Abstract

Ein Schalldämpfer, insbesondere für die Abgase einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse (14) und mindestens einer im Gehäuse angeordneten Hohlkammerstruktur (20), ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (14) mit mindestens einem nach innen ragenden Vorsprung (24) versehen ist, mittels dem die Hohlkammerstruktur (20) im Inneren des Gehäuses (14) arretiert ist.
