In Fig. 9 ist das Stoppelement S1 in seiner Eingriffsstellung durch die Wirkung der Feder 20 gehalten, und zwar in der Stopplage. Wird die Magnetspule 17 erregt, dann wird der Magnetanker 19 vom Eisenkern 18 gezogen und die Feder 20 zusammengedrückt, so dass das Stoppelement S1 in seine nicht gezeigte Freigabestellung gezogen wird.FIG. 9 schematically illustrates a stationary thread control device 15 for the first stop element S1. Claims (8)

  1. Feeder (F) having a yarn measuring function, for a weaving machine, comprising a rotatably driven winding organ (W), a stationary small diameter storage body (K) having a storage surface (4) for intermediately storing a yarn supply consisting of yarn windings which are conveyed on the storage surface (4) in the direction of the axis (X) of the storage body (K), from which yarn supply measured yarn length sections are withdrawn intermittently over the front end of the storage body (K), a first pin-shaped stop element (S1) provided in a movement control assembly (15) arranged stationarily outside the storage body, which first stop element (S1) is movable relative to the storage surface (4) and substantially radial to the axis between a preparation withdrawal position (A) outside of the storage surface for releasing the yarn and an engagement position engaging into the yarn path and into the storage surface (4), and which first stop element (S1) additionally is adjustable in its engagement position substantially axially between a position (11) for measuring the yarn and a stop position (7) for terminating the yarn withdrawal, and at least one second yarn control device arranged outside the storage body and having a movement control assembly by which yarn control device the yarn length section can be released depending on weaving cycles starting for the withdrawal, characterised in that the second yarn control device comprises a second pin-shaped stop element (S2) which exclusively is movable back and forth at least essentially radial to the axis (X) between a passive position (8') where the second stop element is pulled back from the storage surface (4), and an engagement position (7'), where the second stop element engages into the storage surface (4), and that the position of the second stop element (S2) in its engagement position is associated to the stop position (7) of the first stop element (S1) such that during a movement of a first stop element (S1) from the stop position (7) into the withdrawal preparation position (8) yarn windings present upstream of the first stop element (S1) are transferred from the first stop element (S1) to the second stop element (S2), before the first stop element (S1) is adjusted into the position (11) for measuring the yarn.
  2. Feeder as in claim 1, characterised in that the position of the second stop element is closely adjacent to the stop position (7) of the first stop element (S1), preferably lies substantially in axial direction between the stop position (7) of the first stop element (S1) and the front end of the storage body (K) and/or in winding direction (2) behind the first stop element (S1) which has reached the stop position (7)..
  3. Feeder as in claim 1, characterised in that the first stop element (S1) in its stop position (7) essentially directly is situated close to the second stop element (S2) which has been moved into the engagement position (7'), in some cases even is abutting at the second stop element (S2).
  4. Feeder as in claim 1, characterised in that the movement control device of the first and second stop elements (S1, S2) are designed and adapted to each other such that each withdrawal is started by a movement of the second stop element (S2) from the engagement position (7') into the passive position (8') and is terminated by the first stop element (S1) when reaching the stop position (7), and that the first stop element (S1) is adjustable into the position (11) for measuring the yarn after the yarn winding transfer and before the second stop element (S2) is moved out of the engagement position (7').
  5. Feeder as in claim 1, characterised in that the first stop element (S1), when having reached its engagement position, is moved by the forward conveyed yarn windings from the position (11) for measuring the yarn into the stop position (7).
  6. Feeder as in claim 1, characterised in that the first stop element (S1), when having reached the engagement position, is moved from the position (11) for measuring the yarn into the stop position (7) in a forced fashion by a drive provided in the movement control assembly (15).
  7. Feeder as in claim 1, characterised in that the storage body (K) has an outer diameter (d) between about 25 mm and about 60 mm, preferably between about 30 mm and about 45 mm, which outer diameter (d), preferably, is variable.
  8. Feeder as in claim 1, characterised in that in the stop position (7) of the first stop element (S1) and in the engagement position (7') of the second stop element (S2) the active ends of the first and second stop elements (S1, S2) engaging into the storage surface (4) are positioned closer to each other than the stop elements are in a distance from the active end, preferably by a crossed arrangement, a cranked or an angled relative arrangement between both stop elements.
