Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zum Transport und zur Lagerung von als Berliner bezeichneten Gebäckteilen.
  • Vor allem von Großbäckereien hergestellte "Berliner" werden zur Lagerung und zum Transport zu entsprechenden Discount-Läden in speziellen Kunststoffverpackungen angeordnet. Diese bestehen im Wesentlichen aus einem flachen Unterteil und einem haubenförmigen Oberteil, die beide über komplementäre Randbereiche lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind. Dabei weist das Unterteil mindestens eine muldenförmig ausgebildete Vertiefung mit einer Lagerfläche zum losen Einlegen des jeweiligen Gebäckteiles auf.
  • Da die Gebäckteile hinsichtlich ihrer Form und ihrer Abmessungen stark variieren können, werden die muldenförmigen Vertiefungen des Unterteiles derart dimensioniert, dass möglichst alle vorkommenden Größen darin Platz finden. Je nach Differenz der Größe der muldenförmigen Vertiefung und der tatsächlichen Abmessung des darin eingesetzten Gebäckteiles ergibt sich ein mehr oder weniger großes Spiel, wodurch das entsprechende Gebäckteil sich beim Transport bewegen und durch Berührung mit der Abdeckhaube Schaden nehmen kann und häufig unansehnlich wird. Dieses gilt sowohl für geschlossene "Berliner", welche in der Regel mit Zucker, insbesondere mit Puderzucker, bestreut sind, als auch für solche "Berliner", die zunächst in zwei Hälften getrennt und anschließend mit einer Creme, z.B. aus Vanille, gefüllt werden.
    Aus der CH 476 613 A ist eine aus einem Folienmaterial bestehende Verpackung für Gebäckteile, insbesondere Torten, bekannt, die die volle Sicht auf den Inhalt zulässt und dabei stapelbar ist, wobei im gestapelten Zustand die einzelnen Behälter sich in Bezug aufeinander nicht verschieben sollen. Hierzu besteht die jeweilige Verpackung aus einem Bodenteil und einem haubenförmigen Oberteil, wobei das Oberteil eine Abstellfläche und einen gegenüber der Abstellfläche nach außen vorstehenden Vorsprung aufweist und in dem Bodenteil ein mit dem Vorsprung des Oberteiles fluchtender, einspringender Abschnitt vorgesehen ist, so dass beim Aufeinanderstapeln mehrerer Behälter der Vorsprung eines unteren Behälters in den einspringenden Abschnitt des unmittelbar folgenden oberen Behälters eingreifen kann.
    Eine Lagefixierung von Gebäckteilen in Bezug zu ihrer Verpackung kann bei Gebäckteilen, die hinsichtlich ihrer Form und Abmessungen variieren, mit dieser bekannten Verpackung nicht erreicht werden. Vielmehr muss zur Lagefixierung eine dem jeweiligen Gebäckteil in seiner Form und vor allem in seinen seitlichen Abmessungen angepasste Verpackung individuell gewählt werden.
    Demgegenüber offenbart der Gegenstand des neuen Anspruchs 1 eine Verpackung, deren Lagerfläche so beschaffen ist oder gewählt werden kann, dass auch unterschiedlich große Gebäckteile auf ihr lagerbar sind, wobei eine seitliche Verschiebung der Gebäckteile auf der Lagerfläche durch die auf der Lagerfläche und auf der Innenseite des Oberteiles vorgesehenen Vorsprünge sicher vermieden wird.
    Die Verpackung besteht daher aus zwei schalenförmigen Teilen mit jeweils einem nach innen gerichteten Vorsprung, wobei die Frucht so dazwischen eingeklemmt werden muss, dass die Vorsprünge der Verpackung in die Eintiefungen der Frucht eindringen. Eine Verwendung derartiger Verpackungen bei Gebäckteilen setzt voraus, dass die Gebäckteile ebenfalls entsprechende Vertiefungen aufweisen, anderenfalls würden die Gebäckteile in unerwünschter Weise deformiert oder sogar zerstört werden.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der eingangs erwähnten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass sie mit dem darin angeordneten Gebäckteil unbedenklich für Transport- und Lagerzwecke bewegt werden kann, ohne dass das Gebäckteil dadurch Schaden nimmt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere, besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung offenbaren die Unteransprüche.
  • Die Erfindung beruht im wesentlichen auf dem Gedanken, dass sowohl im mittleren Bereich der für das jeweilige Gebäckteil vorgesehenen Lagerfläche der muldenförmigen Vertiefung wie auch an der gegenüberliegenden oberen Fläche des haubenförmigen Oberteiles in den Innenraum der Verpackung ragende Vorsprünge zur Lagefixierung des entsprechenden Gebäckteiles vorzusehen sind. Dabei weisen die unterteilseitigen Vorsprünge an ihren dem entsprechenden Gebäckteil zugewandten Ende jeweils eine Spitze auf, die zur Lagefixierung in das Gebäckteil mindestens teilweise eindrückbar ist.
  • Als vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn im mittleren Bereich der Lagerfläche des Unterteiles drei konzentrisch angeordnete, in etwa gleichmäßig voneinander beabstandete untere Vorsprünge angeordnet sind.
  • Durch das Eindringen der Spitzen werden die "Berliner" kaum beschädigt. Die Eindringstellen sind vielmehr so unscheinbar, dass sie vom Verbraucher beim späteren Verzehr der "Berliner" praktisch nicht wahrgenommen werden.
  • Die obere Fläche des haubenförmigen Oberteiles ist vorzugsweise derart ausgebildet, dass sie sich, mit Ausnahme des oberen Vorsprunges, oberhalb des Gebäckteiles erstreckt, ohne dieses zu berühren.
  • Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der obere Vorsprung stufenförmig ausgebildet und weist ebenfalls eine in das Gebäckteil eindringbare Spitze auf sowie eine sich an die Spitze anschließende verbreiterte Anschlagsfläche für das Gebäckteil.
    • Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den folgenden anhand von Figuren erläuterten Ausführungsbeispielen. Es zeigen:

