A system according to any one of claims 2 and 3 to 10 insofar as said claims 3 to 10 are dependent on claim 2, characterised in that the means for attaching the clip to the supporting element (14) comprise means in the form of a resilient clamp (15; 115) capable of engaging with the supporting element (14).
  12. A system according to claim 11, characterised in that the means in the form of a resilient clamp (15; 115) comprise means in the form of a staple (16) for attaching them to the supporting element (14).
  13. A system according to any one of claims 2 and 3 to 12 insofar as said claims 3 to 12 are dependent on claim 2, characterised in that the means (17) for resiliently attaching and loading the printed circuit board (1) are connected to the means (15) for resiliently attaching the clip to the supporting element (14).
  14. A system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the means (15) for attaching the clip are connected to the first bearing plate (4).
  15. A system according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the means (115) for attaching the clip are connected to the second bearing plate (5).
  16. A system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting means forming a cross strut (19) comprise a plate for connecting one end of the first bearing plate (4) to the opposite end of the second bearing plate (5).
  17. A system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it is made in one piece by cutting and deforming a sheet metal blank.
