Etat de la techniqueState of the art

The document FR-A-2,754,040 describes an illuminating balloon with self-inflating flexible fabric envelope by means of a built-in booster. The envelope contains a high-power light bulb protected by a metal grid. The grid is extended to the top of the envelope, and prevents the envelope from coming into contact with the bulb, especially in case of deflation. The grid is formed by rigid metal son angularly distributed around the bulb. In the event of an accidental explosion of the light bulb, for example during a shock or a sudden overvoltage not detected by the protection equipment of the electrical cabinet, the debris of the bulb can pierce the envelope , and cause damage in the external environment. The presence of the grid also creates shadows in the lighting field emitted by the balloon. The base of the envelope is equipped with a mounting flange adaptable by means of assembly on a support plate of the control block.

The document US 6527418 mentions a lighting device consisting of a bulb housed in a protective tube, in which circulates a flow of cooling air from a fan. The assembly can be suspended in an inflatable structure.

The document DE 8506181 refers to an inflatable balloon having at the base an orifice into which the lighting unit is introduced. The latter has a transparent envelope enclosing the bulb, and includes a nozzle to allow the injection of air through holes. There is no fan, and the bulb remains positioned in the lower part of the balloon.

Objet de l'inventionObject of the invention

The object of the invention consists in producing an illuminating balloon having an easily replaceable self-inflating envelope, and making it possible to obtain an optimum illumination field free from all shadows, as well as total safety in the event of an explosion. accidental light bulb.

The device according to the invention is characterized in that the bulb and fan assembly is capped by a transparent or translucent plastic bowl, constituting both an explosion-proof insulating screen, and a blast air deflector allowing the cooling the bulb (22) and inflating the casing (11), the bowl (25) having passage openings (28) for the circulation of air to the internal volume of the casing ( 11) to ensure said inflation.

The passage orifices are preferably arranged in the upper part of the bowl to ensure the inflation of the envelope from above. The bowl comprises at the bottom an open bottom delimited by an annular flange engaging with a bearing surface of the support plate.

According to a first embodiment, the envelope comprises a circular opening bearing on the annular flange of the bowl under the action of the internal pressure generated in the envelope during inflation. The envelope is thus simply placed on the rim, and is fixed to the top of the bowl by a fastener, for example a simple screw or nut.

To disassemble the envelope, simply remove the fastener at the top, and pull the envelope upwards. The bulb may remain on during this envelope replacement operation.

According to a second embodiment, the envelope is secured to a support plate by fixing means.

The transparent plastic material of the bowl is based on polycarbonate, which allows to generate a uniform lighting field and free of shadows.

According to one characteristic of the invention, the bowl has a form of revolution extending over the entire height of the balloon.

A safety thermostat is housed in the envelope to automatically interrupt the supply of the bulb in case of fan stop.

Un thermostat 29 de sécurité est prévu pour contrôler la température à l'intérieur du ballon 10, et interrompre automatiquement l'alimentation de l'ampoule 22 en cas d'arrêt accidentel du ventilateur 15.A safety thermostat 29 is provided for controlling the temperature inside the balloon 10, and automatically interrupting the supply of the bulb 22 in the event of an accidental shutdown of the fan 15.

The polycarbonate material of the bowl preferably contains protective chemicals which render it insensitive to ultraviolet radiation. The transparency of the bowl 25 is not altered in time, and provides a uniform illumination field and free of shadows.

The presence of the molded plastic bowl 25 also provides a dual function of explosion-proof insulating screen in the event of an accidental explosion of the bulb 22, and a deflector of the blowing air for inflating the envelope. 11 from the top.

To remove the casing 11, simply remove the fastener 27, and pull the envelope 11 upwards, after a prior unscrewing of the fastening screws at the plate 18. The opening 14 of the casing 11 leaves the rim 26, and allows the total escape of the air trapped in the casing 11. It is not necessary to stop the supply of the bulb 22 and the fan 15 during this disassembly of the envelope 11. The bulb 22 can therefore remain lit during this operation of replacing the envelope 11 which is very fast.

Depending on the volume of the envelope 11, it is possible to use bulbs of different powers up to 2000W, and different voltages.

In FIGS. 5 and 6, the lighting system 12 comprises several electrical bulbs 22, for example four, housed in insulating bushings 23 inside the bowl 25. The volume of the envelope 11 and the bowl 25 is larger. larger than those of Figure 1 to single bulb.