    eine Draufsicht auf das Unterteil der in Fig.1 dargestellten Verpackung.
  • In Fig.1 ist mit 1 eine erfindungsgemäße aus Kunststoff bestehende Verpackung für zwei gestrichelt angedeutete "Berliner" 2 bezeichnet. Die Verpackung 1 umfaßt ein flaches Unterteil 3 und ein haubenförmig ausgebildetes Oberteil 4. Unter- und Oberteil 3, 4 sind über komplementäre Randbereiche 5, 6 lösbar miteinander verbunden.
  • Das Unterteil 3 der Verpackung 1 weist zwei muldenförmige Vertiefungen 7 auf, die jeweils eine im wesentlichen ebene Lagerfläche 8 für die "Berliner" 2 besitzen. Erfindungsgemäß erstrecken sich zur Lagefixierung der "Berliner" 2 im mittleren Bereich der Lagerflächen 8 jeweils drei konzentrisch angeordnete, in etwa gleichmäßig voneinander beabstandete untere Vorsprünge 9 in den Innenraum 10 der Verpackung 1. Dabei verjüngen sich die unteren Vorsprünge 9 vom Boden 11 des Unterteiles 3 aus gleichmäßig und bilden an ihren den "Berlinern" 2 zugewandten Enden jeweils eine Spitze 12, die hier vollständig in die "Berliner" 2 eingedrückt sind.
  • Die Bereiche der oberen Fläche 13 des haubenförmigen Oberteiles 4, die den Lagerflächen 8 des Unterteiles 3 gegenüberliegen, weisen jeweils einen sich senkrecht über dem entsprechenden Zentrum der Lagerflächen 8 des Unterteiles 3 in den Innenraum 10 der Verpackung 1 erstreckenden oberen Vorsprung 14 zur oberen Lagefixierung der "Berliner" 2 auf.
  • Der dem jeweiligen "Berliner" 2 zugewandte zentrale Bereich dieses Vorsprunges 14 ist als Spitze 15 ausgebildet, die bei der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung der Verpackung 1 ebenfalls vollständig in den jeweiligen "Berliner" 2 eindringt. Der sich jeweils oberseitig an diese Spitze 15 anschließende Teil des oberen Vorsprunges 14 weist eine verbreiterte Anschlagfläche 16 für den darunter befindlichen "Berliner" 2 auf, so dass sich die Fläche 13 des haubenförmigen Oberteiles 4 - im gewünschten Abstand - oberhalb der "Berliner" 2 erstreckt, ohne diese zu berühren.
  • Die Erfindung ist selbstverständlich nicht auf das vorstehend beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. So kann die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung beispielsweise auch nur für einen oder für mehr als zwei "Berliner" ausgebildet sein.

Claims (6)

  1. Verpackung zum Transport und zur Lagerung von als Berliner bezeichneten Gebäckteilen, mit den Merkmalen:
    a) die Verpackung (1) umfasst ein im wesentlichen flaches Unterteil (3) und ein haubenförmiges Oberteil (4), die beide mindestens teilweise über komplementäre Randbereiche (5, 6) lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind;
    b) das Unterteil (3) weist mindestens eine muldenförmig ausgebildete Vertiefung (7) mit einer Lagerfläche (8) für das zu lagernde Gebäckteil (2) auf;
    c) im mittleren Bereich der Lagerfläche (8) des Unterteiles (3) ist mindestens ein sich in den Innenraum (10) der Verpackung (1) erstreckender unterer Vorsprung (9) zur unteren Lagefixierung des jeweiligen Gebäckteiles (2) in der muldenförmigen Vertiefung (7) vorgesehen, der sich vom Boden des Unterteiles aus zur Spitze hin gleichmäßig verjüngt, wobei die Spitze derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie zur unteren Lagefixierung in das Gebäckteil (2) mindestens teilweise eindrückbar ist, und
    d) die der Lagerfläche (8) des Unterteiles (3) gegenüberliegende obere Fläche (13) des haubenförmigen Oberteiles (4) weist mindestens einen sich senkrecht über der Lagerfläche (8) des Unterteiles (3) in den Innenraum (10) der Verpackung (1) erstreckenden oberen Vorsprung (14) zur oberen Lagefixierung des jeweiligen Gebäckteiles (2) auf.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im mittleren Bereich der Lagerfläche (8) des Unterteiles (3) drei konzentrisch angeordnete, in etwa gleichmäßig voneinander beabstandete untere Vorsprünge (9) angeordnet sind.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige einem Gebäckteil (2) zugeordnete obere Vorsprung (14) senkrecht über dem Zentrum der entsprechenden Lagerfläche (8) des Unterteiles (3) angeordnet ist.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche (13) des haubenförmigen Oberteiles (4) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie sich, mit Ausnahme des den oberen Vorsprung (14) betreffenden Bereiches, oberhalb des Gebäckteiles (2) erstreckt, ohne dieses zu berühren.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Vorsprung (14) stufenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei er eine in das Gebäckteil (2) eindringbare Spitze (15) sowie eine sich an die Spitze (15) anschließende verbreiterte Anschlagsfläche (16) für das Gebäckteil (2) aufweist.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie so bemessen ist, dass mehrere Gebäckteile darin unterbringbar sind, wobei die Gebäckteile (2) nebeneinander in getrennten muldenförmigen Vertiefungen (7) des Unterteiles (3) anordbar sind.
