (56), on transfère le groupe (56) et on replace l'article dépassant (20) dans la rangée (18).
